Karina has been our family's pet groomer for over 5 years. She is the absolute sweetest and is amazing with our furry loved ones! There is no one else I would recommend for your pets grooming! She communicates, she is reliable, and she is great at what she does! A true professional! I highly suggest supporting Karina and the Pet Parlor if you're looking for a groomer!!
Karina was wonderful to our little pup. I highly recommend Karina & her mobile dog grooming. We will be having her come back when it's time for another bath & trim. Thank you Karina.
I've been going to this place for years with one of my dogs then we got another one and also continued. The service has been exceptional every time and everyone is always super patient with both of our anxious dogs. They always come back wagging their tails smelling and looking amazing. Now with it being a mobile service it's even more convenient for us. Nothing but good things to say about their service.
Nothing special. No scarf after the grooming, no special touch. Nothing cute. Just the bare basics. Took my sweet doggie here because our favorite groomer was booked and he badly needed a grooming. We warned them that our dog gets squirmy with grooming so they can be prepared. Of course, when we picked up our dog, the girl in front said that he was very squirmy. Duh, didn't I just told you that? She also suggested that we take my dog to the Vet next time so they can give him a sedative before grooming. What?! Are you hearing yourself lady? What a very un-smart thing to say on a genetic scale! I am not going to sedate and drug my dog just because you guys can't handle him- maybe you need more training or better yet, skills. I am still giving 4 Stars despite that foolish comment. I like the haircut, they managed to do a great job without cutting him or giving him abrasions. And he looked really clean and he smelled sweet, So there's that.
Karina is THE BEST. We have been using The Pet Parlor since 2020. She's always in time. I never have a hard time scheduling him. Our dog loves her and she is so sweet with him. He smells so great. His nails always look great. His teeth are clean. I love the seasonal bandanas she's puts on him too. We are so thankful for The Pet Parlor.
I was hesitant to bring my dog here after I read the review about Gobi. But I took a chance and am glad I did. My yorkiepoo came back looking sharp and no problems at all. As I was paying, the lady asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I usually do, but I thought it was weird because I hadn't even seen my Mason yet. I gave $5 and am happy with his cut, but next time I'll ask to see him before I tip.
If I could give them a negative star I would. I took my puppy to be groomed today and she looks so bad. Her haircut was uneven there was no shape in the face. My puppy is sad and so am I. I feel like they just took my money I will never go back. Beware!! Amateurs!!
I had been looking for a decent groomer for my year old husky, straffordshire terrior mix, Luka, that made me feel comfortable leaving him for hours. I finally found The Pet Parlor and I fell in love! I get Luka groomed once a month since he requires deshedding, nail trimming, and a bath. The store is clean everytime I go in and the ladies are so sweet and comforting. They take about 2 hours for Luka and call as soon as they are finished. Last month when I went to pick up Luka they had told me he had a really bad poop accident in the kennel he was in, to which I was so embarrassed but they were so sweet and reassured me that they had no problem and just cleaned him right up. He always comes home with a great smell and so soft. I now am a regular each month! Great place to trust leaving your fur babies with!
Our dog had to be taken to the vet after groom. Karina did not advise that there were any issues with his ears til after groom. She cont'd with groom knowing he had an ear infection which caused pain and discomfort along with a 400.00 vet bill. Had she communicated that there was a possible infection..we would have told her not to pull hair. I would not recommend her services.
Karina came and did a beautiful job on my sweet 13 year old poodle. She did exactly how I wanted it, and for a reasonable price did it all! Paws, nails, ears, cleaned her ears!!! She really did a great job! Best cut my dog has had in a long time. Perfect mobile Groomers and will be using again in the future!
I'm sooo glad I found Karina. Thank you thank you for taking well care of my "Kids" i love love how good they smell, and the cut was perfect. I love that she's mobile. I been looking for a groomer for a while and finally found it. I wish I could give her 10 stars.
Karina is the only one I trust with my dog! She is so knowledgeable and has been grooming for years. She has groomed my dog since he was a baby and does an amazing job every time. He is a shitzu and very active so his hair is prone to tangles and mats but Karina gets all of those tangles out and leaves his coat silky smooth and fluffy. I couldn't recommend her more! Her business is also mobile and so convenient. It's nice to stay in the comfort of your home while the pups get their pampering done.

