Very expensive store. I been coming here for 16 years and a long time history with the pharmacy. I quit using the pharmacy a few years ago do to the employees that work there. Years ago they had great technicians no longer....rude and not nice people! They made me feel very uncomfortable about my meds! I won't use them again. The thing that gets me pissed about Albertsons is the store has a policy of puting items on sale with no intentions of actually giving you the advertised price. I have been shopping here for years and it seems like every time I shop here the receipt never matches with the ad price or the Just For U scam. Today the ad has corn 2 for $1 but I was charged $1.98 for 2 ears. Milk on sale for $2.79 but they charge $2.99 I know you might read this and think what a cheap skate think about it they are ripping off people all day every day. A buck here two bucks there adds up I bet they screw people out of millions everyday. They only reason I shop at Albertsons or Vons is they are the closest stores to my house. I guess I have to pay for the convenience. read more

Always takes forever to checkout. If you are lucky enough to have a self checkout system that is on and working it's a pain too and they dont have bags there. Went here because I was in the area never been before came in went straight to get what I was going to buy. which was two big lobster tails the $50 each and some salad and a few other little things. My bill was $130 paid at self check out due to the lines. So I lived about 15 minutes away and had to use the restroom so I did so before leaving the store on my way out of the store the manager told the lady to stop me because I was stealing. I stopped on my own due to hearing her tell the lady so the lady had the wrong receipt that she was insisting was mine and I opened my bag an she seen I didn't have those item on the receipt she had. I had my receipt that showed her I paid for all my items. I got a apology from the self check out lady but not the manager who accused me. Now the ice cream on the cake is I am a mixed woman who doesn't look poor or shady the entire store except for the check out lady is WHITE. Not a good look for the store. Hopefully they can get a handle the management that should be leading by example. read more

This Albertsons is very clean and every time I've come it's always been stocked. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is even a Starbucks at this location which makes it nice when you need to grocery shop and need some coffee. Parking is pretty easy as well although during holidays I can see this lot filling up as it is a little bit small. They do have four self check out scanners which is nice when you like to just get out and not have to wait in line. If you are in the area then I would recommend coming here for a quick convenient pick up! read more

Since this is the closest grocery store to home, I tend to go here quite a bit. Fortunately it's a nice, clean store that has a lot to offer and is generally well-stocked. For starters, there is ample parking for this store. Even during peak times (like Thanksgiving), I've never had trouble finding a stall. This store has everything you'd need in a grocery store, and also has a pharmacy, florist, bakery and deli. The bakery and deli are great to just grab something to eat, or even special order something for a party. The seasonal section usually has a lot to offer as well, unless you're going there the day before that particular holiday. Also in this Albertson's you'll find a Starbucks and a satellite Bank of America branch. Pretty convenient one-stop shopping. On weekends they setup the barbecue out front and have some pretty tasty food coming off of them. Give it a try and you'll keep coming back. All the employees have always seemed pleasant but, perhaps my only complaint is when the Cashiers would get too chatty with a customer and hold up the line. Fortunately, they added 4 self-serve checkout ma last year which virtually eliminated this concern for me. As long as I'm not buying produce I use the self-checkout. It would also be great if the store were open 24 hours, but I can see where that wouldn't be economically feasible, so I can't hold it against them. This store has been my families main grocery store for years and will remain so. Today, I had the most exceptional service throughout my shop. The produce associate and produce manager working were very helpful in helping me find out about an item not in stock. Instead of searching and searching, they informed me of it's scheduled arrival date. As I reached the checkout stand, I had forgotten to get my mother vanilla ice cream. My cashier Terri asked a fellow associate to retrieve the item for me but with no luck. So I said to forget it and paid for my groceries and proceeded to the car. I was shocked to find out that they found it and per Terri, had tracked me down in the parking lot with the item allowing me to go home with everything I had intended on. This absolutely made not just my day but my families day. Thank you all for your outstanding service!!! read more

