Costco hot dog the bun shrunk
    Poonam M.

This review is for the food court salad only. The tomatoes in the salad were already mushy and had to be thrown out. Hardly any salad in the container. The dressing was tasty. Everything was packaged in separate packets . Definitely would not get again . This was the second time trying and disappointed both times. Stick with the hot dogs and pizza

Blue pants Costco worker "Jacqueline" is very unaware of herself

There were long lines at the food court on a Sunday afternoon which was no big deal but instead of just waiting in line peacefully this lady "Jacqueline" was taking everyone's receipts and passing them up to the front. She was covered in cat hair and smelled bad every time she walked by me. I tried to ignore her but she got strangely close to me, lowered her head to get in my line of vision to talk to me. When I replied short she didn't even take the hint and kept trying to talk to me. When I was standing in front of the window she softly pushed her way to pass a receipt to them. Her outfit looks so unprofessional. She said "sorry for the wait guys they send me out here to keep ppl calm" WE WERE ALL CALM

Looks nothing like their slice of pizza that you get at the Window

Tried placing a phone order for Pizza made multiple calls until finally someone answered was told pizzas would only take 20 minutes if you showed up in person showed up and asked why I couldn't place an order on the phone was told there's a four Pizza minimum doesn't say that on the sign next I try to order light sauce on both of my pizzas. One pepperoni one cheese was told they don't do custom pizzas but yet the guy right behind me received a half pepperoni half cheese. Got to the house found the pepperoni was doughy and cold and poorly cut. I think Stevie Wonder could've done a better job of cutting it. No apology no sorry . Also the whole pizzas don't look nothing like the slice of pizza that you buy at the window.. very disappointed specially from Costco

T H E . L I F E . O F . A . S A M P L E . S H O W G I R L Most people think Costco is for bulk buying, but from what I've seen I'd say it's for bulk snacking. One lap around the store and you'd have a pretty good tapas night. It's the closest thing we have to adult trick-or-treating. Plus, you'll end up with enough toothpicks to start a decent campfire. On the other hand, it's not pretty... seeing grown-azz humans attacking a mini-quiche like it's the last life jacket on the Titanic. Costco samples turn mature adults into hungry seagulls. A fresh tray comes out, and a swarm of piercing eyes and open mouths dash to the dead carcass. The only thing preventing total chaos are those little grandmas in hairnets, gloves, and the faint scent of Vicks VapoRub. These sample showgirls have the greatest side-hustle ever. They don't care if you stop, try, or buy. They just enjoy gatekeeping one chunk of cheese at a time. I walked up to one of these golden girls the other day, and she already had me pegged for this suckers-only opportunity, "I know you didn't come here for the mini-hot-pockets. But you're gonna wanna at least try 'em." And I did. And then I circled back around. Tried to disguise myself... put on sunglasses, turned my hat around, and acted surprised to stumble upon mini-hot-pockets. She doesn't even look up... I just hear her saying, "Still you..." I'm eating my third one, and she's all, "How many 300-packs of mini-hot-pockets would you like today? They're on sale for $24.99!" And I reply, "Ma'am, I don't have room in my freezer for even a single Popsicle. Where am I gonna put 300 hot-pockets?" But I always cave... that's their business model. A free bite or two and suddenly you're emotionally attached to the product. You go in for toilet paper, and you leave with a kayak, a tuxedo, and a lifetime supply of vitamin gummies you don't even take. Because the other sample lady said you looked tired. Pro tip: Went to Costco for the one-stop shopping and bulk savings... stayed for the free samples. I'm at home now waiting for delivery of a new 21.7 cu. ft. self-cleaning Garage Freezer. The sample lady said it was the best one. It'll be great to store snack "discoveries" for all those kayak trips I'm never gonna take.

Parking here is amidst always a challenge. It is like a maze. Staff here are ok. I do like their selection. They have a wider selection of Asian foods. Today, I needed to go to the optical department to have not glasses adjusted. The wait was a bit long especially when 2 of the staff are chatting it up. Service could be better.

