Super cool place to stop by and pick up all of your pets need. They have from vitamins to food and snacks to even cute clothing for your little fur baby. I love going to this place because not only is it a store for basic needs, but it's also a grooming location. I have taken both of my pups here a few times in the past. And they have always done an amazing job, very sweet and they listen to your needs. Highly recommend this location. read more

If you could, I will put none stars .....I visited Horizon Pet Supply on 02/06/25 for a full-service dog grooming. Everything seemed fine initially, but when I picked up my dog, I was told the grooming went well. I asked if there were any issues, and they mentioned that my dog got a little nervous during nail trimming but that was it. However, when I got home, I noticed a cut on her leg. I called the store immediately, and they asked me to hold because the manager was in the bathroom. After finally speaking with her, she apologized and explained that the groomer had failed to inform her about the injury. When I asked how to resolve the issue, I was told to bring my dog in for a check-up. I made the trip back to the store, and the staff simply looked at the cut, said it would heal on its own, and advised me to clean it and use a spray. I was frustrated by how the situation was handled. I felt like my time and effort were wasted, and the manager seemed irritated and dismissive rather than concerned about my dog's well-being. Apologies alone aren't enough in situations like this, and I expected better care and customer service. I won't be returning to this business again, despite my efforts to support local businesses. read more

Outstanding customer service the owner is amazing. We love her. Our dogs love visiting there too. I highly recommend this place.

I really love Horizon Pet Supply. It's a small shop, but it has a huge heart. Everyone who works there is so polite and genuinely helpful every time I stop in. They always try to carry a little bit of everything--and if they don't have it, they'll do their best to order it for you. People always talk about wanting to support small businesses, but are so quick to leave a bad review over the tiniest things. That's not what this place deserves. The prices are fair, the service is great, and you can tell they actually care about their customers (and their pets!). I'll always choose Horizon over a big-box store. It's the kind of place that reminds you why shopping local matters. read more

Best customer service and grooming/bathing for an unbeatable price! Nicki and Ashley are such gems and they really make the experience better with reassuring you as well as making sure everything that needs to be done gets done! My Henry used to be so fussy with grooming so I was nervous bringing him today. Luckily Nicki and Ashley were amazing and he was given so much love and was so happy as he came out looking all handsome and shiny! If I could recommend any place to take your fur babies it would be Horizon Pet Supply! Thank you so much! Also they gave my baby such badass bandana!! read more

Been trying to find a groomer that can cut my hyper Frenchie's nails since we moved back to Cali. My dogs are used to seeing one groomer in Hawaii and that groomer was amazing! My dogs listen to her and she understands them well. She never had a hard time to get them to cut their nails. On command, my dogs listened with a smile... Since we moved, it seems that my dogs met a groomer in San Diego that may have hurt the hyper one. He has since fought hard to keep anyone away from his nails. A vet even recommended we sedate him just to cut his nails! A coworker recommended we take our dogs to this place for grooming for hard to cut nails based on his own experience and we are happy we did. The gals who assisted us were friendly and fine with the pups, when we picked up the pups, they were happy and we were ecstatic to finally see cut nails on the older one! Grateful for solid recommendations and I recommend that if these gals can cut my dog's nails, they can do ANYTHING!! read more

I only went in here for a collar for my dog bc I left mine at home. It's very conveniently located in the Stater Bros shopping center off of Benton. Upon walking in I was warmly greeted and the store I had a nice and organized layout. I was able to quickly locate what I needed, but of course left my card in my car, however they take ApplePay so no worries. The woman who assisted me was very kind (I believe she may be the or one of the owners - just an assumption)...she even gave me a toy for my dog on the house. I'd definitely recommend and I'll definitely be back read more

Always give our fur babies a proper grooming. The groomers are friendly and actually care for the pets they groom. I took my dog into this place to ask for advice on some weight management food to assist me with a diet that my special Queenie girl needs. I believe the lady I spoke with is Nikki. She was so knowledgeable about the different types of food that would be best to feed her. She assisted me with a few other small purchases as well. When I say Nikki is knowledgeable about many topics, this is a huge understatement! She filled me in on so many things in about a five minute timespan! If you're clueless about pet care or just have a simple question Nikki is your girl! Thanks so much!! read more

I was impressed. Nicki has a boss-like cool vibe. I bought my little guy JAVA some weed-treats... CBD-Calming treats and figured he needed a groom. I was scheduled for Monday, but a spot was available earlier & OMG! I was totally impressed. I will be taking my buddy there for now on. read more

I brought my dog Max this morning to get groomed and believe me it was time! My dog is a wild hair terrier and has major anxiety. This was my first time coming to Horizon to have Max trimmed up! Not only did they, CJ did an amazing job making our Max so adorable and clean but he was so happy with her taking care of him. She showed my dog love , patience and was so kind! When I left I knew he was in good hands. I will definitely be back. Also, Nikki thank you for being you! Your heart definitely cares about animals!! read more

