Walmart is Walmart and I have yet to find a great experience at one. This place is no different. In two different locations throughout the store here, I heard two different Walmart managers talk in a condescending tone to two different employees In completely different areas in the store (so the incidents were not related). The one great thing I have to say about this store is the auto center. Everybody there always seems to be teamed up and customer focused and always quality work. So really much appreciated there. If I was only reviewing the auto center I would have easily given this review four (or maybe better) Stars. read more

I can't with this store. Not today. Tested all my patience and then some. Photo department was not up to par, went to customer service to return my Christmas cards and they don't have a "quantity" button on their register so I had to wait while they processed the return ONE by ONE (For 40 cards), they are not up to speed with the latest tech and don't offer 'tap to pay' and the straw the broke my back was the kid who was fetching carts was walking behind me and my husband, saw us get into our car and he pulled up his thing right in front of us blocking us in. He slowly began to gather a bunch of carts, got them hooked up, he turns around and makes eye contact with me through the windshield and then slowly turns back to the corral to get more carts. Walmart somehow manages to be stressful every single time. The cleanliness is bad, the store feels messy, and half the time things are out of place or just gross. Staff are usually rude or clearly annoyed when you ask for help, which makes the whole experience worse. On top of that, there are always issues with products. Prices don't match, items are damaged, or something goes wrong at checkout. Nothing ever feels smooth or easy here. I go in expecting a quick trip and leave frustrated every time. This is honestly probably my favorite Walmart just for the fact that they have everything that I need in stock versus the Walmart in TEMECULA. I always come here early in the morning to beat the traffic because that one time that I made the mistake of coming in the afternoon this place was a nightmare. Trying to pay using the App since they for some reason won't take Apple Pay here. Had an account added my card which works and even tried adding a bank account cause the App clearly states "add bank to pay with bank". Yet once I go to checkout there was no way to use that method of payment and every person I asked said they didn't know and I could wait till 10am to ask customer service. Yet I was here at 6:30am. No one seemed to know anything about there job. So just frustrated with this Walmart normally don't come here and won't be coming back for sure. read more

Lack of service, employees, and product. We had some items in mind that we wanted to get and this Walmart didn't have any of it. The website said that they had them all in stock, but we couldn't find them. There was only 1 employee working the electronics section so there was a super long line. We, then, found another employee but they didn't know how to help us since it "wasn't their section". After running around the electronics aisles, we finally gave up and decided to just buy it online somewhere else. We also wanted to see if they had shoes we wanted (the website said they were in stock), but they weren't either. Needless to say, this location needs to be restocked very badly. They also need to evenly distribute more employees throughout the store to help out. The parking lot is spacious, though. Basically, needs a lot of improvement. read more

Their customer skills are nonexistent you tried calling their customer service. They won't let you speak with the supervisor. They won't offer any resolutions. It's practically illegal the way they're operating in the situation. This building needs to be looked into an investigated. They hang up on customers. it's almost as if this is their customers behavior irritate you enough so that you don't try to get a refund or get anything fixed even if you are getting something done then they hang up on you. It seems to be like a tactic and needs to be investigated. If you try to make a customer complaint, they tell you you can mail it in yourself. Absolutely no accountability. read more