If you know what you need and you need to come in and out, they have self checkout lines. I have not come here and ever had to wait long at checkout as they always seem to be properly staffed. Long time loyal customer of this particular store however as of yesterday no longer. Yadi the manager is a joke. She has no compassion and should not be working with customers. I purchased a grill and charcoal to bbq with because my apartments closed our bbq due to the pandemic. Unknown to me when I got home I was advised by apartment staff we couldn't use it and could be fined. I never opened the items and figure I'd take it back. My daughter advised me she thinks she saw something that said no returns when I went to call. I spoke with Lisa and told her my situation and that I could be fined I didn't know. She advised that it's ok and to come in and it would be handled. I went to the store waited in line and saw an employee do some sort of exchange right in front of me. When it was my turn I told the gentleman my situation and that I called spoke with Lisa and she said it's ok. He was starting to process it and Yadi showed up and talked to him and advised me they won't be processing my refund. I explained I called and she asked who i spoke to and I told her. She said she's a clerk and that she was the manager so her word goes. I asked to speak with the main manager and she said she is. I explained I didn't even see the signs and where are they. The one there was hidden behind the kiosk to pay drowned out by 2 other signs. I explained it doesn't even say that on my receipt and she said it doesn't as matter of fact. I told her she lost a loyal customer and all she gave was a shrug. I explained times are hard for people and that $50 is a waste I can never use the stuff and she didn't care. She was ruthless. She lacks human compassion she shouldn't be in this field that requires working with the public or go back for more training. read more

I'm not sure why I come here. They're butcher shop is bad I don't think they even hire butchers. I think they employ kids straight out of high school or something. They don't know the difference between a chuck eye from a rib rib eye. When I asked to have them grind some meat did have. He said they don't grind meat. I said are you serious? Are you not butchers? He just stared back at me with dull lifeless eyes. Just because they wear a white coat does not make them a butcher. This town is in serious need of a butcher and fishmonger. read more

This is "my store"... Its close to home, has a great layout and I can always find what I need here...It reminds me of a small town sorta feel but in a larger, modern store. Some of my favorite highlights: Starbucks, an awesome bakery (we get all our kids cakes/cupcakes here), a great florist (they put together some really nice custom bouquets upon request), nicely stocked beer and wine aisle, self checkout lanes, an indoor and an outdoor Redbox and on the weekends I love how they bust out a huge charcoal grill in the parking lot and cook up some tasty BBQ ribs, chicken and tri tip! Also, kudos to all the employees that work there too..they are always friendly and seem like they genuinely enjoy working there. read more

This location is getting bad by the day. Very clean store, helpful employees. But when the new employees are working the register they make a lot of mistakes (not give you the discounts for the items ) The prices are way higher than any other grocery store around here. And BE CAREFUL a couple of times I have found a lot of items expired. Yogurts, salads, chips. The meats can be good but today I got fish the sign said $3.99 a lb then when I came home realized they sold it for $8.99 a lb. & it was freezer burned. I don't mind previously frozen but this crap for $8.99, no thanks. Im going to avoid shopping here. I only go because it's walking distance. One thing you can't go wrong: the sushi section they have. Great neighborhood grocery store, great staff, good variety. This is one of the better Albertsons.

We go to this location a lot and while most of our trips are ok, this location has a big problem with expired food on shelves. Expired cheese, meat, milk etc. I have personally found entire shelves of expired chips and when bring it to an associates attention they seem irritated that you would bring it to their attention. I have managed big box retailers for years and we have practices in place to avoid such issues, but this store must not. read more

Needed a cake done for my sister baby shower. I had some very detailed specifics. I showed them photos of the cake I wanted and brought my own pieces as well. Lisa in self check-out is rude. When I call and ask to speak to a manager with a complaint, I'm asked "may I ask who's calling?" with a big attitude. I ask again, and I get the same response to which I say with some confusion "a customer." Seriously what does it matter? The response I get (attitude included) is "what is this regarding?" Seriously? Then Xena or Zena (the person I'm speaking to) finally informs me she is a manager. Wow, no wonder the employees are rude, the management sucks. Anyway, this place sucks and I will avoid it in the future. read more

I love my Albertson's. I am in this place at least once a week. We cook lots of meals at home and we pack our boys lunches everyday. I can find everything I need and I love the enhanced deli with fresh meats and fish. Sounds weird but the sushi is some of the best at I have had. One of the best products in the world are Albertsons bagged chocolate chip cookies. My kids love the deli Mac and Cheese and the price of olives in the deli section are really good. Starbucks and Red Box are a plus. Everyone whom I have encountered that works there seems to enjoy their job and are kind and helpful. read more

They have everything you could want, and its easy to find. the week-end BBQ's keep us going there, even though its more expensive than other chain stores. I would give it 4 stars, but they have VERY deceptive pricing. Their "Sales" arent sales - unless you buy 6 bottles of wine, or 12 bottles of whiskey - at the single price, you will be challenged to find more expensive beer or liquor ANYWHERE. read more

