The worst Auto service center in all of Temecula valley. I had very bad experience with this Walmart. I have no idea why they ask you to make an appointment when they don't honor the appointment time and they book 3 other people for the same time. I had to wait 3 hours to get two tires installed on my ca even though I had an appointment scheduled. The technician came and asked where do I want to install the tires and I clearly told him I want them installed on front. When the work was completed, I found out he installed on the rear. WTH, I clearly said I wanted them on the front. This was a horrible experience. I will never go back there. read more

I would like to give negative stars not only for the customer service but also the patrons. I saw a checkout line with the light on but a sign that said, "Lane closed." The cashier confirmed the lane was closed. I got in the next line, which was long. Another customer walked up and told the cashier the light was still on. The cashier confirmed the line was closed, but a short man with a Walmart vest (a supervisor maybe?) told the customer that the cashier could help her. I walk over and ask if the line is open. The cashier now says yes. I let the customer in front know that the rest of us (poi ting to the long line) were already waiting in line. The customer tells me to "shut up." I tell her that is very polite. As I walk out of the store, this same customer is standing near the exit. I tell her she is rude as I walk by, and she shouts "bi#ch" at me. I did tell the man who was wearing the Walmart vest that he should have taken the customers in line rather than let the woman who never waited go ahead of everyone else. He just shrugged it off and said "oh". Great example of why I try to never shop at Walmart. I only needed one thing, and it turned into a fiasco. read more

I see why this wal Mart has such a low rating. I'm sitting in the parking lot after my purchase to write this review, Ronald and older man was at the register when I went to check out with a few items I needed that I can only find at Wal Mart (will now be ordering online to avoid the Ronald's of Wal Mart) long story short I also grabbed a broom, not noticing it did not have a price tag or bar code. When I got to the register is when I noticed I handed it to Ronald and informed him I had just noticed there was no bar code, and I had no idea what the cost was, he immediately stopped scanning my other items and said "Well there's nothing I can do, I need a bar code" with a horrible attitute. I was shocked and reminded him that I did not work there and that he'd have to call can someone in that department. He expected me to go get a new broom and in a case where I wasn't alone and the cashier was being nice and polite I would have had no problem doing so but he came in hot and had an attitude from the beginning so I decided to not only match his energy but give him a taste of his own medicine with a little extra in top. I see why people avoid Wal Mart, I only wish my local Target Carried the chili oil I needed so I would not have to deal with this kind of ridiculousness. Walmart does not honor a warranty, they'll give you the runaround until you're upset and fed up and leave the store. What says in your receipt is different from their system and they'll tell you that they follow what the system says. We bought a premium AGM car battery with a 4-yr warranty, failed in 3 years. Nothing in the receipt that says prorated and nowhere in the store states that the warranty is prorated either. Assuming it is if they changed the policy, the manager should override and acknowledge that the error is on their end and just swap out the battery but instead, he denies it and gives us a cocky attitude. Very poor unprofessional customer service and was very disappointing. Shop somewhere else and save yourself from this grief. It's not worth your precious time, energy, and money. Tell me why my vehicle sat for 3 hours and on the 3rd hour only then I get a phone call telling me they will not be servicing my vehicle. Never going there again. Would not recommend, bunch of jabronis working there, then again it is Walmart. Full story: been going there the last 6 months. I've got a high mileage car. Because I drive 120 miles round trip 3-4 days a week. I have a thicker viscosity oil I like in my vehicle because of that. The first time they changed my oil without hassle. I've been calling them for 20 minutes to get our tires changed and I've been hung up on before they've said anything and it literally rings for 4 mins at a time before the call just hangs up or drops. Like if you wanted business wouldn't you want to answer the phone. This is very irritating. If we didn't already pay for the tires I would not go back. Fix your phone lines if y'all can't hear it. And if you can just answer the phone. Terrible. Update. Went in cuz we had an appointment anyways but called to see if the phone rang and we barely heard that phone at alll. And to make things worse there wasn't even someone available for another 15 minutes. Update 2: lily the Automotive manager on duty is wonderful came in and explained somethings and basically explained that what we were told initially was wrong and that we'd still be able to get everything done and ended up taking care of us herself. Hey Neighbors just a heads up when shopping at Walmart if you use your debit card to make a purchase with your Debit card they suck it out in a second. I spent $ 162 plus dollars at Walmart. But, found out that 2 items were incompatible with my current Christmas lights. So, I needed to return them well according to Walmart management I cannot get my cash back I have to wait for it to credit back into my debit card which can take 5 days they say. Now keep in mind when I got the stuff they took the money out in 30 seconds I got my notification that fast. But, when comes to reciprocating it's hurry up and wait. I went in there tonight to return a very large toy that she got for her granddaughter for Christmas but it was the wrong doll house. We had the receipt and she had over $240.00 of items with that receipt. She paid 40.00 on her debit card and paid $200.00 in cash and went to return the $140.00 doll house and the return desk said if I didn't have the debit card used to buy only $40.00 of the original time I bought it then it would have to go bac on a gift card and or the original debit card used. Went to Walmart for a oil change my car only takes 6 quarts of oil Walmart charged me a half quart extra for oil i called them up to ask why they added a half quart extra they told my car was short a half quart when they did the pre expection i told her so you are charging me a half quart of oil because i was low a half in the pre expection so you added the half quart then drained my oil to put 6 new quarts i told her to listen to what she told me didnt make any sense to hen she put me on hold then came back with another bs story that the new oil filter absorbed half a quart of oil making it 6 half quarts of oil..i think they are scamming people for extra charges.. read more