Over the years, from being a Price Club member onwards, I've seen a steady decline in the overall level of customer service at any Costco location I shop at. I would just like to give a shoutout to the staff this morning at thus Temecula store, especially the gentlemen mannin register #2 during the Executive Member Shopping Hour. The cashier (couldn't see his nametag and his assistant Chris) both really helpful in locating the seasonal Noel Serrano Ham I was searching (yes, I used the item locator feature on the Costco app) for. I just couldn't find it where I thought they would display it. Chris, his cashierhe was partnered with was ready to check for stock availability as well. A supervisor joinef in and all three told me where to look. Chris, went that extra mile to actually walk/escort me to the exact are to find the ham. I really appreciated the willingness and friendliness the staff at this Costco demonstrated. Great job!

Looks like this Costco is marking down certain items. They had a bunch of items mark3d down throughout the store. I love going into different Costco they tend to carry different products. I was greated my multiple associates while walking throughout the store. I went through self check out and didn't have to wait in line.

This place has a knack for causing people to enter with a few items on their list and exiting with numerous spontaneous purchases! This the reason they have HUGE shopping carts

Cold, burnt Pizza. We found a plastic knife and started slicing.

This review is for the Food Court. I'm a busy single mom. Costco Pizza used to be my go to for children's event, but unfortunately today is the last time I count on that. I let the young lady know that the pizza was burnt and she said they were all coming out that way and on top of that I get to the event and the pizza was not pre-sliced. It was one circle pie.So frustrated!

Rotten and bad blueberries from Costco.
    Sarah Yiwei S.

Why do they sell bad blueberries!? I'll never buy blueberries from Costco any more, every time after I wash them, they become rotten and soft, I had to throw them away, a waste of money. It has happened many times, no more blueberries from Costco.

    Food Court's pepperoni pizza

New year new pizza? Let me start by saying I'm not upset at you Costco. I will always love you and your food court foods. But please let us know if you're making thin crust pizza now. I picked up a whole pizza on a Friday afternoon and received the thinnest pizza I've ever encountered from you guys. To be honest, I wouldn't be as mad since I feel like y'all have somehow managed to keep your prices extremely decent for a whole pizza @$10. You can't beat that price for the quantity/quality. This was not up to your usual standards though. Very little sauce. Pepperonis are there but with less crust you get less cheese. I'll keep buying your pizza but if it continues like this, you need to change the description to thin crust. I hope you were just trying to stretch out ingredients until more come in.

The owner Scott is a Great guy and is very helpful and he brings such a peaceful environment. He cares about helping his customers with what they need and are looking for. One of My favorites, "My Little Book Of Miracles, Beyond The Veil" Author Cynthia Lee. A book to build your Faith in the fact that God is a God of Miracles in the most Creative ways. Today, I stopped by the gas station and it required me to use a QR code to make a payment. For some reason, it never accepts my credit card. Thankfully Edgar, Sam's Club employee, came to the rescue and I was able to use my physical card to complete the transaction. Afterwards, I stopped by the store for a few items (which turned into a shopping spree). The only downside to this store is the move to use the app for almost all transactions- gas station, café, etc. The app does not work as expected for me, so I end up having to wait longer for transactions especially at the café. I wish they would return to providing physical membership cards and better staffing the Cafe. We approached a register where Mark was standing and simply asked if the line was open since we would be paying with cash. Instead of a polite answer, he responded, "No, they are closed and remember that next time." His comment was rude, unnecessary, and unhelpful. There were still many customers actively shopping in the store, there had been no announcement that the store was closing, and nothing indicated checkout lines were shutting down. We were already trying to check out and leave. Thankfully, another checker kindly helped us and told us to leave everything in the basket while she scanned our items. However, as we were leaving, the woman checking receipts repeatedly said what sounded like "oatmilk" with no explanation or context. We had no idea what she was trying to communicate until we finally asked. Apparently, the checker had accidentally missed scanning a box of oatmeal. We immediately went back, informed them, and paid for it. What stood out most through this entire interaction was the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I understand employees want to go home at the end of the night, but customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for checking out. Unfortunately, this was not my first negative interaction there. I have also experienced rude behavior from Michelle on multiple occasions and have seen her treat other customers poorly as well. Going to Sam's Club may get you the products you need, but based on my experiences, customer service is clearly not a priority.
