My husband has used this pharmacy for over 10 years. Owner VJ and his wife are some of the nicest, most hardworking people around and are always so helpful and knowledgeable answering any questions about new medications or finding solutions. They always make time to say hello even when they are busy and remember things from your last conversation and follow up. They recently moved locations from Murrieta Hot Springs to next to Stater Bros. Bigger location and parking is easier to find now. They recently moved (as of May 28) out of the medical building by Murrieta Hot Springs to this great location next to the Stater Bros off Los Alamos. Their new address is 25060 Hancock Ave ste 101, Murrieta. The nicest, most knowledgeable Pharmacist and his wife always provide outstanding service. They truly care about your medication needs, unlike the big chain pharmacies. I spoke to a guy on the phone and he told me he would be able to order my prescription the following day and reassured me I wouldn't need to call any more pharmacies looking for my medication because they would have it so I call the following day to make sure everything is fine and as I'm talking to a lady and asking questions, the guy takes the phone from her and proceeds to tell me if I can find it somewhere else to just go there. If they didn't have the medicine that's fine but don't reassure customers you're getting their prescriptions then not be able to fulfill them and then get mad when they are asking about it. read more

I had a simple request to transfer my prescription and he was combative with me the entire time talking over me and being just flat out rude. Great pharmacy, amazing people! I've had nothing but positive experiences every time I go to ProCare Pharmacy. I love being able to support small, independent, family owned businesses and it's evident that the owners at ProCare work hard and truly ethical people. They go out of their way to suggest how I can get reimbursed for medication not covered by my insurance. In addition, I have one medication that is a nightmare to fill- I had issues every month at large chain pharmacies. I've never had an issue with ProCare and the cash price compared to the large chain pharmacies is equivalent, if not better! I drive 20 miles just to visit ProCare. Disclaimer - I'm not a customer and will not be based on my husband's experience. As a potential customer he did not get the help he needed with his questions about availability of a new med and upon leaving a negative review based on that unhelpful interaction the pharmacist hunted him down to proclaim that he wasn't a patient and demand that he revoke the review like a crazed lunatic. What does it say about your customer service to bully others for sharing their review of their interaction with your business? It pretty much validates the well earned review. Been using this pharmacy for years. Am always able to get what I need. No complaints after 10 years.

The pharmacist here is rude, inconsiderate, hung up on me, and completely lied on the phone about my 1 year olds prescriptions. My husband went in to see how much they would price for a nebulizer and it was $60. I know pharmacies are overpriced I have issues with that generally but nothing I didn't expect. My husband says no thank you while holding our sick baby and the pharmacist says "well if you fill your other prescriptions here, I'll give you money off the nebulizer." The inconsideration was beyond me, a sales pitch while holding sick babies? Again whatever, brushed it off. He then calls us shortly after we got home and tells me my sons prescriptions were ready, after we already told him we'd be using our regular pharmacy. I told him the same, we're having our regular pharmacy fill them and I'm confused why he filled them. He rudely said we didn't tell him not to fill them and he'd put them back and hung up on me. I was worried that the prescriptions weren't going to be filled by our pharmacy so I called back and he said "no the prescriptions were never filled I didn't say that, I said we received them". Have you EVER heard of a pharmacy calling you to let you know they received your prescriptions? No. They'd be making phone calls all day. I said "you explicitly told me you filled them AND that you'd put them back?" and he fought me tooth and nail he never said that. He was rude, unprofessional, and unethical to say the least. First you try to sell us on using your pharmacy, a $60 nebulizer that I just purchased elsewhere for $30, you lie through your teeth, and you hang up on me? This pharmacist only cares about making money. Makes me thankful for our pharmacist that takes their time with us, offers us cheaper alternatives, is kind, and we've never had a bad experience. I would give 0 stars to this place if I could. Unfortunate that people act this way, especially when their main customers are experiencing sickness or illness in some way shape or form. read more

Pharmacist is unethical, rude and dishonest. I was having my scripts filled for months and utilize a web based MD via video chat as I am on the road and travel for work. When I have my script filled at 8am, I get a call from pharmacist stating that he can't fill due to the Doctor not licensed in CA. I checked with the web based app and doctor and verified he is. Informed the Pharmacist and he said he can't just go off of what they tell you over the phone. ??? So to prevent any delay, I schedule and pay another consultation fee and made sure that the MD is licensed in CA, which he is and he cancels prior script and writes a new one. When I go to pick up, it's still not ready. Pharmacist says he needs to still get the verbal verification even though script was sent twice now. After waiting entire day, he calls me at the 11th hour and tells me this Doctor is in Arizona. Which I know was false and even went on the CA licensing board to verify that he is licensed and located in CA, but must be licensed in AZ as well. Also in the process of doing this, saw the intitial Doctor was licensed in CA as well. So both Doctors were licensed and are able to write scripts legally and do all the time in CA. Why, the pharmacist won't fill is beyond me. I couldn't believe he wouldn't fill this as he was using the excuse he isn't licensed in CA, I went there to show him. He knew this already and said it doesn't matter and now changes his tune and tells me he doesn't want to fill it and was doing me a favor for filling it for me the last 2 or 3 times. I'm like wait, you mean to tell me this now at the 11th hour. If I don't have my meds, I could literally have to go to the emergency room as you can't just stop taking them cold turkey. The fact he was trying to use a different excuse as if it was because the Doctors weren't properly licensed was a blatant lie. If he didn't want to fill the script for whatever reason, he should have told me the last time I filled so I could have time to make proper arrangements as this all takes time as it is a rare medication and is extremely hard to find. I would think that somebody in this field would know the ramifications of not taking this particular medication &what could happen when stopping cold turkey. He didn't care one bit and told me to just find a new pharmacy. This man does not care about your health and won't hesitate to deny your meds for no logical reason whatsoever and will lie as to why. Not only did I pay an additional consultation fee for 2nd doctors visit, but now I run the risk of checking into emergency room because he wasn't honest and up front and now I don't have time to fill at another location. Use this pharmacy at your own risk but please be careful. read more

Procare- they are pros at caring for you! You will never wait longer then 10 mins to get your prescription:) if there is an issue with your insurance the owner will try to help figure it out. They carry different brands of meds so if you feel one works better you can request it. I've sent over 50 if my friends, family and clients here and the are all happy As for the negative comments- when you deal with Walgreens you will have issues!
