After going to Petco a couple times, we found this place based on all the great reviews. They did an average job on the grooming and way too overpriced. My Aussie is 13 and not very active and cost $95. Walked out spending $195 in total. That's just ridiculous. That's about $50 more than any other place I've been over the past several years. When I questioned it, he said, as long as they come monthly, the price will stay the same. If you miss, the price may go up. More? Really? I was better off going to Petco. Anyway, unless your money grows on trees. save some money and do some research.

She ignored me when I greeted her, and she also ignored me when I said "thank you." Her attitude was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Most of the other groomers here are friendly and pleasant toward both dogs and their owners, but she seemed indifferent toward both people and animals. This experience left me feeling that this type of work may not be the right fit for her. I do not feel comfortable having dogs cared for by someone who appears unhappy and unfriendly while interacting with them.
