I get delivery because I have trouble leaving my home. This store has delivered damaged and expired groceries and a couple times missing items. Then i have to stay on chat trying to explain that I get delivery because I have trouble and that is why they need to pick up broken eggs and other damaged or expired items. This takes forever and well they don't even get her to return when they say they will. still not here so my refund is not getting back on my card like it should immediately. Heads up, if the driver steals your grocery delivery, you still have to pay fort it. Driver stole $72 dollars worth of groceries out of a $100 grocery delivery and Wallmart said oh well, we are keeping you're money. They have a photo of just three small bags at the door and they acknowledged they saw it. Then they said they have credible proof it's delivered so they get too keep $72 dollars for nothing. After checking in for pickup on the app, I waited for 45 minutes and had to leave to pick up my kids from daycare otherwise they would charge me $15 for being late. I waited 45 minutes at the pickup area, drove 30 minutes to get their, and still did not get my one pickup l item.... Their process was terrible. Many people were waiting 30+ minutes and so they were leaving. When people left the Walmart people just had full carts of stuff walking around the parking lot looking for the customer's car, when the customer had already left. With the covid -19 in check, this Walmart super store appears to have gotten comfortable. No liens, you have to go around a barrier which is fine. They don't wipe the carts, you do it yourself and there are markings which way to enter and the direction to go. For intelligent people who reads and pays attention. Reminds me why I don't shop at Walmart, prefer Target. Thou visiting family here in Perris. Different culture and atmosphere here than San Diego. I noticed half the shoppers not paying attention, no consideration for the health of others. There is a sign outside to enter with mask on. 99% adhered to the rules except a blonde women with her two boys. What was shocking was I had to tell a few people to keep their 6ft. Of social distancing and another girl went the wrong way. I confronted her and she had nothing to say, take responsibility people. With the Covid, it heightens people selfishness and insensitivity. Tip: if you are going to shop here, make your list and shop early or late to avoid the crowds. I forgot that it was a bad idea to go around 2pm. Surprisingly. They have a small selection of organic produce, thou they have organic free range chicken and eggs with a good price point similar or lower than Trader Joe's and Sprouts where I usually shop. I also found some organic peanut butter and my favorite almond milk brand. I ventured out to the pet food area and bummed they didn't carry Orijen (a Canadian dog food brand) I get for my dog. Visiting this store isn't usually a pleasant experience. However, all of that changed dramatically yesterday after being serviced by an Assistant Manager named David. It's hard to imagine that one person can really make a difference to turn things around because that statement sounds so cliche. I'm naturally a doubter, but It was actually refreshing to have been proven wrong by my experience with David. Anyway, as I was doing some regular grocery shopping - I happened to detour to the sporting goods section and noticed some people in line for ammo. I was caught off guard bc I thought Walmart was done with selling ammo. I made my inquiry with David and he told me that they have a small window from 2p-4p that they would be liquidating all the ammo for Walmart's final sale. So I got in line around 1p. I was about the 7th person in line and I honestly thought there would be nothing left. Come 2p the transactions begin and I notice David is the only person working that entire department with the line wrapping around several aisles. Apparently, he is the only one certified to sell ammo at that store. I literally witnessed him do everything in a peaceful and masterful customer-service way despite the complaints, rude comments, short tempered, bad attitude expressions coming from the impatient people in line. What amazed me was the way he was so kind and patient with everyone. He restocked, he ran the background checks, he answered questions, he diffused situations professionally, he scanned all products, bagged them and still greeted everyone nicely on their way out. It takes a different breed of man to put up with that kind of bullshit and still reward people with kindness. My deepest admiration for this guy and to Walmart for locking in a gem. read more

Very rude manager!! I was here trying to look at plastic containers like storage bins And I Needed a certain size The only one they had was missing a lid. All of the tubs or containers are miss smart I thought this one was $10 so I brought it to the front and asked if I could get a discount because they didn't have any lids. The cashier was very nice called over the I would assume Superviser or Manager And ask if there was any lids and if I could get a discount. The manager said yeah, give them 10% off and if that's not OK then he doesn't need to buy it. I proceeded to tell him he didn't need to be rude. All of his items are mismarked and price wrong anyways, this Ben said it was $10 and it's 30 bucks without a lid and then we went back-and-forth for a couple minutes. Would not have bought it for $29 with a lid. I grabbed it because I thought it was $10. Per Amozon policy I could've got the item for the $10 but after the manager was rude to me I didn't even wanna deal with them, it was also a stack of tin of these in the same spot marked for $10 so maybe I'll go back tomorrow and buy them all for $10 without lids. that's what I'll do all the Manager had to say was go ahead and give him 10% off. He did not need to add the extra to be a jerk for no reason., I just spent over $2000 here yesterday I just moved to the area and filling up a two-story house.
