The only way to describe the service I received from The Bloom Shoppe is to say it was extraordinary. A business with poor customer service certainly would have found me annoying (unintentionally, of course). I say this because my request required extra coordination because I was traveling and because my recipient's delivery address was outside of The Bloom Shoppe's standard delivery range which I didn't know when I initially ordered. They still accommodated me. I paid a reasonable fee for the additional service, which I felt was only right. Not to mention I requested specific flowers and they made that happen too.
