I've been coming here for YEARS and I haven't reviewed this! What's wrong with me? Esplanade's Walgreens is the calmest in town. I never hear people being combative or annoying (both staff nor customers). The younger guy who helped me out recently was super professional. The pharmacy is hardly busy and the staff keep to themselves I usually come in here for snacks or goodies, (shoutout to the cute rubber duck collection) and I'm out. Drinks and other items have regular sales like 3 for $4, etc. Don't forget to give your number to the cashier so you can stock up on Walgreens points. I've saved a few dollars here and there. read more

Veronica wanted her 5 mins of fame today so here it is - she accused me of cutting in front of another costumer while literally standing in line 1-2 mins before other guess even approached , she made faces at me while I stood in line . COMPLETELY UNPROVOKED . I told her "no I was actually here first" she then said "well I didn't see you -" to then I turned behind me and the lady that stood there looked confused as well !!!!!! . Not sure what her deal is ...definitely not the first time she's been rude to guest . I'll have others write their reviews as well for her . I never cared . The store has flies in it! The pharmacy techs are idiots. They don't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. So, visit at your own risk.

The Walgreens in San Jacinto accused me of stealing TP when I ran out to tell my ride I would be a minute. I showed her my neck and she told me to not waste her time; I needed help finding the correct dressing, which she obviously did NOT do. I have had nothing but issues with Walgreens' personnel and not even just location: only happens in the San Jacinto/Hemet area! I am an old lady that wouldn't hurt a fly. They were also HORRIBLE re:my pain meds right after surgery plus they didn't seem to do anything and could have been a placebo for all I know!! ‍‍ read more

The white lady that has short hair who is a cashier is rude asf. She told us she had to send us to the back because she had a line and my mother-in-law was using coupons. I was the last one to pay for my 2 items and she gave me terrible attitude and said okay fine like if that's not her job. I would never come back here especially if employees get mad for having to do their job terrible service and I honestly felt attacked. read more

Useless pharmacy for three years when I lived in Hemet I now live in Yucaipa and I'm gonna do the guest is just to use that pharmacy because of the overwhelming service from that location. The only time I've ever experienced anything negative there was from customers coming in and starting fights with the employees overwhelming. read more

Went in today for my COVID vaccine at the pharmacy department. I was greeted right away by Daniela . She made us feel welcomed and was also very helpful. She made this process so much easier and made my husband and I feel like valued customers. The vaccination station looked really clean and sanitized. Daniela was super careful when giving us the shot that we didn't even feel it. I will be coming back for my second dose. I went into this Walgreens and was having trouble with the app. I also had trouble with the online prices being different than the prices in store, as well as issues with coupons I had. Marcy was the manager working that day and went above and beyond to help me. She helped me find the right products on my phone, waited with me forever while the register was processing my order, and made sure everything was accounted for. Went in to get OTC cough medicine and had to use the restroom. Asked for the code to the restroom and the cashier Renee told me that the don't give out the code or open the restrooms after 830. I said you don't give out the code? She said no we have someone to let them in. She then told me that I could ask her Manager. I asked the "manager" and he said he was not the manager, he was the supervisor and the restrooms are open until 9pm unless they were being cleaned. They were not being cleaned. I left the cough medicine on the counter. I will not patronize Walgreens again. read more

This Walgreens proves to be the best in our area. I never have bad service at the register or trying to find anything. There is a girl who works at the cosmetic desk who is ALWAYS incredibly helpful. I love asking her for help when I need it, because I know she will go above and beyond! The gentleman that helps me in photo is also very helpful. Very polite and willing to help out. The kiosks themselves are kind of a nightmare. I can never get them to work, which is a bummer because this is one of the only locations that offers matte paper in store, but you MUST order them at the kiosk inside, not online :( I have tried many many times to forgive their kiosk for being a pain in the rear, but they have always failed to prove otherwise). I must say, they are great at helping you with coupons and sales prices! Also their photos are the best quality from drugstores. I go here at least 3 times a week, but never again. I went about 8pm on Friday night to get my baby some formula, I know they don't have many employees at night, but i always am able to get help within 10 min to get the formula unlocked. I waiting at photo as the MANAGER had 2 customers, i waited 6 minutes, but cashier opened up so I went to ask for someone to unlock the formula and grab us some. The young girl with glasses was polite and said yes, my father had grabbed some drinks and was ready to go with me, she paged for someone to help, the MANAGER at photo screamed THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE very rudely and did not say another word. Not I am sorry be with you in a second, or i am sorry no one has the key, It was yelling at us no one was available, and going on ringing up his customer, and the poor young girl just looked at us like she couldn't do anything, so we put our stuff down and left. I go here all the time and spend 50 plus on baby items because it is near my house, and dirtbags hang out at the cvs nearby and harass me, so i guess I will be going to target from now on, screw that MANAGER! read more

It is not uncommon to come inside and not see an employee for minutes while empty cash registers are occupied by customers instead of workers. This place is very conveniently located and I come here often, however there is a lack of work ethic by the staff. read more

I've been getting my meds from this Walgreens for awhile now and I have to say, that drive thru window is a lazy person's dream, you pull up, press the yellow button, give them your last name, they charge your card and you're on your way. Takes less than 5 mins, I love it. Never going inside again. read more

I get here to fill a prescription and it says they close at 10pm. Online and at front door says 10pm but the pharmacist says oh we are still on holiday hours we close at 9pm. After I wait in a long line. Have had problems with this pharmacy before. Not going back!!! read more

Went to the pharmacy inside of Walgreens and I must say I am HIGHLY disappointed. Went to pick up a prescription and they had no idea what it was. Then I requested a flu shot and they tell me my insurance would not cover the costs. Most pharmacists/techs would call the insurance company to figure out/settle it for the customer but these people did not. I even called the company myself and they said that they cover 100% of vaccination costs. Long story short, went to CVS instead and the people working there were way nicer and they even called my insurance company to verify it. Turns out my insurance DOES in fact cover all costs so I did not have to pay a cent. Going to CVS from now on, they seem to know how to handle things a lot better. read more

Walgreens just lost a customer!!! The way I was treated by the manager Elba or something like that is what the young girl told me. This lady is the rudest person I have come in contact with in along time. And I am a retail manger of 25 years. I went in to by cigarets and I was buying 10 packs because it's cheaper then the carton (which is strange) so the retail associate is stocking them so I ask her to give me a carton and charge me for 10 packs. She says she can't do that I ask to speak to manager this (Elva) woman comes up and I ask her the same thing she tells me the same thing, mind you the carton I want is less then a foot away. Now the manager woman starts talking down at me which starts to make me angry. So I ask for the district manager name and phone number which she says in a nasty tone you have to go to the web site and walked off. Wrong person for this job. Walgreens you better do then this or another store will close. So for me and my family we will be going to rite aid for al drug store needs and prescription needs as well read more
