Tractor Supply is a great store for anything agricultural. Feed for animals, machinery for farms, gardens or even a ranch as well as what brought me in the store, which was to purchase pellets for my smoker. They don't have a large supply of items for cooking outdoors but what they do have is priced good. The store can be confusing but staff are there to help out. Always watch for sales as some real bargains can be found. We live near the wineries and various equestrian ranches so this place is pretty popular. It has its place in our community. read more

I love coming into a Tractor Supply store! I came into this store looking for something specific after purchasing the last one at another TS in Norco. They had plenty displayed! So I grabbed the item and wanted to stroll down the aisles to see if anything called to me. I did find some t-shirts at a good value and a red plaid cozy shirt, great for my camp outs. This location has a lot to offer. It's clean and organized. Maybe the front can be organized a tad better, leaving some space for walking between merchandise. When trying to return my compressor I was told that all of the oil needed to be emptied out from the unit, despite the fact that I did not add oil and it came with the oil in it upon purchase just like the other six compressors sitting on their floor. Not to mention they did not tell me this upon purchasing the unit. They made me take it away and empty the oil outside. Then after I did so into a bucket and the return was complete they accused me of dumping the oil on their property which I did not. I will never shop there again. Absolute clowns working there following orders from management on the phone that have no concept of what's happening in the store. What a joke! read more

Here's the thing I moved the mountains of Temecula. With all this rain it's so green and lush plus out there yonder you can see the big Bear Mountain Full of snow. The one thing I have been Dreading is as soon as the sun comes out, the snakes do too. Not a big fan of snakes. Especially since the first time I came up here the dog ran out to see me and got bit by a snake ! $7000 later he's still with us today thank God. Left me very scared for sure. Today we landed at our favorite store Tractor supply. We decided to make an herb garden and plants trees. Out front there's pallets with potting soil and what not. For some reason I thought it was a good idea to walk in between pallets without a care in the world. All of a sudden I looked down and I hear a very pronounced hiss and a little face shooting towards me. It's happening! It was a snake that I almost stepped on. Curls up to the edge of the pallet and whipped his head back. With a quickness, I retracted my foot and backed out of there ! A snake a snake! Of course, my friends rush over to see what I'm talking about. They all start laughing. Look at that thing. He's so cute. He's a sweet gardener Snake his little face changed right after he heard them talking about him . Gave them a sweet smile not for with me, hissing away. I love going here! I literally have a zoo in my home and i live in a half acre lot. I'm trying for chickens next! Lol. I have 8 guineas, 4 sea turtles, 1 tortoise, 4 dogs, 1 bearded dragons, 4 birds. This place supplies all my needs for my animals! They've got cheap hay for my guineas and cheap wood chips so I can clean the cages once or twice a week. They also have little chicks here! Who knew I'd have a need to frequent a tractor supply store? We've purchased odds and ends, such as a gun safe, a heavy duty garden wagon, chicken wire, hoses, tools and garden supplies. It's quite a fun place to check out clothing, rain boots, decorative farm themed outdoor statues and such. And they carry candies that aren't found in other stores. Of course if you are into horses and farms, all sorts of supplies are in stock. Ample parking and a nice large venue, come just to graze, one never knows what one will find. read more

I made an order for an item online and paid, order #1175429683. I was waiting for the email to notify me when the item will be available for pick up, and instead received an email notifying me that they had canceled my order due to a shortage in supplies. I called Customer Solutions to discuss this cancellation, and after over an hour on hold, and another hour of bargaining, I was told that they couldn't do anything to help. Instead they offered to create a new order for the same item but with a new price, that is more than double what I had originally paid. These are unethical bait-and-switch tactics. We called to correct a phone number on the delivery which we spend about 1-2k a month at tractor supply . We run a multi million dollar business which depends on these orders . A friend and I visited this store in Temecula and as we were browsing one of the managers approached us and said "I just wanted to let you know that you are on camera and if you plan on stealing you will go to jail" We looked at one another , and I have never been so insulted in my life! I come to this Tractor Supply because it is closest propane supply to my Temecula Wine Country vacation rental. I need the propane for the outdoor firepit. The propane here is $3 .49 today but the propane dispenser is broken. All stores on Temecula Parkway are $3.99 to over $ 5 .00 and they are all out of supply till Monday. Today was the first time I went to my local TSC, and it will be my last. The company policies for sale items and shipping are horrible. Let me explain. They advertise a Blackstone 36" griddle for $199.00 which is a great price. I went to TSC and they didn't have any left. The sales associate recommended I buy it online and have it shipped to the store which is normally at no charge. Not at TSC, they want $109.00 to ship it to the store. I have never heard of that. So I checked back online and found that a TSC located about 20 miles away had them in stock. So I called before heading out the door only to find out that they were out of stock also. The girl there said I could get a rain check but I would have to pick it up there. I called my local store, they pick up the call but never spoke, it sounded like the set the receiver on the counter. I call again, was transferred to customer service and was told that they are NOT issuing rain checks for the griddle. Very bad sale policies, business practices and customer service. read more