Zero if I could! Sigh. My visit on 11/19/24 was not the most pleasant or productive. For starters these aholes DO NOT answer the phone for anything. Secondly, I was in line for over 20 minutes at Money Market waiting in line while the Ugly Old Frumpy White Woman with a lazy eye was taking her sweet ass time. Thank goodness the other lady came back from her "break" because she was the faster of the two. We were told by a very nice employee named Michael that they had some in the pharmacy, jewelry department and there was a display near register 12. We went to register 12 and I looked over the metal barrier. She never asked if I needed something, she didn't even acknowledge me. My mother came up, as she knew what she wanted, and Patty snapped at her, telling her she could NOT go back there because tobacco. My mom never asked to or attempted. There was no need to snap. Then, acting inconvenienced, she got us the battery. She asked what brand we would like and mother told her. She gave us the wrong brand. Then acted like we were at fault. Took my daughters out here to pick up some home goods and groceries I spent over 370.00 and had my daughters helping me at the self checkout just trying to have a moment w them both letting them scan items and use the label reader gun. We paid for some of our items beforehand at the electronics section due to my daughter getting an hdmi cable and charger they were nice enough to ring up a couple of pillows and a Sonic plushy and gave us the receipt so now here we go to the front to use the self checkout within 7 mins this skinny old dude w glasses came up to me w a receipt in his hand saying ohh I don't see the pillows on your receipt so I'm thinking how does this guy have a receipt for me when I haven't even checked out all these items out here at the front yet. The 1ST computer was faulty... went back to Walmart and exchanged it for another one thinking the same model would be fine..My daughter while returning it the walmart Associate told her they would not reimburse the purchase to my MC..telling her " we can't do that" you have to put the money towards a WALMART GIFT CARD, so she took the 2nd computer home.. well, the 2nd computer was faulty.. Checked the warranty slip.. was referred to BEST BUY. IN TEMECULA. The ASSOCIATES at Best Buy told her that the computer was faulty and that they had received a lot of chrome books with the same problem and it was best to get a better computer. We went back to Walmart Murrietta and they would not allow us to return it (because the first associate told her she could not put the credit back on my MC. That the credit could go ONLY TO A GIFT CARD. I AM FUMING AT THIS POINT! SO NOW I HAVE A $318.00 GIFT CARD TO WALMART ONLY. As far as I'm concerned this is unconscionable! So now what? I just had the most pleasant shopping experience this morning and two employees really stood out! Tom was so enthusiastic at 7:30am and helped me hunt down flashlights. He didn't stop until he'd found them in the online system and he took me right over. He even suggested a set to have on hand for emergencies. Georgietta was equally as chipper and friendly; greeting me and directing me to her line. (SC162732 at 08:06:11 on 10/18) We chatted about all the little goodies I was getting to fill the junk drawer in my remodeled kitchen. She asked if I had found the junk drawer organizers there at her store and I told her I had not. I tried to call the store twice and dialed Zero for an associate so I could let the manager know but there was no answer. If I could do zero stars I would so on Monday October 2, 2023 I got my oil change at Walmart which took 2 hours and I needed them to check my tires the guys working the auto desk told me it was gonna be like a two hour wait so I told him I would make an appointment for October 3rd at 4 o'clock. I get there to the appointment and the guy looks at the tire and tells me there's a big nail in the tire and that he's going to charge me $120 for a brand new tire when I have warranty on them.
