It's already half dead upon arrival. Very disappointing for the price.

I hate florists who claim to be "high-end" but rip off a nice guy who doesn't know much about flowers and was willing to spend a lot for his wife. They packed a huge number of old flowers for an expensive boutique. Another bouquet was overly green. They might have made some money today by charging for flowers that were too old to sell in the store, but they definitely lost future customers. Today is only the second day, and other flowers are already fading. I don't want to tell my husband because I want to protect his feelings, but if I had bought them, I would march into the store and ask for a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Wes' Flowers makes the best arrangements for any occasion at reasonable prices. Always fresh and long lasting. The service is great and they treat their customers like family. I have been randomly buying bouquets from this location going on four years now and everyone that has received one, has nothing but great things to say about them. Highly recommend this flower shop as they do offer a wide selection to choose from. Thanks Wes' for bringing a smile to the ones I love and care about.

We went to Wes' Flowers to get my son's homecoming date a bouquet. I've only ever gotten flowers from the grocery store before, so I loved that he was able to pick the flowers he wanted to use and how quickly the woman put them together. It was a really nice experience and very inexpensive! Only $31.50! I definitely recommend checking out this florist!

I have ordered through this florist and received beautiful flowers for years. I can't believe I have not rated them before. From my long and continued relationship with them I would personally recommend them. Their website is straightforward and easy to navigate. I remember them calling one time to authorize a flower substitute and I agreed. The recipient received fresh and beautifully arranged flowers that was better than pictured. A while back I stopped in their store on Jefferson Avenue just to look around. They have a huge variety of gorgeous flower/plant arrangements for various occasions. It is such a cute store! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Prices were high, which is typical today of all florists. My mom recently passed away and my boss and coworkers sent me a beautiful and aromatic arrangement of white Lillies. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. This florist did a fantastic job and the delivery was professional. It helps soften such a sad and heartbreaking moment. Thanks.

This was my first time ordering flowers from this florist for delivery. Easy to order, not bad pricewise but what was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. Wes' Flowers - These folks know flowers; and provided the most beautiful floral arrangement of Roses (80 in all), for my wife's 80th birthday. She was surprised and overwhelmed with joy!!! The kids and grandkids could not stop commenting on how gorgeous they were. From speaking with the gal over the phone, placing the order, and her verifying every detail, to the delivery the following morning - everything was perfect!!! Thank You Wes' Flowers!!! I called for a corsage and boutonnière for prom told them what I was looking for. I stopped by to make sure she understood and brought the picture. Was told no they didn't do special requests I said I'd pay extra was told no this is what they do . All I wanted was 2 pink-2 white baby roses some baby breath and pink ribbon on hers' and a 2 pink rose spray of baby breath wrapped in pink ribbon instead of their one rose on a green tape for his . Not only rude but told me kids don't want that. I said mine did . Again told me they don't do special request even if my pick up was a day ahead of their orders . I told them then I'd go somewhere else she informed me no cancellations . I said the woman over the phone took my order as outlined. She said well she was wrong . I very nicely told her I'd been doing business there for over 10 years and had never had a problem over something so simple. all I wanted was the boutonniere wrapped in pink tape. Could I buy it? She snapped at me and said we don't sell our ribbons . Ok $60.00 for 4 baby roses?? Better to walk away and deal with my credit card company on a order Never again. I did say that last time when an order they delivered was skimpy and the FTD order same price was lush. It was embarrassing to have their display in the lobby of the resturant. I went an bought additional flowers . And it wasn't a cheap bouquet ! So I guess I will find another florist in town as they are no longer the only one . read more

Sooo I stopped by the shop Monday after work right before closing. The staff were so sweet and helpful in getting me the flowers I wanted. See below... I got everything handled and set up the delivery for the next day. Tuesday came and the flowers were delivered flawlessly! Thank you! Footnote: I screwed up and said a few stupid things to a great girl I was dating... that's the reason I chose Wes' flowers.. I tried everything and thought the beautiful flowers and letter I wrote would get her back, unfortunately it didn't work I guess some people don't get second chances. Currently deployed and wanted to send my wife some flowers for her birthday, very upset with what she was given. Ordered the best option and she received flowers that were already wilting and looked nothing like the picture on the website, did not even have half of the flowers from the standard option. You could get better quality from someone selling roses on the side of the road for less. Paid $112 for flowers that look like they came out of a neighbors unkept garden. Save your money and don't order from this place. read more

A dear friend was so sweet to send us this flower arrangement after my Aunt passed away. The vibrant colors of the beautiful flowers helped cheer us up. I love sunflowers so that was a really nice touch. Sometimes there are flower arrangements that are only pretty from the front view. recently I was gifted flowers from Wes Flower shop. I've heard nothing but good things about them and they have beautiful flowers. my bf got me flowers for my birthday. Two days later, they were dead, wilted over and just in such bad condition. (Photo one) Made no sense since normally even my grocery store bouquets last weeks and weeks. I called the flower shop, asked if there's any specific flower care the flowers should've came with and they said no. Just to add flower preservative. I didn't have any so I looked up a way to do some diy care in the mean time and they said we could take them in to exchange. Awesome!! We went in the next day since I was in the middle of my lunch break and didn't have time to run to their shop right away when I called. Well the lady at the front desk kept making disgusted faces at my boyfriend when he went to exchange them. She kept telling him they died because we didn't trim them or put them on water. except I did trim them and they sat in nice clean water when I had them. She could've seen that they were trimmed, these aren't my first flowers ever received. Well, she gave us our new bouquet, we left happy because I got my beautiful flowers again. Well it's been 3 days now since the new exchange and now some of the roses are growing mold. ): the rest of the bouquet looks great. But I'm very disappointed that it seems like their flower quality isn't that great as they used to be according to others reviews. I called in to complain about the moldy flowers and manager just kept saying it's because they weren't placed in water or trimmed? They shouldn't even be growing mold this quickly. This had to have mold growing before we received them the second time. Well Id probably use them for smaller bouquets but for the quality of larger more expensive bouquets I would go somewhere else. read more

