Wow, I was really trying to like this place but I gave up. The pharmacy section gets a 5 star though, I never had a problem with them. What put me off is the two employees who run the photo section. There's nothing that's off putting to a customer than to have to witness their disdain for each other. Not only that, when their disdain for each other is more than their motivation to fix a customer's problem, then the manager needs to step in. 1- I was picking up my photos for my dad's 70th birthday invitation. They came out well so I decided to have a second set done the following week. 2- The service was for same day but I came the next day. When I arrived at the store the prints weren't done and one of the girls were trying to figure out what happened. Well, once the other lady came in you could feel the tension in the air. Short tempers, short words, all the unpleasant things that a customer doesn't want to be witness to. I told them, that I could pick it up tomorrow just so I can leave. The other lady said it would take a minute. Ok...a minute took 30 minutes and I had a show to catch. Not only that, I got a chance to watch this lady totally dismiss another customer. When she started my prints she looked at me incredulously and said, "Didn't you get your prints last time? These are the same prints I did before." "Yes I did and I wanted another set." I said grimly looking at her. This time, I didn't bother hiding how unhappy I was. Dear Manager, 1) You need to do a team meeting. You need to teach your employees to be a team and not hate each other openly 2) Customer service, please tell them how to brush up on how to treat their customers. No customers d/t bad reputation = no revenue for the store = store being bankrupt = equals cutting back due to budget = job loss (I'm not being holier than thou about customer service, we all have jobs that have to deal with people and I'm not exempt from that) read more

Have shopped at this store a few times before. Stopped by today to look for some foundation and while searching on my phone for color swatches (since there are no samples and internet was slow) one of the employees walks down the aisle with a basket of stuff to put away. I don't think anything about it and continue looking for the information on my phone. Then I walk to another aisle to look for something else and she followed me. Thought odd but whatever. She was just hanging around with the basket. I could tell she was trying to keep an eye on me without making it look obvious however it was. It started to make me feel uncomfortable so I move to another aisle and there she is again. So I asked her a question regarding a product and she just looks at me and acts like she couldn't speak English and didn't know what I was saying (I asked her if she had tried x product) and moves back to her spot and continues to follow me. If she thought I would steal something she should have said something I would gladly have shown her my purse. I will not be shopping there again I have never felt so uncomfortable. read more

I'm not sure what to rate this store because the new manager is wonderful but I really miss the old staff. Some of the newer staff are really starting to bother me they're constantly directing me to self checkout when I do not want to use self-checkout because I am not a paid employee. I like to be wrong up by staff members because I like to ask them if I have any coupons or if I can use my extra care pass card instead they just shove me over to self-checkout I wish that shelf check out didn't exist. I have stated several different times they do not wish to use the self checkout and I feel bullied into using it. This evening I was purchasing something and I told her twice I did not wish to use it and she told me that she was busy. She grab the item from my hand walked me over there rang it up and asked me cash your card didn't even ask me if I had a CVS card. I know it sounds like something small to complain about but I am really sick of being treated like I am an inconvenience as a customer. read more

Idk why people haven't given this CVS more stars. But they literally have ALWAYs..... ALWAYS had my medication filled within 20-30 minutes. They always offer to call the doctors office for me. They are always nice and helpful even when they are super busy. I h e been going here since they took over Walgreens on Lincoln load when it shut down. But last night I left the hospital after spraining my hip and had 30 minutes before they closed I dropped off two new scripts and they filled them very quickly. Came to get my vaccine and guess who decided to leave right when it was time for my appointment. You guessed right, the man responsible of giving me my vaccine. Who in their right man takes lunch when they have appointments. Worst part, I asked to use the restroom because I was waiting for over an 1 hour and they didn't even let me do that. I've always been happy with the variety of drugstore items and snacks at this location, but that should be expected for a pharmacy. I'm giving this CVS location 4 stars mainly for their show of improvement. We've been going here for years and had our share of run-ins with some shady characters loitering out front, but one can't blame the store for its location. We've witnessed CVS staff kindly asking loiterers to leave the premises, if they had no intention of buying anything and have noticed their presence has become less and less frequent over the year. My hubby believes he knows which female clerk one of the previous Yelp reviewers had complained about. Fortunately, a manager must have addressed her about her attitude because he's noticed a change in her for the better. As far as the rest of the staff, they've always been helpful and pleasant. There is a young male staff member in particular, who is always extra nice and well-mannered. I know this has nothing to do with my review, but I just wish I could set him up with my daughter. ; ) read more

I've only come here for snacks and they always have a wide variety of chips and candy.

Pharmaceutical department is really nice. Although busy they handle their customers much better than other Pharmacies. The store staff always greets you as you walk in and ask If you need any assistance with anything. We've been to the CVS located on Ontario in Corona and the pharmacy staff there is kind of rude. Therefore, we moved all of our prescriptions to this pharmacy and so far so good. read more

CVS recently stopped selling tobacco products in their stores... citing that they want people to make healthy decisions. Too bad the healthy decision making doesn't extend to being able to easily buy condoms. You have to track down an employee and have them stand there hovering while you pick out a box from their locked case. Then.. they have to walk them up to the front of the store for you. I really wish this CVS would rethink this. The reality of the situation is people are going to have sex. Not all of these people are as comfortable making a production out of buying condoms.. and the unfortunate result will probably be them skipping the protection all together. read more

