Brittany did a great job grooming my almost 16 yr old terrier mix. She listened to what I asked for. She took her time with her. Everyone is very nice. I definitely will be a repeat customer. Best groom since moving to Temecula 2 years ago.

this was our first experience with this place and from start to finish i was completely unhappy. this business, based on my experience, doesn't have much experience with certain types of dogs. i have a shepherd/husky mix who is a big talker and is nervous when it comes to grooming (i made this known at drop off), he's also 4 almost 5 so he's been to the groomers before. i was told if he's too nervous they would call me to pick him up. he was there from 11am-1:30pm when i picked him up i was told about all the things that couldn't be done "since he was so nervous" so his service was changed to just a bath and $81 for a bath is absolutely ridiculous, just to also give him back to me still wet and still tried to offer me bring him in every 4-6 weeks for deshedding when he still has a bunch of fur coming off of him. this is the first time a groomer was not able to groom my boy properly, an absolute waste of time and money. if he was so nervous why was i not called like i was told, anything for a quick buck these days i guess

First visit you get 20% off and groomer must be a dog whisperer because she didn't shake or fuss, she went calmly with her to the back. After we picked her up she was a happy baby and I love how pretty she looks. We will come back

For some reason I had thought I left a review on our pups first visit. Butttt turns out when looking back at Yelp to find some info that I had not. I actually will be contacting them momentarily for a second visit for my pups. They were absolutely awesome, informative, caring towards our pups. 10/10 recommend. I am super picky about where I get my dogs groomed at. And I made the mistake of trusting a friend last time and she royally messed up my terrier poodles hair. Lena fixed that right up and made her look absolutely adorable. We will be back! read more

Friendly front desk. My dogs had not had a shave during their entire eight years of life. I had them groomed plus the shave. The staff was extremely helpful in helping me select the correct hair length, which turned out to be perfect. My dogs looked great when I picked them up. Also worth stating that other local groomers told me I had to wait 1-2 months for a hair cut appointment. Pet Barbers got both my dogs seen in 1 day. read more

This business is very responsive on Yelp and can get you in fairly quick. We had a little miscommunication with scheduling, but they were able to get me in as a walk in. I was drawn here because the initial communication we had was very warm and caring. The service met that expectation. The service, for my 75 pound dog, took about 2 hours. When I came to pick up they informed me that he did not like the kennel and the dryer which I appreciated. All in all my dog came out smelling so good and his coat felt nice and soft! I would recommend. read more

Just had my first grooming for our Dog. This is a little drive on 23 min. For me but wanted to compare to PET CO. The location is easy to get in & out of, Lena was so helpful, ours is 10 year old mini Auzzie, that has been very itchy. She gave me a idea of 3.5 to 4 hours and would use medicated shampoo, and called to inform me Bailey had flees. No one has ever figured out why she scratched. Vet gave me Apaquil, so including me on her thick coat couldn't find flees. They did and after treatment, NO MORE SCRATCHING AT ALL! I love you guys at PET Barber & Lena. Great job all the way. A bit pricey, but I'll figure that out to be able to afford. God Bless you read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pet Barber. From the moment I walked in, I was so impressed with how beautifully decorated and welcoming the space is--it feels so warm and inviting. This was my Goldendoodle puppy's very first grooming appointment, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lena was absolutely amazing--so sweet, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the best way to groom my puppy and made sure she felt safe and comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about the pets she works with. I had the most Amazing experience today! I was looking for a fur baby groomer and happened to come across this little hidden gem. "The Pet Barber" came up and I decided to give them a try. I could not be Happier! The scheduling was easy and the appointment was pretty quick. Fast and friendly service in this busy world, makes our lives easier, right?? Thats EXACTLY what I experienced today. Not only was All the staff friendly and inviting, but they also take the extra time to explain the different options for the Perfect result. Lena the owner of Pet Barber was recommended to me and although I live in Corona it was worth the drive. I have a 9 month old Golden Doodle and Lena and Amber did such a great job in taking care of my girl Madison. They both were very thorough in explaining what would need to be done to remove her tangles and Lena even called me during the appointment to give me updates on how my puppy was doing. A very nice surprise from start to finish. I have been looking for over a year for a groomer who knew how to groom a large dog. Elena was very informative and friendly at check in explaining the process may take 3 plus hours depending on the dogs "comfort" zone. My 16 month old golden retriever-Archie- is a little nervous around new people but took to Elena and groomer-Brooke- immediately. The grooming was exactly as requested with a 30 minute interval call to pick up Archie within that time frame. He looked great and I will definitely be a return customer. read more