Now this time, the website says home delivery is not available in my zip code so I call the store. They say I have to come in to place my order. I m so disappointed in this store. I was treated just awful. I was embarrassed and will never return. I even want to close my acct with tractor supply. I usually don't shop myself I have help who will purchase items needed for our ranch. I spend a lot monthly. This day I decided to visit myself. We called looking for a harvest right freeze dryer. Spoke with Gavin on the phone and he was very helpful and informed us he had one and he would hold it for us. We drove an hour to pick it up and Gavin was extremely helpful, very friendly and his customer service was excellent. He even went in the back to check to see if they had one in a box instead of the floor model. He helped us load it in the truck and double check that we had everything we needed. He was so kind, and the price for the work was so reasonable, I figured that there "must be a catch." Seriously, the staff are made up of mostly young people who forget they are paid to do a job. I've had to wait outside in 110 degree heat to have hog panels loaded SEVERAL TIMES. Requiring me to walk in and ask, "Is anyone coming to load the panels?" Only to wait much longer, walk back in and say, "Um, excuse me, is anyone coming?" I spend over 1000.00 a month at this store and today, when I tried to buy 2 pallets of livestock feed encountered a man who worked there named Chris, said there were 50 bags on the pallet. When the cashier went to charge me, I knew that it was more than 150.00 more than I was charged before. I declined the sale, went home, got a receipt to prove that 40 bags of the corn I needed was a pallet. So, after waiting for staff to decide how many bags were on a pallet, declining the sale, then driving home to find a receipt, I went back to TS to inform them and buy the pallets. I paid for two pallets and waited in the back. After about 10 minutes, I peeked in the back and said, "Is anyone going to load my pallets." A girl named, "Alex snarked, 'It''s going to be a minute." I said, "Okay, you don't need to say it like that, I just wanted to make sure someone knew I was waiting." She then went on to nastily inform me, "Every time you come here you're rude and I told you were working on it." I then told her, "I actually have no idea who you are and you realize I actually am a customer right?" Seriously, it was totally uncalled for. I'm old school and when is it appropriate to have a meltdown to a customer about how you think their tone is? What people need to recognize is that, in the service industry, the customer is NOT paid to wait, nor is the customer paid to watch their tone...actually, you are. So if a customer is reasonably asking if they've been forgotten about, and perhaps, because like me, they've waited in line, had someone try and count how many bags are on a pallet, had to leave to go home find a receipt, return, wait in line, go to the back and continue waiting... that they might be "ASSERTIVE" about if they are forgotten about. All you young people, ASSERTIVE is not rude. I'm not paid to wait around or construct how to ask in the TONE you prefer, "Is anyone getting my pallets?" Further, I have 5 kids a ranch, a spouse, 500 sheep, airbnb's and a shampoo company. If you think I actually am intentionally rude to you, or frankly, know your name... you're mistaken. All I want is service and I don't want you to act like my assertiveness is rudeness. Tractor Supply needs to explain to their staff, "Stop taking everything personal and don't ever attack your customers." If I was dropping the F bomb, I could understand, but my experience here is continually the same if it includes needing something loaded. You pay, you wait, you go back in and remind the checker, they contact someone, you wait, you go back and tell the checker again and you wait. read more

I have been to this store several times this week. They do not disinfect their carts, which is understandable because they don't have that many employees, but they also don't supply any wipes or disinfectant so you can clean your own cart.
