I was thoroughly impressed by Mary's customer service and her gorgeous bouquet. I needed to send flowers to a friend 3 hours away, was able to talk to her on the phone about what I needed. I felt compelled to write a review which I don't do often because the customer service and the arrangement itself was amazing. The only way to describe the service I received from The Bloom Shoppe is to say it was extraordinary. A business with poor customer service certainly would have found me annoying (unintentionally, of course). I say this because my request required extra coordination because I was traveling and because my recipient's delivery address was outside of The Bloom Shoppe's standard delivery range which I didn't know when I initially ordered. They still accommodated me. I paid a reasonable fee for the additional service, which I felt was only right. Not to mention I requested specific flowers and they made that happen too. I can't praise the service enough. Added bonus, my friend loved the beautiful flowers. I'd highly recommend The Bloom Shoppe to anyone needing or wanting flowers. read more

I called Mary at The Bloom Shoppe on a Tuesday morning and asked her to make a big, beautiful and fragrant bouquet for a friend friend of mine. Mind you, I live 320 miles north, but after a small search on Yelp, I picked Mary's Shoppe, and I am so glad I did! Mary was kind and considerate from the beginning. I told her my budget and asked if she could incorporate some lovely fragrances to the mix and told her that my friends favorite color in Purple. Mary had the bouquet done up and delivered 24 hrs later to a very excited office and my friend was completely blown away!! The Bloom Shoppe went out of their way to make certain that my order was delivered on time and custom-made for a very very special friend's birthday. They were very patient and understanding and created the most beautiful flower arrangement that I've ever ever seen in my life. Their arrangements are custom made to order and they do require time to process the order so make sure you order within the timeframe and follow up with them after you place your order. The Bloom Shoppe was able to accommodate my order delivered "special" express, which is out of their normal policy, but they went beyond to satisfy their customers. Mary and I traded calls during a very busy time for both of us. She was responsive and wonderful as we worked together on my kind-of-last-minute order to design my rehearsal dinner flowers. She promised she could work within my budget and boy, did she deliver! Sight unseen she brought 10 Tuscan garden-style, unstructured arrangements in mismatched heavy artisan glass vases to my rehearsal venue.
