There's lots of misadventures happening in here on the daily like attempted shoplifting but the staff is ALWAYS on top of things! The shift managers care about keeping a close eye on the hooligans and I get a kick out of it. Also, I come to this Walgreens a lot whenever I have to pick up a prescription as the drive-thru is fantastic and the pharmacy staff are speedy. Whether I walk-in or not, I always get my medications in a timely manner. Oh and they actually get my name right here! I wish I could give this Walgreens five stars but they decreased their operation hours. Bring BACK the 24/7 schedule please!

Says she hasn't had a refill in over a month when that is 100% NOT true Was told by a tech yesterday that they would give her a 3 day supply until I could call her dr AGAIN..but when I go in to get that, the Pharmacist stops the tech from filling the 3 day supply and argues with me and gives me an attitude when I tell her shes incorrect about my child's last refill. First she said shes never filled there before, untrue ahes filled there before, as well as the other walgreens in town.... then switched to the oh she hasn't had a refill in over a month. ALSO INCORRECT. Its been a week and we haven't been able to get this fixed and today after being promised yesterday (right before they closed so I wouldn't have made it there in time to pick up) we could get a 3 day the Pharmacist snapped at me aggressively and told.me I should have come in yesterday to get it. So WHICH IS IT LADY?!?!?! Im BEYOND over ALWAYS having issues with this pharmacy.... from one particular tech always having an attitude, to THIS Pharmacist being ignorant im taking my business elsewhere! I caught this woman via photo "scanning" multiple items and collecting loads of receipts. I think she missed quite a few items at the scanner and no one told her anything! I made a couple of gestures but this lady was too in the zone, she didn't even hear me. I really hope she wasn't shoplifting, the staff seemed oblivious. I like this location, it's well-stocked and has plenty of lens cleaning products. However, the patrons are very rough here.

Either way, they were kind to me. Instead of paying $20.00 at Walmart here, I only paid $5.00. What a huge difference! What I did learn is that there is: 1. There is no cash back at the pharmacy section 2. $35 cash back at the regular register per transaction. 3. There are a lot of coupons printed on the receipt. I walked in for a gift card and they had a good selection, however I noticed some other aisles giving COVID vibes! Things were missing and I was a little concerned. The thrifty ice cream seemed well-stocked so that was a good sign! Also, the store was pretty clean. I like this Rite Aid as it's wide and easy to navigate. The parking lot has plenty of parking for shoppers. The staff seem jolly at this store, I was greeted with a smile. When it was time to leave, I didn't have to wait to pay, I simply walked up to the register and was assisted.

I never hear people being combative or annoying (both staff nor customers). The younger guy who helped me out recently was super professional. The pharmacy is hardly busy and the staff keep to themselves I usually come in here for snacks or goodies, (shoutout to the cute rubber duck collection) and I'm out. Drinks and other items have regular sales like 3 for $4, etc. Don't forget to give your number to the cashier so you can stock up on Walgreens points. I've saved a few dollars here and there.

I used to dislike this store, but it's quickly grown on me as it's well-stocked and very convenient when I work at Megan Cope Elementary down the street! I thank CVS for being my oasis in the SJ drought of commerce. If you're entering the valley from Ramona Expressway or Sanderson this is the first store you'll see aside from the gas station (which is technically not a store). CVS has eye glass cleaner, self-checkout kiosks, and amazing Tahquitz High School merch. Of course, the pharmacy and over-the-counter meds are the main event, but I thought I'd give a shoutout to the other merch you'll find here!

I normally love this drug store but yesterday I was prescribed medication I need severely after…read morebeing diagnosed with pneumonia. I wasted my gas driving over knowing their business hours and knowing they should be open, but when I arrived the door was locked even though there was an employee inside. I knocked and he wouldn't even look up at me, called and he refused to answer the phone even though he was right there. I would've at least appreciated an explanation as to why they were closed, in the middle of the day when they're normally open. Hopefully they'll be open today so I can get the medication I desperately need.
