Paco, their delivery guy, had everything at my house within two hours -- seriously impressive. He removed my old appliances into the garage for me and fully set up the washer and dryer himself (water hookups, gas hookup, all of it). He was done in under 30 minutes and did an amazing job. When we arrived the line was insanely long. My husband went to order the pizza at a kiosk and I stood in the magic mountain line. It took about 25 minutes to get to the front however my pizza wasn't ready. In fact, the workers kept coming out while I was in line providing those who ordered a pepperoni pizza their pizzas. I had to wait probably an additional 15 minutes before my pizza was ready. The system that they have in place is insane and horrible. Everyone in line was complaining. There was a guy in front of me who ordered hot dogs and pizza and they wouldn't give him his hot dogs. He was told he had to wait and get his hot dogs with his pizza. Crazy because other folks received their food while waiting for their pizza. Please do better Costco. Chrissie is always smiling and other customers have made comments while standing in line that Chrissie is an asset to this AMPM. If she doesn't know an answer she will do her best to get one. I've seen some angry customers call her names over the air policy. She didn't respond in a negative way but listened and then asked the very vocal customer to leave. It was rather upsetting to see this customer lash out at her for a policy she was following and had no control over. My wife and I were disappointed in seeing the male clerk just stand there while this customer disrespected her with his words.
