Wednesday, 1-28-2026: This Dollar Tree is well lit, kept clean, and organized. There were hardly any people here, which made shopping very enjoyable. I needed a few items but instead came away with $68 worth of merch! I can't resist good bargains. I bought a few cards, garden items, gift bags, some toys for my grandson, fake foliage, snacks, toothbrushes, and dental floss. Items are no longer a dollar more like $1.25, $1.50 with some items priced higher like $6.00 or $7.00 on up. Prices have risen but it's still bargain prices compared to other stores. The cashier (older Hispanic lady) who is on this morning of June 9th at 10:52am. Im Hispanic myself. I Politely asked "May I use your restroom please?" Replied very upfront and with an attitude before I can finish saying "please" responded back "No, it's not working" when the answer could've been a different tone like "I'm sorry our restroom is out of order" could've been a different approach. 2 I know the restroom is working because I was just there 2hrs ago and had to go back for something. This dollar tree requires another associate to come and open the door for you but I'm sure the cashier just didn't want to take the time to ask for help for a customer. Which is fine but lied instead. I know retail can be frustrating. I've worked retail since I was a teen myself but I was never disrespectful to anyone just because I was having a bad day. I chose kindness even on days that were rough and I was drained. Mind you the restroom wasn't for me. It was for my disabled non verbal older sister. I come here regularly because my sister loves this dollar tree. Structure is everything to her. If you have a loved one in the spectrum you understand. Today was pretty disappointing.. My mom always taught me to treat others the way I'd like to be treated but this world nowadays has changed morals. It's so sad. read more

On July 9, 2025, I placed an order totaling $78 (Order #22744844094). I received an email on July 24, 2025 stating the order was ready for pickup. During the first week of August, I went to the store, only to be told by an employee that they "do not accept online orders." I had to correct her, and then wait approximately 20 minutes for the manager to return from lunch, plus another 15 minutes while she assisted other customers. When I finally spoke to her, she initially dismissed my order without checking. Only after I insisted did she look, but then stated she could not locate it because the storage room was "too full." She took my information and promised to call me the next day, but never did. A week later, when I called to follow up, the manager hung up on me. I then received an email falsely stating that I had picked up my order, which I had not. I had to call Dollar Tree customer service, wait on hold, and request a refund. This experience was unacceptable. The manager's conduct was unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. This is second incident I have had at this location where my online order could not be located and I received no assistance from the employees or the manager. I do not recommend this store and I definitely won't shopping here again. read more

Only found two out of the handful of things I was looking for, seems like brands are changing and they don't stock the same things they used to. Store was still as organized as ever, this location doesn't seem to be as busy which is odd considering the location. Definitely a must visit when in the area! read more

Listen Listen Listen!!!! At this Dollar Tree store you get more bang for your buck. Let's face it girls just wanna have funds. The service at this location is outstanding. Even though its not a grocery store Per say, the workers are always happy to lend a helping hand. They will look for your merchandise if you can't find it , also they will pack your items and carry them to your vehicle. The store receives a shipment every Wednesday but Thursday is when all the merchandise is placed out. A bundle of goods. Make awesome cents. This is a one place I will always stretch my dough because the Buck stops here. read more

It doesn't make sense to buy elsewhere for gift bags, wrapping paper, scotch tape, and I'm not really sure what else because I only recently started shopping here. I didn't get it at first, but now I understand. If the price isn't marked, it's a dollar. Today my purchase was a large gift bag, Scotch tape, and tissue paper-yep, a total of $3 plus tax. And all this time I thought I was getting a deal at Party City. It's not high quality items here, but it's definitely worth checking out. read more

This location is well stocked and maintained. A lot of good things for $1! The major changes they need to make are the employees. There were 5 customers behind me and only 1 cashier working. While waiting I saw 2 other employees walking out of the office, one of which may have been the manager, but no one bothered to open up another register! On top of that the one cashier was chewing gum, no mask and only greeted with a "do you need a bag". No hello or thank you. Then again, can't blame her because she was the only one running the register. Luckily they have 3 other registers not in use!! The dollar tree that once was an amazing cheap store for essentials is no more. This dollar tree had a recent full makeover with more various $1.25-$6 dollar items. Although this review was not entirely of the change of the store but of an employee interaction namely someone who may be the manager, an older woman with long brownish hair was putting away stock in the candy aisle when I was browsing and she decided to stand next to me staring at me, not even an "excuse me please" or anything of the sort basically wanting me to move out of her way. Manager sees a line and doesn't even bother leaving her office to help her employee take the line down. Employee asked for help multiple times and manager wouldn't even come out the office just scream from her office saying I see give me a minute. Poor customer service, the management will ignore you if you are trying to ask a simple question then place more of the work on their staff rather than take the initiative to help customers coming in looking provide business. Very rude and crappy attitudes here. read more

I love the dollar tree but I find it ridiculous that they have now shut down the bathrooms and will not let you use them. Really stupid.

