They were both Very nice and very professional. In the end, it turned out that my insurance would not cover it, but including tax, it was only $41.00. I already had the medication to go inside, and each urgent care visit co-pay is $50.00, so it was still a win for me. I felt like I was back in time when pharmacists cared for patients care. Nothings is over priced and they care. They call you just to remind you to refill. I caught this woman via photo "scanning" multiple items and collecting loads of receipts. I think she missed quite a few items at the scanner and no one told her anything! I made a couple of gestures but this lady was too in the zone, she didn't even hear me. I really hope she wasn't shoplifting, the staff seemed oblivious. I like this location, it's well-stocked and has plenty of lens cleaning products. However, the patrons are very rough here.

So I waited in line, asked the Pharmacy if they had the package. One of the women was very helpful, she looked but could not find it. So she went over to who I'm assuming was a shift lead because she asked her about the package and if the person who received it could be contacted. I was told "Claudia", the person who received the package, would be contacted. So I walked around the store for 48 minutes, went back to the pharmacy to see if they had gotten ahold of Claudia. I politely said "excuse me" to the rude employee that acted as a shift lead. She ignored me. Deliberately. So I gave her a few minutes before trying again. When I saw eye contact I asked "Is there any chance you guys got ahold--" she cut me off and said "Idk. They're calling now" But I didn't hear her, so I said "what?" Cut me off again "I DONT KNOWWWW THEYRE CALLING RIGHT NOW!!!!!" So I stood back, gave her another few mins then asked if it was the first time or second time calling. Because if it was the first attempt, I was just going to go home, I had been there for an hour now with both of my toddlers. She cut me off again and said "I DONT KNOW!!!!!!!!" So that's when I finally snapped back. "I understand you might be busy but I've been here waiting" She yelled that I'm entitled and need to get out of the store. All 3 employees were helpful. Went I went to checkout I asked the employee about the process for using an eGift Card. She asked if I needed help. She placed and processed my items in the checkout. I used to dislike this store, but it's quickly grown on me as it's well-stocked and very convenient when I work at Megan Cope Elementary down the street! I thank CVS for being my oasis in the SJ drought of commerce. If you're entering the valley from Ramona Expressway or Sanderson this is the first store you'll see aside from the gas station (which is technically not a store). CVS has eye glass cleaner, self-checkout kiosks, and amazing Tahquitz High School merch. Of course, the pharmacy and over-the-counter meds are the main event, but I thought I'd give a shoutout to the other merch you'll find here!
