The only staff member who demonstrated courtesy and kindness was the gentleman who assisted me at checkout. A female employee present--whom I had not seen before--appeared visibly displeased that I arrived fifteen minutes prior to closing. This was an exception, as I normally do not visit at such times, due to spending over twelve hours at the animal emergency hospital. Based on this experience, I have decided to direct my patronage to the more welcoming Menifee location.

I explained that we had arrived before closing and had already been waiting for 40 minutes, but all I received was a simple "Sorry, we're closed." The entire experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The lack of customer service completely ruined what should have been a fun experience for my son and me. We left without the fish we came to purchase and feeling like our time didn't matter. This occurred on June 14, 2026, between approximately 7:20 PM and 8:10 PM. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning.

They always have what I need and love their rewards program. I like that I can order some specific products with them and I'll get a call when it's ready. Nina was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and took the time to walk me through different paint options and solutions that would work best for my project. What really stood out was her willingness to explain the differences between products and help me think through the best approach rather than just selling me a can of paint.