Called for nail trim. Was told 7 days a week until 3pm. Break out the dog car protector, load up 2 75lb bull dogs, drive down there at 2:20, groomer left early. Truck covered in hair and slobber for no reason. She did nothing to remedy the situation. Place is expensive too as far as toys, bones, and treats go. As a small business owner who's terrified of 1 star reviews, I tread very lightly with reviewing a place, especially bombing them. It's incredibly unprofessional to not stick to what is posted online AS WELL AS what was stated with a phone call. People count on the web, as well as employees words of how a business operates and how that corolates with our lives, and how we can get there during their operating hours with the lives we live. Now I have a dirty truck and dogs with long nails who will have to wait until next weekend to get their nails trimmed, at a corporate building who follows the work schedules. I try my best to shop small, but when a business can't keep to something as simple as working posted hours, I look elsewhere. read more

Please if you love your pets, do not come here for grooming. The groomer not only chopped a part of my dog's ear, she said all she needed was super glue to stop the bleeding. They never call to check up . The groomer admittedly said my dog was well behave and did not move at all, she said she totally screwed up. When I came back to the store to get reimburse for the vet bill the person in charge of store just wrote me a check and said it happens all the time, she told me it was just a nick . I love this pet store. You get great customer service. They special order the senior dog food I want for my dogs.

If this app allowed me to choose zero stars, I would. I just received the worst customer service at this location. The cashier talked to me in a disrespectful and abrasive tone. I was looking for a dog food that my husband usually purchase there. I couldn't remember the name and instead of having a good attitude, she chose to talk to me in the most condescending tone. I left! Maybe she is having a bad day, but you don't take it out on the customer. They will not be getting my business ever again! read more

I would give zero stars if I could! I have been going here for a long time to have my dogs groomed and Ally is an amazing groomer! However today I dropped off one of my dogs for a grooming appt and was told I would get a call in about 2 hrs when she was ready which is what happens when Ally grooms my dog. I dropped her off at her 1:00pm appt and called them at 4:00pm because I hadn't heard anything. The girl says oh yeah muffin is ready. So I got to pick her up and all of a sudden my price changed from $55 to 75!? I showed her on my bank I have always paid $55 so she called the groomer and changed the price to $65 which still made no sense. I just paid the price to avoid confrontation. Then come to find out all the groomers and other dogs are completely gone and my dog was back there all by herself for who knows how long. I never received a call at all! But coincidently I get a text when I walked through their door. I am so disappointed and I will not be returning! read more

This store is close to my house which makes it convenient but they are a little pricey. That said they have a good variety of pet supplies and the staff is friendly and helpful. We brought our dog to have her nails clipped and they came out and did it in the store while I was holding her because she was nervous (ok maybe we were nervous as it was our first time bringing her to get her nails clipped) My dogs's nails were clipped quickly and we all survived and it only cost $10! Totally easier than doing it ourselves. We'll certainly be bringing her back and continue to come here for her supplies. read more

I've been taking my two dogs to Horizon for the past several years and never had any issues. The groomers did a good job and I never had any concerns. However, the past few visits, there seem to be new groomers who began making negative statements regarding my dogs. During my most recent visit, when I came back to pick them up, I was advised I was being charge an additional fee because my dogs were "difficult." Neither of them weighs more than 15 pounds - not sure how difficult they could be. I got the impression they'd prefer I not return. Very disappointed in the customer service. Time to find a new groomer. read more

The best pet supply!! Very good grooming, great service and have everything you need. They are very knowledgeable.

What a bad costumer service, Joanna the cashier and manager doesn't how to take care of costumers , I take my dog for a hair cut before 1:00 pm at 3:00 pm I haven't heard from them so I call several times and the phone was busy every time, so I decided to drive to the store and check what was going on with my dog, I get into the store and it was a lady and son on the register paying I wait for them to do e to ask about my dog I notice that Joanna was on the phone (The store phone) in a personal call and she was not really putting attention to the costumer because she was on her personal call ( she was talking loud that's how I know it was a personal conversation and not a business conversation) after the lady pay the lady was waiting for Joanna to put all her stuff on a bag so after a few seconds she look at the lady and what do you need a bag?? The lady notice also the Joanna was giving more attention to the phone than the costumers, Lady reply "Yes" which Joanna seem to been bother , after the Lady left I stay standing up waiting for her to help me with my dog so after a little bit she look at me and said you need anything? I said yes I been calling for awhile and nobody answer I bring my dog before 1:00 pm is 4:20 and nobody haven't call me , now I can see why you are on the phone after that she went to get my dog and I went to pay she started arguing with me and I told her next time I'll see the the owner I'll let her know how you treat the costumers and she answered with a very sarcastic voice ok , so I told her you are arguing with a costumer and she said yes, so I told her you are not even wearing a mask ( in the middle of a pandemic) she was very unprofessional as a manager and employee, I been taking my dogs there since 2013 but with that kind of costumer service I will never come back again. read more
