They were both Very nice and very professional. In the end, it turned out that my insurance would not cover it, but including tax, it was only $41.00. I already had the medication to go inside, and each urgent care visit co-pay is $50.00, so it was still a win for me. I am not happy with Walmart Pharmacy, so I am considering bringing my business here. Thank you, ladies, for making a stressful situation less stressful for me. You are appreciated! One the first off as I walked into Inland Pharmacy it had been greeted by pharmacist tech took care of my transfer my prescriptions for myself and my husband. They are about my family care. I felt like I was back in time when pharmacists cared for patients care. Nothings is over priced and they care. They call you just to remind you to refill. I caught this woman via photo "scanning" multiple items and collecting loads of receipts. I think she missed quite a few items at the scanner and no one told her anything! I made a couple of gestures but this lady was too in the zone, she didn't even hear me. I really hope she wasn't shoplifting, the staff seemed oblivious. I like this location, it's well-stocked and has plenty of lens cleaning products. However, the patrons are very rough here.

If you did not know about this, I hope to highlight the main reason I believe this to be a factor in the breaking point of a design flaw in Walmart's Gas station placement/location, protocols for traffic flow and lack of attentive security at this particular location. Major efforts have been placed at San Jacinto Walmart to prevent theft, yet a large concern for the community is safety and should be more concerning to Walmart's team. Other businesses in the surrounding San Jacinto area are concerned for the safety of their employees and customers as well. There have been several incidents over the years not just with Walmart. Many people in this town, who have cars, turn into monsters where inconvenienced. That Gas Station parking lot is poorly designed. Walmart should have bought the plot right next to or behind itself to place the gas station or request the city put a 4 way stop on Commonwealth for everyone's safety. This is not personal opinion; these are eye witness accounts from 1st person observations at location #5425.  The gas attendants are clearly unsafe. Should they get involved they could get hurt or have theft by breech when exiting the building. There should be 1 security there at all times and traffic cones or dividers to separate traffic. The traffic extends into the street at peek hours! Do you understand this has become a street blocking issue? Among other things...

I used to dislike this store, but it's quickly grown on me as it's well-stocked and very convenient when I work at Megan Cope Elementary down the street! I thank CVS for being my oasis in the SJ drought of commerce. If you're entering the valley from Ramona Expressway or Sanderson this is the first store you'll see aside from the gas station (which is technically not a store). CVS has eye glass cleaner, self-checkout kiosks, and amazing Tahquitz High School merch. Of course, the pharmacy and over-the-counter meds are the main event, but I thought I'd give a shoutout to the other merch you'll find here!