Customer service agents (3) gave us false information about submitted return even though we have receipt of return. 3 visits later we were told that we had to call Walmart Customer Service! This store doesn't answer any phone, in any department, at any time of day. And that's a perfect analogy for the abysmal service you receive here. I never feel clean or safe being in or leaving this store. I've seen fights, workers screaming at customers, workers openly cussing in the kids toy isles and restrooms caked in excrement. I bought cookies they rang up over 4$ I told her they were 3.97 she said I have to send someone to see I said ok she never did so I paid over 4$. I keep forgetting to take pic . This whole Walmart delivery in paper bags is a nightmare. Every damn bag arrives ripped with no handles and must be picked up from bottom or emptied before you try to pick them up. Walmart is charging you for bags and number one cannot be reused for anything. The cold/frozen food arrive lukewarm. So all produce is shit. WTF is going on. This review is based on my experience using the curbside pickup feature from their website, not the app. I was looking for a certain baby formula for my cousin's new baby. With the outrageous formula shortage going on right now, I will search high and low to find one that will help ease baby's tummy troubles. My cousin sent me a pic of a brand she couldn't find down south, so I did a quick online search and saw that Walmart had it in stock. I made the purchase online and received the confirmation email shortly after. The email said to check in prior to my arrival, which I did. Once I parked in a designated pickup spot, it didn't have any other options. I then called the number listed underneath my numbered stall. The recording said to leave my name and number and someone would call me back. Ummm...okayyyy... did that and no one called me back, but an employee walked up to my window and asked for my name. I gave him the info he asked for, he left and returned with the formula in a bag. It was a process that took about 10 minutes, which wasn't bad. My slight gripe: how would they know I arrived if there was no option to tell them I was there?! Glad that I was able to get what I needed and I wasn't in a rush. The guy was out there hustling in 100+° weather so I have to applaud him for being courteous and professional. There were about 4 others waiting for their orders and he handled it like a champ! I gotta say it though: Walmart, you gotta get it together with the pickup process. Your major competitor (you know, the bullseye store) has it down to a T. Get it to that standard, please! Your employees have always been nice and I've never had a problem shopping here, so I have faith that you can improve! Thanks for having what I needed. Once again Walmart gets a big zero for customer service. I ordered online and when products were delivered, they were wrong. I had to drive to Walmart to exchange the items. Lilliana was extremely rude. I explained to her the items were sent in error by their delivery service for the online sale price. The same items were on the shelf in the store yet she would not allow me to exchange them. I will avoid shopping Walmart based on their customer service and snotty attitude! TL;DR associates take long to open glass cases. I had one employee who had 0 customer awareness skills. I came in to purchase two brake light bulbs for my car. I had the part numbers and found it behind the case and pushed the button to wait for the employee. 15 minutes passed before someone came. He was with a trainee and then looked at me and said, "I forgot my keys." He walked away without saying sorry or give me a moment. 5 minutes later, he came back, and I wanted two different bulb numbers. He says in a serious tone, "it's only one per customer." I was waiting for him to say just kidding, but he never did. So I just got one of each bulb. He said to check out at the fishing section, so I went there. He rang me up, and it was about $14. Again, he said in a serious voice, "That'll be $98." And at this point, I'm already disgruntled from waiting and his sarcastic tone. What made it worse was he leaned over to his trainee and said, "I should stop doing that, I got in trouble last time I did that." I was annoyed at this point, and I felt his trainee felt the same way-- that this employee really did not take his job seriously and was also annoyed but afraid to say anything. In fact I was told that several of this store's employees have never met. 3. Super friendly and helpful staff. 4. Covered parking! Why is this concept not used at Vegas area Walmarts where the sun's heat can melt the stripes off of a racing car? My girl and I went to Walmart to get a couple things but mostly to get pictures printed. Went to the photo area and Patrick helped us. Went above and beyond helping my girl through the process. Told us it would take 30 + minutes so we picked our other items and headed back. I told her that I bet it's finished because Patrick knows his s*it, and I was right. But Walmart Murrieta location definitely is cleaner and it's staff in a much friendlier and professional demeanor than any other Walmarts I've been to in Southern California. I wouldn't have left this review if it wasn't for my experience tonight: I left my iPhone14Max Pro along with my Driver's License in its case in one of the aisle shelves (I couldn't remember which). Katrina (pictured) answered the call when I called Walmart and she instantly went into action. After 2 mins taking to her and after using Apple Find Me App we realized that no one had turned in my phone into Walmart staff. After a few short holds on the phone she was able to find the phone untouched! If it weren't for her quick thinking, I am sure than my phone and DL would have landed in the wrong hands. I paid $5 to get wine within 3 hours so it would be in time for a dinner recipe. I added 4 other things that were not something I needed right away and wouldn't have paid extra to get quickly. Well, no wine got delivered so I paid $5 extra for nothing. While I'm writing this review, let me add how inconvenient it is for me that the pharmacy now closes at 7pm. It works better for me to run errands in the evening after dinner has been prepared. That is usually 7-7:30 for me. I have several prescriptions that come due at different times so it's an ongoing annoyance. Just....ugh. Changing insurance soon so hopefully I will have a different in-network pharmacy. read more

Went to Walmart 08:30 pm to purchase a car battery, I brought in my dead battery, The the man that was at the counter said , I cannot purchase a battery due too they have to test my old battery to see if it's bad or not , company policy . Also no one at the Automotive Department has knowledge to it, the that does went home already. I explain that the battery is over 3 years old and I have a load tester at home and the battery failed. He does not seem to want to help any customer and gave me more lip service and suggest to come back tomorrow....I return the next day, a lady help me , she took my old battery with no testing, or any policy and I have my new battery...This store seems to have a lot of employees that does not care about customers. This review is for the tire center. I would give a zero stars if I could. My elderly mother went to get 2 tires today. She did not have a ride home so she was going to wait. They told her it would take 3 hours. 4 hour past of her waiting and they were getting close to closing. She asked about her car and they informed her it would not be done today. She left with no tires. There were still 2 cars ahead of her. So she sat there for 4 hours only to leave with no tires. Walmart Murrieta, Ca almost killed me. Any lawyers out there? I purchased a set of 4 tires. As I was driving home I could hear a noise that sounded like my breaks were pushed in or warped. I pulled over 4 miles from home but couldn't identify where the noise was coming from. I called a tow truck and brought it home. I took off the tires and found the rim weights lodged into my break caliper and rotor. This could have locked up my left front break on the freeway. The technician glued on the rim weights on a very dirty rim. Glue doesn't work well with dirt and break dust. If anything, please teach your technicians on proper safety. read more

This review is for the curbside pickup. The organization at this location (Murrieta) Is just absolutely horrendous. You go and check in to say you are there to pick up your stuff and then you basically sit and wait. You literally sit there for an hour or longer. That's if you are lucky. Some people have no choice but to curbside. A couple of the employees are extremely rude and have zero customer service. It's just an absolute joke. The employees at the elsinore store are amazing and always nice and respectful when speaking to you. They aren't disrespectful or rude at all. I come from a background of many years in retail management and I would have zero tolerance for my employees to treat customers or delivery workers that way. read more
