I received a 40% off coupon in the mail as part of your regular promotional mailers. I attempted to use the coupon toward a Mother's Day flower purchase, but I was told by both the store clerk and the manager that the coupon could not be used on flowers. While I understand that some exclusions may apply, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. The sales associate repeatedly sighed under her breath during the interaction, creating an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. Even worse, after I completed approximately $50 worth of purchases without the discount, I attempted to use the coupon on another eligible item and was then publicly accused of stealing someone else's coupon in front of other customers. This accusation was humiliating and completely inappropriate. I explained that the coupon was mailed to my residence. My mother suffers from dementia, so obtaining or verifying small mailing details immediately is not always easy. Instead of handling the matter professionally or respectfully, I was treated with suspicion and embarrassment. Additionally, I believe there was an attempt not to provide my receipt after the transaction, which only added to my concern regarding how this situation was handled. This experience completely ruined what should have been a simple Mother's Day shopping trip. Due to the conduct of the employees involved, my family and I will no longer shop at this Moreno Valley CVS location. I just had to transfer all my meds here than my local pharmacy, i prefer going here because its…read morefast and convenient, specially when you pick it up through the drive-thru. i can NOW get texts alerts when my prescriptions are ready for pick-up or a refill needed, not only that you also get points! who doesn't want points?? now this isn't related to the pharmacy, but the downside of this store is that there's only 1 cashier, when the line gets long an extra cashier would open up but its still not as fast. i also hate how they updated their door openers, back then it used to open on both sides now there's a section where you can open for the entrance and exit. while the pharmacy is awesome most of the times when they're not busy and you ask for a refill, they get it done the same day, or even in an hour but asking for assistance on a sunday is non-existant. the front counter was too busy taking other customers. while i see no one around but another one on a cosmetic counter was also busy talking on the phone taking personal phone calls. overall, i give 4 stars for the pharmacy and 1 star off for the cashier and sliding doors. :P

This was honestly one of the most chaotic pharmacy experiences I've ever had…read more I received a text saying my prescription was ready for pickup, so I stopped in. The pharmacy line was about 10 people deep, which already took a while. After finally reaching the counter, I was told my prescription was already bagged but I needed to sit down and wait another 20 minutes because the pharmacist still had to "remove the cap" before it could be sold. I have never heard of standing in line, reaching the counter, and then being sent away to wait again for something that was supposedly ready and already sitting in the bag. Meanwhile the line barely moved because several people were having full medical consultations and insurance debates at the register while everyone else waited. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a long, frustrating ordeal. If the prescription isn't actually ready, don't send a "ready for pickup" text. It wastes everyone's time. I tried this location because I happened to be nearby, but after this experience I'll gladly go back to my usual pharmacy. Even a slightly rude pharmacy is preferable to this level of disorganization.

Rite-Aid did things slightly differently than its two larger competitors, Walgreens and CVS. The store was larger, with wide aisles. I've gotten to know most of the employees, over the last four years of living nearby. They were great. No exaggeration. Friendly and sweet. So in two days, it will all come to an end. I've gotten Thrifty Ice Cream at this location and it's always a good texture, it doesn't immediately melt! It's good quality ice cream. There's a large over-the-counter section, a GNC vitamin area, and many food items. I also found a lot of make-up/cosmetic stuff. They have a little bit for everyone here. Parking is always available, this Rite Aid is near several neighborhoods.