Just left the dollar tree and had an unfortunate encounter with your sales associate Rita. I inquired about which checks tabs is open and she said "one with the light on". You could barely see the light on compared to the other check stands with the light off. She could've said "right here on number 3 " or whatever. I shop at this store 2 times a week, always had an amazing experience till today! This beautiful Hawaiian cashier (Rami) was so rude. She was cashing out a customer and I asked if she is open since her light was off. She says no already closed. Then she calls another lady and cashes her out, so I asked so you end up opening. She says no I am going to help only her! What??? Ok. She leaves after, collects shopping carts and then comes back and opens up again! I was in shock! Is it just me or has customer service not been its best during social distancing has started...? Anyone ever notice how RUDE the sales associates are the dollar tree hires? Not one person who works there seems to have any customer service skills, wich I feel is huge for a business, regardless how big or small you are. The associates there act as if everyone else has the problem but them and are annoyed if you ask a question. Excuse me you had the choice to work in CUSTOMER SERVICE or not to work. I get it, it's not for everyone. Just like common sense isn't so common. The are always gossiping with each other at the check stands and not while ringing people up. Always reliable on their basic products. I come here to restock every few months. The last few times I have been there I always have awkward or bad experiences with the line or cashier. All different cashiers. They tend to try and get a customer from a different line, when they already have their own customers in their lane to find. It's just awkward bc they ask this customer to go first and the customers waiting in line have to all move back. I have either been super pregnant or have a baby in my hand so it's weird. A few months ago my mother was with me and she commented on how it's rude and the way the cashier said it was confusing, then when my mom confronted her about it she denied knowing anything she did was wrong. I just want to say that the people working at this location have always been friendly and helpful. I also want to give a special shout-out to Anthony who was the cashier when I was checking out yesterday. I accidentally gave him $25 on a $8 purchase. I thought I gave him $10. I appreciate his honesty, by making me aware of my mistake, when he could have easily kept the money for himself. I love Dollar Tree. I come here to pick up cards; Birthday, Christmas, anniversary, get well etc. For one dollar they have a decent selection if you're okay with plain cards without glitter or anything popping out. I also like getting things for holidays like little gift baskets, candies, and goodies here to make small gifts. They have stuff seasonally like Easter, Christmas, 4th of July etc. It is a great place to grab cheap decorations, streamers for a holiday coming up and fun toys for kids. My favorite is around Halloween, they will have cheap decorations, fake body parts, hanging bats and all sorts of fun stuff! read more

These recent reviews do not give the workers here enough credit. They are working through a pandemic and still show up to work to serve the public. Everytime I am in here, the associates are always on their toes and very kind. The lines can get long but backup is always called before it is too crazy. The shelves are always fully stocked with new goodies pretty much weekly too. Keep up the great work! read more

I noticed today that a customer was shopping and after she checked out and paid for what looked like about 30 or so items, the manager accused the woman of stealing a candy bar. When the customer offered the lady to search her, of course nothing was found. The customer asked to see the footage that the manager claimed to have as evidence against her, and the manager responded "no it's okay". She never apologized for accusing her of stealing or anything. Absolutely horrible. I feel so bad for that customer. read more

I noticed a nice selection of name brand items selling at lower prices than most local competitors. Even better, they accept manufacturer coupons. Bathroom had no toilet paper and was a nightmare. Sales associate, Gloria was very rude. She didnt have her light on her cash register and gave us a attitude. One customer came by to ask her how much a item was and she very rudely said "everything is $1". Which is not true. She was very rude. Either give her a break, or fire her. Absoutely love this store! super cool things that are not junk. the cashiers are always super friendly and outgoing and everytime I go in the place is so much more clean than the other dollar tree stores. I don't know one of the cashier her name but the girl with brown hair that has the blue on her eyelashes is really amazing kind person. everytime I bring my kids in who are disabled she doesn't judge or stare instead she treats them so kindly I could hug her! shout out to that cashier you really are the best! read more

Wow I am so disappointed. This is a review for the manager wow.. I just left the store and I can not believe how someone can act like she does and be in charge.. or have a job at all. Very bad attitude very rude towards customers. Last time I was there she was screaming at the customer and arguing.. but I guess today was my day. I checked out and person that was packing my stuff(I hope it's his first day) had all my glass items and cans together with my birthday cards so all of my cards were damaged.. I showed it and she was already there.. she said "oh well usually customers say just to throw it in the bag.. so one time he does it and makes a mistake it's ok it's not a big deal" ummm okkk.. I said "it's the last card" ..oh you're card is fine just go and grab the other envelope" .. wow I didn't say anything because I already knew what type of attitude she ALWAYS HAS.. i was rushing but if I wasn't I was going to return all of my 3 bags and get my money back. . if she is some "manager" how about you say "oh sorry about that can I grab the envelope for you".. my second job is merchandise coordinator I work retail, I know.. but cmon so rude. Love what the store has to offer but had the worst service EVER! I'm not one to complain but today I had the most rude service by Nancy Maldonado. There was a lady that forgot her card in the car, which is understandable. The woman went to the car and Nancy proceeded to check out the person in front of me. Meanwhile Nancy had being having a completely inappropriate conversation with this employee. She then asks her did she need change and leaves to get her change. So I'm just standing there thinking, what kind of customer service is this? Nancy doesn't say that she'll be with me in one moment or anything of that nature. When she gets back she then says she's waiting on the customer to get back with her card. I tell her that she had no problem checking the girl out ahead of me. Then she proceeds to tell me that she paid cash and if I paid with cash I could go. OKAY, did you even give me the option? No. She just told me that I couldn't until I questioned her other transaction. So at this time I'm very annoyed she talking to me with an attitude and the lady still isn't back. She then I ask her to cancel the lady's order so I can leave and she tells me that she can't! This woman is the manager of the store? I think this store needs new management immediately! This store is nice to have in our community , however the sales associates and cashiers are sometimes rude and have no customer service skills. The line are always long on the weekends. I stood in line for 10 minutes while two other employees dealt with balloons. Another time I went to this location and the cashier told me it was too hard for her to open my recyclable bag and would I open it for her. I ended up bagging my on items. This morning I decided to give The dollar Tree another try and once again there was 1 long line and there was another employee hanging out around the cashier seating on the bench that is at the check out counter talking to her while she servicing customers. Whether she was on a break on not on duty it just looks bad. Management should train their employees to be polite and professional. read more
