I purchased an item online for store pickup. Since I was in the area, I wanted to see if the item was in stock in the store to purchase, and then cancel my order. Upon entering, I was not greeted at all. An employee at the front looked at me, and just kept going about her business. I stood next to her, trying to locate the item, and not once did she even ask if I needed help. I was annoyed at that point, and continued looking for the item. I found it and asked the employee at the front if they could cancel my order. Long story short, there is a big disconnect between online orders and the actual store. Sometimes they do not get notified of any online orders. I was told the online order system is inefficient and not like what you would expect when ordering online to store pickup items at big retail stores. They managed to pull my online order, so I didn't need to call customer service to have them cancel my online order. I will say that the 3 women at the registers who helped me were very nice and did not get annoyed about the situation. They were very engaging and I really appreciated their help. One of the employees, Vicky, is truly an angel. She walked with me towards the exit, and then stopped to show me books they sell, where you can record your voice and pass the book on to loved ones. She really got me thinking about how I take for granted the fact that I still have my loved ones. She wasn't trying to sell me the item, but she only brought it up because she has recently lost a loved one. Her story was very touching. Overall, the store was very clean and organized. Yes, I had a bad experience with that one rude employee who didn't acknowledge my existence or help me, but the help I received from the other ladies had made up for it. read more

They have everything you could possibly need for a gift! The store is heavily stocked with super cute toys and items that would make awesome presents! They have just about everything from mugs to Funko Pops. The card options were especially impressive because they were so cute and have one for just about any occasion. The prices are decent, but slightly on the pricier side. The service, however, is absolutely impeccable. We were struggling with finding an exact card we needed, but a worker was super sweet and helped us out. We'll definitely be coming back! read more

Never been in here before, but it's really charming and adorable. They have so many things to look at from stuffies and jewelry to mugs and clothing and everything in between. They have licensed characters and squishmallows and even saw an NFL section. Came in looking for a Christmas photo frame, the lady on the floor who helped me was super nice and helpful and showed me the photo frame section. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for, I appreciated her kindness and willing to help even when I interrupted her doing whatever task she was doing on the floor. read more

It's nice to see there's an actual Hallmark store in the area! I'm old school and have always preferred Hallmark over Target or any other retailer that sells cards. The old saying is true, "you get what you pay for". Hallmark always has quality cards and more! The holidays always has unique offerings but you have to get there early if you want to take advantage of finding those hard to get items. Always helpful and friendly employees!! read more

Online ordering at this location is a scam. Like another reviewer stated, I placed an order online yesterday morning for pick up. It said online that the order would be ready in 3 hours. I stopped by the store after I got off work at 5:30 PM to pick up my order and one of the employees checked in the back and came back to the counter to tell me they didn't have an order ready for me and to call back tomorrow. I was irritated, but left and decided to call the next day. When I did call the next day, the lady on the phone said they still didn't have an order for me and when I offered to provide an order number, she said it wouldn't help locate the order at all and there must be a glitch in the system and that's why they never received the order even though I had a confirmation email and order number. Long story short, she said I could cancel the order online and stop by the store and purchase the item in person if I really wanted it. I said no and that I would just cancel online. Funny thing is, when I went to cancel the order, it said it was already canceled. I will be checking my bank account to see if a credit is received. If not, I'll be disputing the charge. Do not order online or give this scam of a location any business at all. I won't be back here. read more

I don't come here often but the few times that I have I am very pleased with the greeting I receive once I enter the store. As I entered, I noticed the employees were stocking the shelves with Valentine inventory, and yet acknowledge my entrance. What great service! I also noticed that it seems like there is more help on the floor at this location or at least they made it known to their customers. I have gone to this Hallmark sense it had open, when it was Peggy's Hallmark. I have always had an excellent experience. However today I called them and I was asked to hold by an gentleman. I held for 10min. I know they would be busy because of it being the Sunday before Christmas so that did not upset me that he had most likely forgot me. Hallmark Creation now has a new owner, and 1 less customer. No longer can you get gift wrapping, so I'm guessing I'll save $1000 plus a year. No more buying cards, gifts or anything else I would pickup while having gift wrapping done. Besides paying for the gift wrapping, you have buy the wrapping paper, bows, ribbons and gift bags. Whatever else it may take. Plus I usually tip the person who does the wrapping. Poor Choice New Owner. Your new customer service policy is also the lack of a long time customer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Young people beware. I did an online order pick up in store and I got an email saying my order is ready to pick up. I went and they said they don't have anything under my name I showed them the email and email with proof of purchase and the workers (older people) said no you didn't pay and no we don't do online pick ups. One even said you have to find what you want and pay. I already paid!!!!! Why would I pay again?!? Then they tried calling me a thief for saying I paid for something. Mind you it was a 3D card I ordered. So to avoid conflict I relayed for the card and they said they couldn't refund my online order ? Why dies this company offer online order pick up in store if there employees are not trained?!? Now I paid $20+ dollars for a card that I am charged twice?! Need management to contact me ASAP!!!! Buyers beware. I will absolutely never shop here again. So apparently if you have a receipt it's basically meaningless. We bought a stuffed animal early Dec and my son didn't gift it to the girl he intended to so here we are weeks later... same bag new item with tags and a receipt and this store will not even give me store credit because it's seasonal. Yeah... I will definitely never shop again. This is some way to treat your customers. Can't even exchange it for their clearance xmas wrapping paper. read more
