Austin deserves some recognition. I've been coming to this Walgreens for years, and every time I…read moresee him working, he is consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind to every customer he interacts with. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and goes out of his way to help people instead of just going through the motions. Employees like Austin make a noticeable difference, and I hope management sees this and recognizes what a great employee they have. Definitely 5 stars for Austin.

I gave this Walgreens pharmacy several chances, but my experience today was unacceptable…read more I came to the pharmacy after a procedure, expecting my prescriptions to be ready, but Instead, I was told they were not ready and had to wait. The delays in filling prescriptions have been an ongoing issue and have made an already stressful situation even more difficult! What made today particularly upsetting was how I was treated by Michelle, the pharmacy technician. My doctor was literally on the phone with me at the pharmacy, actively trying to reach the pharmacy and help resolve the issue.. While my doctor was on the call, Michelle told me I needed to move out of the way. When I explained that my doctor was on the phone and actively trying to help, she responded, "Welllll, we're answering our phones, so you need to move we have customers ahead of you." I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that there are other customers waiting. However, the way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially considering I had just undergone a procedure, was in significant pain, and my physician was actively trying to resolve the situation with the pharmacy. Patients should be treated with basic courtesy and compassion. Based on their very poor rating as a location Walgreens should reconsider who they are hiring. Based on the other reviews, my experience was not an isolated event. So to customers be aware and believe the reviews. This location has a very rude and unprofessional staff who will dismiss you even if you're on the phone with your doctor!

Got my Covid 19 booster shot here. The service was quick and easy. Didn't take more than 10 minutes…read morewait. The lady that was giving me my booster was very nice, sweet and informative. I wish I got my first two shots from here. I went to a different place because I was living in LA at that time. She told me about the mix and match shot, and triple made sure I was ok with it. Asked me if I have any allergic reaction to anything etch. It was a grand experience, and the needle didn't hurt me at all. I'm scared of needles lol! That's why when she did the booster on me, I was quite surprised because I normally get high anxiety just from knowing I'm getting a needle. She was also very pleasant to talk to also, so it turned down my anxiety level by 1000%! Thank you!!!

I've been going to this CVS for about 12 years and it's declined starkly. Everything is behind…read morelocked glass doors and there are insufficient employees to help you with anything. I've felt myself aging as I stand repeatedly pressing the "assistance" button for 10 minutes without help arriving. I've spent 45 minutes in the pharmacy drive through multiple times and yesterday, I stood waiting, the only person in line for 5 full minutes before I had to go and demand help at the counter from the pharmacist. I hate being that person but ffs, I've got limited years left on this planet and I'd rather not expire at CVS. My final straw was a pharmacy tech who looked me straight in the face and told me my insurance covered a portion of something it clearly did not as the medication was denied and I was paying cash for it. If they are happy to lie to your face about that, what else do they lie about at the pharmacy? Liars gonna lie. This company only cares about its shareholders profit margins and CEO salaries, not serving my community. I'm finding a new pharmacy and not shopping there for anything any longer. I'm done with this whole company.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart today…read more After paying for my groceries, I realized I had accidentally left one of my reusable fabric shopping bags in the produce section. I went back inside, found my bag, and headed back out. Because I accidentally walked toward the wrong door first, I simply walked a couple of feet over to the correct exit and left. A few minutes later, while I was sitting in my car, a Walmart employee approached me and demanded to see my receipt because i walked out the wrong door. I understand that receipt checks may be part of store policy, and I would have gladly cooperated. What upset me was the employee's attitude and the way he handled the situation. While I was looking for my receipt, he rudely said, "Just give me the bag of food and we'll call it even," implying that I had stolen my groceries. I found that comment insulting and unprofessional. Once I located my receipt, he looked at it, handed it back, said, "Have a good day," and walked away without any apology or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, when I got home I called to speak with a manager. Around 3:30 p.m. I was told the manager was at lunch and to call back after 5:00 p.m. When I called back after 5:00, I was then told the manager had already gone home. I was told the manager is off at 5 every day.... I understand that employees have a job to do, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. Being spoken to as though I had stolen something, only to be proven that I had paid for everything, was embarrassing and unacceptable. I hope Walmart provides better customer service training and ensures customers have a way to speak with management when concerns like this arise.
