My husband went to Wes Flowers to get a bouquet of flowers for his proposal and they were so beautiful I knew I had to get my wedding bouquet from Wes' as well! I was the most indecisive bride in the history of weddings so I basically went in and said "help. I need flowers" The woman who helped us was so lovely. She asked me all kinds of questions I wouldn't have thought to have an opinion on. She got a feel for my vibe, my wedding colors, matched ribbons (thick for my bouquet and thin for bows on our wedding party single stem roses) clarified anything I didn't want (I'm allergic to Lillies!) any thing I knew I had to have (Red, Green, Gold... and pine cones) I got gold glitter pine cones!!! I didn't even know that was an option! I put a lot of faith in the skill and creativity of the designer. And I ended up with exactly what I wanted but was unable to put into words myself. My son stopped in to buy flowers for his girlfriend, I didn't realize the shop was under new management so things were a bit different. Jason (the new owner) was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience easy for my son. The bouquet turned out even better than we expected and was beautiful. My wife and I were staying in the Temecula area for our anniversary, and I wanted flowers delivered to surprise her. The resort recommended Wes' Flowers, and to sum up our experience: WOW! Michelle asked several questions about my wife's preferences, and then did an outstanding job putting together a custom arrangement that was, to quote my wife, "unbelievable, gorgeous, etc." The resort staff also all commented on how beautiful the arrangement was, and everyone that saw the pictures had the same comments! All I wanted was a Long Stem Rose for my Girlfriend. Trader Joe's only sold flowers by the bunch so Wes' Flowers WAS the Shop I decided to come to. I had my choice & got to choose an appropriate Rose. Glad I did, they bundled the Long Stem Rose with Baby's Breath and wrapped it all up in a Red Bow. Nice. I hate florists who claim to be "high-end" but rip off a nice guy who doesn't know much about flowers and was willing to spend a lot for his wife. They packed a huge number of old flowers for an expensive boutique. Another bouquet was overly green. They might have made some money today by charging for flowers that were too old to sell in the store, but they definitely lost future customers. Today is only the second day, and other flowers are already fading. I don't want to tell my husband because I want to protect his feelings, but if I had bought them, I would march into the store and ask for a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTING. read more

I called yesterday inquiring for an arrangement for a funeral that was set to be on this Wednesday, July 2. I spoke to a Brenda regarding an arrangement that I had in mind and she told me to email them. After not hearing from the business by 10 o'clock this morning, I gave them a call. I was informed Brenda was busy and that she would be giving us a call early this afternoon regarding the email that we had sent, along with pricing. When I didn't receive a call by 4:00 PM today, I called back and was informed that Brenda had left early for the day and that they would not be able to help us. We live over an hour away and were coming into town for the funeral. The company was well aware of our situation and showed zero empathy. Talk about poor customer service. It seems like that there is a lack of communication within the staffing. read more

We went to Wes' Flowers to get my son's homecoming date a bouquet. I've only ever gotten flowers from the grocery store before, so I loved that he was able to pick the flowers he wanted to use and how quickly the woman put them together. This is the third time I have received flowers from Wes's, ordered by my children in Las Vegas, and when my children send me a picture of what they ordered and what I received doesnt come near what they ordered. The latest one had three roses in it and the picture shows at least 6. Really sad. read more

Warning- do not use them. Prom flowers, paid extra for a 'full' posey bouquet and wrist corsage. 7 chunky roses, some were even open with 7 sprigs of delphinium for $144. I asked them, a dozen long stem roses is only $99. The flowers are simple and ugly and I could have done better with grocery store flowers. This is 2 hours before the kids take pictures. This is not a quality professional florist. read more

I have ordered through this florist and received beautiful flowers for years. I can't believe I have not rated them before. From my long and continued relationship with them I would personally recommend them. Their website is straightforward and easy to navigate. I remember them calling one time to authorize a flower substitute and I agreed. The recipient received fresh and beautifully arranged flowers that was better than pictured. A while back I stopped in their store on Jefferson Avenue just to look around. They have a huge variety of gorgeous flower/plant arrangements for various occasions. It is such a cute store! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Prices were high, which is typical today of all florists. My mom recently passed away and my boss and coworkers sent me a beautiful and aromatic arrangement of white Lillies. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Wes' Flowers is my new go-to florist! I had an "emergency" order that needed same delivery just after Christmas Day. I called around 1:00 p.m. and by 4:00 p.m. the flowers were delivered! They were fresh, beautifully arranged and just the right tone for the situation and limited budget I'd described to the salesperson. I had called several other florists and one that I had used many, many times from Murrieta. No one could help me and the Murrieta florist, my previous go-to florist, not only was completely unaccommodating but was rude and completely not empathetic. What a relief when I tried Wes' Flowers! The flowers really hit the spot! I later called the owner and complimented the salesperson. We had a nice chat about quality and service and he promised to commend the salesperson! Pricing is outrageous to be completely honest. Places in San Diego are cheaper and more affordable. Ask to use the restroom after spending $147.00 on some roses. And they said they do not have a public bathroom. Talk about customer service! Thanks much appreciated. read more

I didn't even care what the price tag was, the service was amazing, they had a large selection and they helped me pick out the fillers and it's fabulous! I had never used Wes's flowers before, so I went in there with no prejudgment. Needless to say it was nothing shy of a professional experience. Flowers were on a four hour delivery window but an hour and a half after leaving their establishment my wife was texting from home how beautiful the arrangement was. It was for our 10 year anniversary so I was pretty thrilled that it was an A+, from my personal service I got, to the timely delivery and finally a gorgeous arrangement that lasted almost a full week with all but 2 I think they were called "STAR GAZERS" having bloomed. We showed up at Wes' on a Saturday morning, the day of the event - Kyle listened patiently to what we were looking for - he called at 12:30 the same day to say that our bouquet was ready - and was it ever. It was beautiful - he was able to transform what little guidance we were able to share and turned it into the most beautiful bouquet fit for a bride. Then wasted more of my time when I said I want a refund putting me on hold. Calling a customer twice for an online order is terrible - if I wanted to talk on the phone to order flowers I would call to order them. People order online for convenience this shop can't deliver.
