My husband and I used this florist for years and had nothing but exemplary service and product and unfortunately with our last order which was done from out of state and over the phone, we feel completely taken advantage of and shocked at the arrangement that was sent to a baby shower. We asked for wild flower type and for a little girl baby shower and a sizeable budget. This was what was sent for 97.00 I could have purchased flowers from stater brothers and had them door dash and gotten better product and service. So disappointed and when I called to discuss there was many excuses as if I'd never ordered flowers ever. I was told the same designers have been there for decades. No record of my nor my husbands purchases for years no accountability at all. Which makes sense since ownership changed. Definitely not the same owners and it was after the fact that the person on the phone admitted that. I will never use this flower shop again. THEN... I got a call they were going to go pick up the flowers in the middle of the baby shower!!! Who does that? I bought a bouquet with a special pumpkin vase for my wife. I also upgraded to large stuffed animal, large chocolates and three balloons, which was a total of 160.00 with the upsell, I was hoping that they would maybe spend a little extra care making sure it was a beautiful flower bouquet . I'm overseas and wanted to do something special.. the bouquet was wilted and had to be at least a few days old. I had a beautiful note for them to put with the bouquet. They printed it off of a printer onto a card, which is OK, but it was really hard to read because the ink cartridge obviously needed to be changed. Very disappointed. My coworkers had a huge birthday bouquet delivered to my school and everyone was impressed. The next day the sunflowers, hydrangeas, and the pink and purple flowers were wilted and dying. I called them, they said it was a designer's choice arrangement , and they couldn't replace it yet because of a funeral; totally understandable. They delivered a bouquet that was 3x smaller than my original bouquet. The delivery person was very nice, and she said the original bouquet was given more flowers by the designer and this is what I should have received. And the poor lady was asked by the florist to take back my original bouquet! Wow! They got a lot of free advertising by having it shown off at my school, but apparently they weren't going to get any free publicity delivering a replacement to my home, so they didn't bother honoring their original design. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. I placed an online order for florals two days before Mother's Day for a Mother's Day delivery. My total with tax and delivery was $78. On Mother's Day morning they called me to tell me they were sold out of the purple vases and would be using a clear vase. Ok... I was fine with this even though I paid for the upgraded purple vase? We were told by my Dad that the flowers still hadn't come by 1:00 and then again at 4:00. We called them a few times and they answered and said they were very busy and that the flowers would be out for delivery soon.. By 5:30pm still no flowers. I understand being super busy, but I don't think they should take on more customers than they can handle. I called and told them to cancel the order/delivery and requested a full refund. They agreed. It's now been 8 days and I cannot get a hold of them! They won't answer my call and I am now having to dispute the transaction with my bank. Bad customer service. Take your business elsewhere! read more

Mother's Day Floral Shoppers Beware. I ordered my mum an arrangement via Teleflora, and it was sent to this shop. When the flowers were delivered to the recipient they were then replaced (no reason given onto why a new arrangement was delivered) later the same day. The second arrangement was not what I had ordered and had flowers that were already brown or dead in the arrangement. It looked like the arrangement delivered had been given to someone else and then replaced the one given to my recipient. (photos attached for reference). I have worked in flowers for quite a long time, and while I understand the products are temperamental- delivering a wilted arrangement is wholly unacceptable- especially when flowers are at a premium cost during the busy Mother's Day season. Additional frustrations- when ordering with Teleflora I did note to not put any white flowers in arrangement and both arrangement had white flowers (the recipient does not like any white flowers as they remind them of funerals and has experienced great loss recently). Full disclosure I did receive a partial refund from Teleflora, but have still escalated this to their CEO's office to ensure this florist is held accountable and to the high standards Teleflora is known for. read more

Don't trust the pictures on the website. The delivery person was nice to my mom when the flowers were delivered and my mom loved the flowers. I ordered the Premium - Blossoms in Vogue from an online picture. I posted a picture of the bouquet I ordered online and the bouquet my mom received. The flowers are beautiful and the delivery person was very nice, but I recommend selecting and picking up the flowers from the shop to know what you are getting. It appeared that there were less roses in the delivered bouquet than on the online photo of the bouquet. read more
