I made a reservation for my dog to get a shampoo and cut online through their website but when I arrived, they had no record of me having made the appt. I had to beg just to get a spot that day - classic, making the customer feel like you're doing them a favor when really the error was on their clunky website. No worries, that happens. Nut what really sucked was my little dog came home with major FLEAS from the place. 5 years old she's never had anything. When I called to report it "yeah that happens sometimes, we can give her a bath for $49). What?!?! Oh and the place smells absolutely HORRIBLE. I've been going here for about four years. They are usually very good about getting my pups in fast and usually really nice when I'm there. The other day as I was walking in I heard a loud conversation- someone cursing and seemed like they were yelling and about to get into a fight. I kept looking to make sure everything was okay. I walked in to drop my dogs off. A few seconds later the two women cursing and yelling walked in- they worked there. Immediately I felt uneasy. I did not feel comfortable leaving my pets there with two people who were clearly unhinged and angry. I later remembered that my seven month old pup was limping last time I got her from the groomers. Other than that incident they have been pretty good. There were a few times my dogs cut wasnt great but other than that my experience has been good. Unfortunately I won't be bringing my dogs back here. I just don't feel comfortable leaving them with people who are so angry and seemingly unstable. I don't trust it. read more

Booked my 38lb husky for a medium bath service based on the weight categories on their website. Confirmed when I got there as well that she was within the medium range. When I picked her up I was informed that the groomers "decided she was large since she was a husky" and charged me an extra $50. They did a nice job, but did not communicate or stick with the agreed service based on their bookings. If they charged by breed rather than weight, it would have been a better experience and not a surprise fee. read more

30-days ago I brought my 15 pound schnoodle for a shampoo nails and cut. I was very specific down to the length and type of cut. Can you spell disaster!!! She came out of the salon looking like she was cut with a weed whacker. I called the salon the following morning only to find the groomer who cut her was the same that botched her before. In that situation the cut could be salvaged by a different groomer. This should never ever occurred, being that I verbally said she was never to cut my puppy again ($85). She still looks awful and I am waiting for her hair to grow in. In addition she cut the ears 2 different lengths which take forever to grow in. We brought our pup here and after what seemed like a quick amazing shave our dog was not acting right when we got home, she cowered in her crate refusing to leave, didn't want to be touched and was shaking violently, took over a week for her to get back to herself the vet said she must have had a traumatic event. PetSmart rubbed her elbows so hard they were raw and bleeding when I picked her up! They were clueless. If I could give 0 stars I would. We brought our husky here, whom has been getting groomed every 6-10 weeks her whole life for her normal deshed and tidy up. About 5 hours after dropping her off I get a call that I need to come get her; they can't finish because she was "aggressive". This wasn't brought to my attention until 5 hours after I dropped her off. This is also VERY unlike her. She's a registered support animal and has been through as well as attends regular k9 Good Samaritan training. When I go to pick her up she's a mess, patchy hair unbrushed, bo tidy up done; yet we were charged $140!? When I asked why I wasn't notified earlier if they were having issues and why I am paying so much for a job not completed? Apparently it didn't matter if they finished but I was ALSO charged a $25 surcharge for her behavior? I brought her home and went to try to finish her brushing myself and found welts, burns, weeping wounds all over her belly (see pictures). I called very upset asking what happened and was told they didn't even touch her belly and it must has been from the restraints??! Which only horrified me more as they were raw wounds all around her abdomen. After "reviewing the cameras" we were told the groomer tried to shave her belly before anything was done and she was going to "clean it up after". We will never ever come back here. Something is very wrong with the way my dog was handled, if you know us or our dog Meeko who is well known on social media as well @willow.and.pack then you know our girl is NOT an aggressive pup. They did not offer any form of refund. I hate leaving bad reviews but 1. Our girl is our family and the sweetest loving animal and seeing this inflicted on her is abhorrent 2. I gave this business every opportunity to try and make amends for this and nothing was done. Don't go here. read more

So let me start off by saying who ever groomed my dog Kida today is a GOD SEND! I have been taking my dog to PetSmart grooming since I've had her, and I always pick her up wet and hair falling out from shed after I pay an arm and leg for the de shedding package. So I found this pet salon and figured I'd give it a shot with a Groupon. The Groupon was 30 or 35 and I added a 20 dollar de shedding. And let me tell you. I was not expecting them to do such a good job. Not only was she beautiful and clean, but I can pet her without clumps if fur coming off! She is a husky so people who own huskies know what a freaking relief that is. I have brushed this dog for an hour for her to still shed. And they had her for 2 hours and she is like a whole new dog. I brought my golden millie in with a groupon for a bath, they mentioned they cut one of her nails to the quick and that's not a big deal, that happens myself when I trim her nails sometimes. What is a big deal, 1. The poor woman in the waiting area who's dogs eye was cut and they tried to get away with not mentioning it and she had to take him to the vet. 2. The weird gum gunk in my dogs foot? 3. The fleas my dog came home with (I called to talk to them about this and the best they could do was offer a discount on a future service, claimed she must have gotten in the 10 seconds walking from parking lot to the car). I can't even imagine how scared she was. I will never EVER bring my baby here ever again. The lady that WAS supposed to do my cat was so informative and kind and literally saved my awful experience, her name was Phen. I even asked for Morgan's bosses information and she was hesitant to even give me a name!! No corporate number or anything. She was just awful and rude. Again! I will never come here again. I'm not sure how they treat dogs but they treated my kitten like she was a villain because it was her first grooming and they were not willing to take the time to work careful and slow with her. I am so disappointed and she is NOT manager material nor professional at all. (Morgan) She had the nerve to call me aggressive and angry and I as a Black woman hearing this am extremely disappointed. I even apologized to her if she felt I was frustrated because they couldn't do the services and she was still trying to argue with me saying "I gave you an alternative and I didn't have to" And I believe that should be protocol as a manger !