We took Annie here for her Spa Day and came away impressed at how she turned out. She is now one gigantic fluff ball. See the before/after photo. This is a new place for her and us, since our old groomer down on Scott just closed before the holidays without notice. We have been here twice now and will be back. read more

This is the worse place I ever took my dog to. When I picked her up I was completely horrified! They simply said that she wouldn't hold still. I thought, she can't be the first dog who couldn't hold still. I wouldn't have posted a star if it would have allowed! read more

Always love going to Steph here at this salon! She always does an amazing job and really cares about the dogs well being, cuts hair to the best perfection she can get, and gives it to you straight what would be best while taking your opinions in consideration. I absolutely love coming here, my fur babies are so comfortable with her and it's a breeze. I have no worries coming in because I know she's taking in my dogs health and we'll being first before anything else and that's what matters to me the most thank you for all the hard work! I love that we can connect that the dogs well being comes first, before a fancy style/haircut or that the nails need to be cut shorter because they hurt a person when they jump, but some people don't realize that you can't cut past the dog's nail quik because it's like cutting a persons finger or that if your dog has matted fur that's like a person having a rats nest of hair that's super tangled and your expecting gorgeous hair after??? people gotta do their research before getting pets. I love that Steph is very knowledgeable, experienced and informative to the best of her abilities to let a client know why or why not some haircuts or trims can or can't happen Come here they know what they're doing :) read more

The office is small and cute and the employees are personable. I wasn't sure how to describe the cut I wanted for her because it was the first time I took her in for a groom (normally my husband does it) but the groomer was patient with me and when I came to pick her up she looked exactly how I wanted! They fluffed her up really good and she smells amazing. They added a little handkerchief for her too which was a nice touch :) read more

First and last time ever having my Australian Shepherd groomed here. I specifically asked for her NOT to be buzzed and her coat was buzzed down to almost her undercoat. There is absolutely no shape to the cut around the head, chest, or front legs (feathers) as a cut for an Australian Shepherd should have. Not only is the cut choppy and terrible, it was expensive. I had already paid $100 before they brought her out and I wish I had checked the work before paying. Unacceptable. read more

I took my dog to this place.. I've seen on there Yelp they have cut schnauzer before so I thought it was safe to take her here... I dropped her off with the young girl in the front she asked what kinda cut I wanted and I showed her the picture. She said okay like she comprehended what I said but obviously she didn't.. I picked her up and they shaved her completely... they said that the girl told them all one length. Why the heck would you cut a schnauzer all one length. Honestly recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place is definitely my go to when my dog needs to be groomed! My dog loves going there! He always gets excited whenever we come up to the door because he knows he's about to enter the "Doggy spa." The place is cute too! Everyone in there is always polite and very helpful with pointing out things that may be irritating our dog that we may miss. They are also very professional and you can tell they handle all of the dogs with love and care! The groomer Steph always takes care of our cute dog Mikey. I'm always amazed of how good she cuts his long wavy fur because every time he comes out looking perfect! I would definitely recommend this place to all of my family and friends! They are the best! read more

I was bias based on the reviews but they managed to meet and exceed our expectations! We took our pup Loki in and they gave him a great cut! I told her to keep the fur on since winter is coming and I wanted an even shave. Here's the before and after! They even cleaned his butthole. Put a scarf on him and sent him in his way. Very happy with this place. The receptionist young girl was very sweet and welcoming. As well as the workers. Thanks! read more

Beware before taking your baby here. They are careless they cut both my baby Maltese ears. Cut what to short and injured his ears then got infected. They didn't let us know we figured it out our selfs. I would recommend taking your baby else where. I called and basically told us we signed a consent form stating anything bad that happens to your baby is not there fault tough luck. The manager/owner won't even return calls back. read more

Beware! Owner is awful with bad ethics. She deleted my previous review. I will continue to post negative reviews on yelp on her Facebook and i have reported this company to the BBB. She did a terrible job grooming my poodle and last night i noticed scabs on his left eye and left ear. This woman Karina did not offer any solution to my dissatisfaction and was down right rude. I would not recommend this company and recommend pet parents to see her yelp reviews and review THOROUGHLY. As i stated she is able to delete Facebook reviews. AgainBEWARE! read more

We used to bring our dogs to you and my husband told me you were going to become mobile groomers, is that still your plan?
Hi! Yes hoping to be up and running in 2 weeks!
How much do your courses start at (:?
Hi! We are not hiring trainees. But we do offer grooming course’s. For more information give us a call at 951-672-3166:)
Can I bring my 55lb dog inside to see the shop (see the grooming equipment and the groomers) before I decide on making an appointment?…
Hi! You can come in and meet the groomers. You can see the grooming area on the lobby side but can't go pass the swing door:)
Do you provide nail trimming service by itself like no need of anything else just nail trimming?
Hi! Yes you can come in for nail trims Tuesday thru Saturday 9am to 1pm. No appointment needed :)