Had a great Experience with The Bakery at the Albertsons on Foothill in Corona. I found a design I liked on pinterest and showed Carly it on my phone for an example. It turned out perfect. I get all of my bakery cakes from this Albertsons and I am never disappointed. They always taste fresh and moist, and they always look just like what I ask for or better. Carly is a great person to work with she can help with the design and make your cake a cake to remember. Several of the other employees in the bakery have been helpful and nice in taking my orders for cakes and I can't remember everyones names but Christy, Heather, Alyson, Olivia, and Michele have always been friendly and helpful. My family always love the cakes and I get so many compliments on the taste and the design that I thought it was time to say Thank You Albertsons, Well Done! read more

Curbside pick up is a game changer! With two young kids and a pandemic it has made my life much easier. My order is always filled correctly, minus a few out of stock items, which are usually replaced with equal substitutions and the produce is always beautiful! I am usually met at my car by Lucas who always has a smile (I can tell even under the mask ) and has wonderful customer service. Deli counter had roast turkey. One piece nice looking, two other scraps looking gnarly. I asked for half pound from the nice piece. Guy said no, he had to give me the gnarly. I told him no thanks. This is my home grocery store. I've shopped here for years. A bit pricey but over all a great selection. Especially organic products. I love how they've adapted. I will say since Safeway bought them, I love using the app for coupons & the discounts at Chevron. Very clean and tidy but I do have to agree with other reviewers about the expired stuff on the shelves. Pay attention! I've had to bring a few things back a couple times. Learned lesson. They do have great customer service & managers have down to earth personalities. They've always been helpful getting products in they never carried. Tim in the deli (new still training ) was slow and asked way to many questions and the person who helped us was a little rude, combine that with the 100+ kids from Citrus hills that were, rude, standing around and not paying attention that they were in someone's way, the kid with the scooter that swung it around into a display and my ankle (thought they are to leave backpacks and scooters in the walkway at the door) and a young kid (12-14) who was talking with his friends from 50+ feet away and yells " well you swallow" at a young girl. Albertsons employees did nothing to help there customers or remove the trouble kids. In short if you want a good shooing experience then don't go when the kids get out of school or for a few hours after. read more

Horrible store! Management terrible, prices awful, sale prices never ring up and you pay full price always. Prices are outrageous. Pastries used to be better, now they are not as good and smaller portions and they charge more. Going to drive further to Ralphs where the have good deals and super great customer service unlike Albertsons. AND they rarely open another line when there are three or more people though they advertize they will do that! Irritating!! read more

Problem in this place is just paying and leaving. The cashiers are always involved in some meaning less blabber with each other or with the customer while I'm standing there ready to pay. They claim 3's crowd but it's just a gimmick, they don't have cashiers if it's 3's a crowd.. then that fucking monopoly game that no one ever wins slows the lines even more. This Albertson's is the best. It is clean and the employees are friendly. There is a Starbucks and BOA in there as well. The employees at the BOA are very friendly too. The cakes at this Albertsons are very yummy. The deli has a good variety to choose from. read more

The girl who was working in the bakery named Jasmine wasn't helpful and nice at all. My friends and I went in to get a cake and needed to know whether or not it was vanilla or chocolate. Two words: Fresh Fish. It is their Seafood Department that makes them stand out among the local supermarkets. Fairly large, clean, excellent varieties in everything - and the friendliest most helpful employees one can find in any supermarket anywhere. I go to the 99 Ranch Store for my whole fish (trout). But i go to this Albertsons for all other fish. From their various filets to their salmon rolls (they do their own/stuffed with feta/spinach or rice or ...etc.). To their calamari skewers and other fish/shrimp skewers to their shrimps various sizes, cooked and raw, seafood salads, filets with various coatings to lobster etc. This supermarket has probably the most variety of seafoods and fancy seafood items in Corona and it is always fresh. The area never smells fishy. I don't know how they do it! Their deli and meat departments are also worth noting. They also prepare their little specialties, like their bacon wrapped jalopenos, meatballs etc. They also have a station adjacent to the deli department where fresh sushi rolls are being prepared. And did i mention the employees? The friendliest supermarket employees in town. A few self check-out counters and a Starbucks in the store also make shopping more pleasant. read more

Bad meat today!!! Told meat counter I was bbqing carne Asada and chicken. Packaged me 4 pounds of Asada and 2.5 of chicken. Dumped the meat out onto the grill and, to my surprise, about half the chicken and 1/3 of the Asada was in such small bits I lost it through the grill! Really?