Thanks again Erica. After falling off my bike, I went to the er. Being 55 yrs old I was injured pretty significantly. The er released me with little to no supplies for the road rash I received. My wife went straight to cvs where Erica hooked us up with everything we needed. Because of Erica's help I only needed 2 gnarly scrubbing. We were driving and we saw a sign that said $17 for 30pk of beer. So we stopped by to make that purchase. We were greeted by the workers. So far so good. We got what we needed and went to the register. An older gentleman asked a worker "Christina" if he can have the keys to the restroom. And mind you we were just walking to get in line. Christina was just standing around when the gentleman asked for the keys. She rudely said "You have to wait until I deal with these customers(she was referring to us). I thought that was rude because all she had to do was hand him the keys. 2 minutes into our purchase the older gentleman asked "Christina" "Do I really have to wait". And she rudely said yes you do. I felt really bad for the guy and anger because "Christina" was being so mean to him. I wouldn't mind waiting for her to hand him the keys. The guy ended up leaving and got her name. She then started to talk smack about him to another employee right in front of us. And the older gentleman heard and came back and said Do u have a problem and Christina said No while laughing at him. I seriously can not believe that happened. I felt so bad for the guy. Christina seriously should not work there anymore, if I were her manager or boss I would fire her. It makes CVS look really bad. read more

So I have been going to this CVS Pharmacy for the longest time as this is located closest to me. The parking lots are filled with trash and homeless folks! The trash cans at their entryway is CAKED with filth ALL THE TIME!!! I have brought this to the manager's attention, both at the Pharmacy and the Store Manager's attention so many times with NO IMPROVEMENT! Is this their standard practice? Someone needs to pay attention here! The managers need to care about their filthy parking lots. CVS Corporate needs to make sure their sites follow their corporate standard, if any!!! A nice blonde girl that works the register name Kaitlyn always takes care of me when I come in, she never checks my money but on this occasion today (12/19/18), I didn't get to get into her line, she was busy. A man named Kevin got behind the register and checked me out he proceeded to check my money with the marker and then he proceeded right afterward to lift my money in the air and look at it in the light as if my $100 bill was fake after marking it off with a marker. I told him "it came from the bank where money typically comes from" but he proceeded with a crappy, stinking attitude. He was in front of me during his lunch break in line and was very rude then and got back on shift I guess and had a bad attitude still. Maybe problems in personal or romantic life that should stay at home. Kevin should really be re-trained and maybe take some classes on racial sensitivity provided by CVS mgmt. It is clear in Kevin's mind, he believes is superior to others because of his pasty pale pink skintone. And it is almost as if he thinks he is too superior to take a bath or shower also because he looked unkempt and appears to have really bad hygiene. Maybe he should look in a mirror and work on himself before judging someone on their skintone. read more

Very disappointed in the CVS Pharmacy customer service. Staff are nice and fairly friendly but today was the worst. Waited in line for more than 30 minutes while a customer was allowed to purchase at least 50 grocery items at the pharmacy window. When that customer was done her sister was allowed to do the same while people are waiting to pick up their prescriptions. I could not believe that the pharmacy staff would allow this. But what was worse was that no other pharmacy staff was available to open another register to help the pharmacy customers. It was pathetic to see that CVS is following the rest of big business standards "DO MORE WITH LESS, and let the customers suffer". Profits must be the most important thing, if you are not making 500% on the dollar today you better be making 600% tomorrow. read more

Hate Hate Hate this location. I work near here and unfortunately its the closest pharmacy. Let me start by saying the pharmacy staff is efficient and super nice. No problem. The manager is a nice enough guy but the staff is super rude. I've had to go there for lack of better alternatives. I guess they have issues with fraud and it is in the extreme ghetto of Corona. I do not live around here I live in the Temecula area. I had only seen it with other customers but recently I got a taste of it. I had an email from CVS offering me a discount if I downloaded the APP. Unfortunately I got Naglaa for a cashier. She was sweet as pie to the manager when he was standing near her. Then it was my turn, she rung me up, throwing my things in the bag then i had to offer her my CVS card, i showed her the app coupon that's when she decided to suddenly raise her voice at me. "No we do not take internet coupon". I explained that corporate had sent me this and that was fine no big deal just ring me up. She continued to go on and on. I told her it was a second time it was fine. 2 or 3 bucks wasn't going to kill me. She still wouldnt shut up about how that could be fraud LOUDLY. Of course there were people in line behind be and she continued to embarrass me. That's when I lost my patience and asked for a manager. She said i didnt need one. Well Naglaa, I am going to contact corporate about you. I actually was extra patient with you bcse you are clearly from another culture that is under scrutiny right now and perhaps do not know our ways. But who do you think you are?? I am livid right now. I found the manager in an aisle and told him what happened. He apologized and said not to contact corporate bcse they would all get in trouble. He seemed so worn out. Still he never said he would retrain the employee or anything. Since when has political correctness allowed people to treat others badly because they feel slighted by society. NOT MY PROBLEM! I shop at CVS and we get all of our prescriptions at my home location, I spend A LOT if money there. This location is gross gross gross ill get cold medicine and anything else i need from somewhere else. This place should be shut down. Forget the fear of being stabbed or mugged and go somewhere else. read more

I only use this location because it's so close to where I live. And I only use it for my prescriptions. They're slow and it feels dirty inside. The pharmacists are polite but just so slow and I consider myself to be a rather patient person. read more