The first time I ordered flowers from Wes' Flowers was back in 2017 when my friend's daughter broke her arm and we wanted to send over some well wishes, we ordered the "Pick-Me-Up Bouquet". Fast forward to 2020 with the pandemic and not being able to have social gatherings, sending gifts and flowers have become the new norm for helping family and friends celebrate special occasions. For our friend's birthday during the pandemic, we ordered the "Happy Blooms Basket" to be delivered the day after Christmas, and Wes' Flowers always delivers our order on time. Wes' Flowers is part of the Florists' Transworld Delivery (FTD) LLC., which helps customers "send flowers remotely by using florists in the FTD network who are near the intended recipient". The moment I stepped into the floral shop I was hit with such an arrowmatic beautiful sights of so many gorgeous bouquets of flowers and the customer service was so excellent and yes one on one assistance will be provided to every patron. Flower did get delivered next day and early with no issues.. was a little disappointed with the way arrangement came out was different not as full and missing flower or different ones used.. still a nice arrangement but not exactly same.. Not worth going into details bottom line, super disappointment, and all I was going in for was for a small bridal bouquet and a tiny bouquet for her daughter. I definitely do not recommend this shop. They used to be very good awesome inventory. It's all gone now. read more

I came to Wes' today to get an arrangement for a friend. I've been fortunate enough to receive deliveries from them over the years but have never been inside their shop. I like the location, west of the I-15 in a strip center easy to find and access. I was impressed with the quality of flowers and selection. I chose to pick out and create my own arrangement, though there were many prearranged. I'm a flower child-person and know my flowers. They didnt have mainly the typical cheap daisies - mums - carnations of mediocre florists, but lovely fragrant lilies, stock, lisanthus, sunflowers, etc., most in different colors. The prices were reasonable and comparable to other florists. I picked out several really nice stems, and a nice employee arranged them beautifully in a vase with filler (in 10 minutes) for $12.50 more. It was a medium sized, very pretty arrangement for $30. I was very happy and will be back. read more

I used Wes flowers for the first time today. My mother and I had some bad news and I wanted to send her something to cheer her up. I placed my order for Wes glowers at approx 12pm and asked in the notes if there was anyway they could get her the flowers before 2:30. They had them there by 1:30. It's nice to see there are people out there that truly care... Oh! And the flowers are beautiful... they cost $44 plus delivery, and are quite large and gorgeous! Thank you Wes flowers!! I was having a few problems ordering on their website, so I gave them a call & ordered some "get well" flowers for a friend. It was just as quick & easy to order on the phone and the lady was so sweet & efficient. It was even on a Sunday and they were delivered only 2 hours after I called to order! All I can say is WOW! I stopped at Wes' to get some flowers for my wife. She got a new office, and I thought it would be a nice surprise to congratulate her. I don't know anything about flowers, so I just requested that they do something nice. I also said I didn't want to spend more than 80$. My wife thought I spent around 200$! My husband was super excited to surprise me with flowers delivered to our door on our 10 year anniversary. I was super excited when I received them but when my husband saw them he was really upset. He said they looked nothing like what he was expecting. The pictures speak for themselves. Wow......what a shock!!! A very regular customer for many years and called today to order flowers to be delivered. Once again had to deal with the rude woman answering the phone and was told they do not deliver to Perris. Very odd since they delivered there just weeks earlier for me. Well, a very regular longtime customer has ordered elsewhere and will now cease doing business with Wes'. Hope it was worth it and you might want to hire someone a bit more pleasant to answer the phone. Fairly sure I am not the first customer lost because of her rudeness. Cheers!!! read more

My wonderful sister had these gorgeous flowers delivered to me SIX WEEKS AGO tomorrow and they are just now ready for the compost! They still could go a bit longer even, but I like them to go out on a good note:) All I have done to care for them is remove the dead flowers and change the water a few times, and trim the ends once. How amazing is that?! read more

I had never used Wes's flowers before, so I went in there with no prejudgment. Needless to say it was nothing shy of a professional experience. Flowers were on a four hour delivery window but an hour and a half after leaving their establishment my wife was texting from home how beautiful the arrangement was. It was for our 10 year anniversary so I was pretty thrilled that it was an A+, from my personal service I got, to the timely delivery and finally a gorgeous arrangement that lasted almost a full week with all but 2 I think they were called "STAR GAZERS" having bloomed. We showed up at Wes' on a Saturday morning, the day of the event - Kyle listened patiently to what we were looking for - he called at 12:30 the same day to say that our bouquet was ready - and was it ever. It was beautiful - he was able to transform what little guidance we were able to share and turned it into the most beautiful bouquet fit for a bride.