OMG!!!! This place is Incredible!!!! Came in last minute cuz my dog had a bad matt tangle and they saw that we needed it done soon. We were able to drop her off and get it taken care of right away. Great staff. I'm new to the area and so are they. They had a cancellation the day I called and was able to take my senior Pomeranian in same day. They were very attentive to my baby Flower and made sure she felt comfortable. I know when my Flower is happy with the service because she's okay with just sniffing around after the work has been done otherwise she'd try to leave out the door. Very Bad Experience.........I brought my dogs at Pet Barber last week, a yorkie and a 3 year Schnauzer. When I was talking to the groomer and giving instructions on how I wanted the Schnauzer to be groomed, She told me she was going to try and removed some of the tangled hair. I asked her to be careful with her beautiful Eye Lashes and I didn't want the hair too short. The Schnauzer was shaved all the way, she looked totally different. No schnauzer look at all and her Eye Lashes were also trimmed/cut. I was very disappointed and still very upset. I will NEVER go back to that place. read more

I take my German Shepherd here and I can't say enough good things about the experience. The owner, Lena, is incredibly kind and welcoming. She has such a gentle, calming way about her that immediately puts both pets and owners at ease. When my dog is there, she feels completely comfortable and actually seems happy to be groomed. The staff here does an amazing job removing all the loose shedding hair, brushing her coat until it's soft and shiny, and trimming her nails perfectly. Every visit leaves my dog looking and feeling her best. I also absolutely love the finishing touches the adorable bandannas or little bows they add. I've always had to use mobile grooming because my dog doesn't get along well with other dogs. I was nervous about bringing him to a grooming place, but when I came here, the staff really listened to my concerns. They understood that my dog cannot be around other dogs and made sure to schedule and handle things so he felt safe and comfortable. I recently brought my dog, Mai Tai, in for grooming and I couldn't be happier with the results! We assume she was abused based on her behavior but Lorraine is so patient with her and always does a wonderful job with the cut and clean. Lily comes home fresh and trimmed, tail wagging - which is rare for her. Price is comparable to other locations in the area but would not consider taking her anywhere else even though there are closer groomers to our home. I was referred to Goldilocks from one of my neighbors who using Carissa and she was able to get me an appt in two days. I am sooooooo pleased with Mia's new look. She really tended to her coat and shaped her perfectly. She looks beautiful. The best I've ever seen her groomed. Pricier than Petco for sure but she comes to you, and your dog get undivided attention. I would definitely recommend Goldilocks!!

During our initial call, Heidi took the time to go over the best options for my two little rescues. I could tell how experienced and knowledgeable she was. When Heidi arrived for our appointment she was so warm and caring and took the time to make my little guys feel comfortable. When she brought them back after grooming. I could tell how comfortable they were around her and on the first appointment! She did an amazing job on both my dogs and I can safely say it's the best they've ever looked. Fast forward a few days and they still look and feel amazing. Heidi takes her time and does exactly what's right for your dog's needs. She is definitely one of a kind. I'd give her 12/10 if I could! I called Candace and she was able to get my dog in a few days later. He is a 1 year old golden retriever who has never been groomed before. Her and her husband were so welcoming to my family and did such a great job with our dog. I'm so glad we now have a reliable dog groomer! Her facility is so cool! They have a big waiting area and even a waiting room with toys for the kiddos and TV and a couch. Such a hidden gem!! I just absolutely love Candace. She is all about your dog and what's best for them. Give her a call you won't regret it!!

He had recently found a lovely spot on our property with tons of sticker bushes and looked like he had rolled in them! When Anna was done with Finn he looked like an entirely different dog! So fluffy, clean, and sticker free! I was blown away with just how incredible the transformation was! Anna was so patient, loving, and easy to work with.
