They did such a great job on my cat! We've been to a lot of groomers over 16 years of this kitties life. Hard to find folks who are skilled enough to do a even shave and a lion cut, she nailed it. Was also super sweet and thorough upfront upon drop off with what we wanted. Thank you! read more

Had an amazing experience getting our cat groomed at The Groomery by Toni. She was incredibly experienced with cats and kept me informed every step of the way by texting pics and updates on how he was doing. She was so kind and wonderful and our kitty was in the best hands. We had a bad experience getting a cat groomed with a different place in town so I had my reservations. The groomery exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be going back. I can't say enough about this gem of a place. The Groomery is more than just a business; they treat you & your fur baby like family. The staff is always so accommodating when it comes to booking an appointment. It's not like other places where they tell you they're booked out for weeks. My big ole chocolate lab gets so excited every time we walk thru the door for him to have his paw spa day. They always great him with smiles and warmth which couldn't be more comforting as a dog momma. They are great about communicating an estimated time of when it's time for pick up. And considering this economy, their pricing is fantastic and the quality is consistent. Highly recommend The Groomery! read more

Got my dog Mochi groomed here! I have been looking for a good groomer for my anxious dog. I have been to a few since we moved last year and haven't been happy. Mochi is a golden retriever that can be a bit snippy with her feet (hates when people mess with them) so I brought a muzzle for them to use. When I picked her up she looked AMAZING. They even said they didn't even need to use the muzzle!!! As long as we live here, we will be bringing Mochi to The Groomery. read more

My giant Saint Bernard Sèamus is a handful to groom, as he is blind and autistic, and hadn't been in for way too long. Shawn did such a great job of cleaning up his mats and knots, and had such patience with him that he came out all clean, proud, happy and looking like a new dog! The Groomery is the best place around and so reasonably priced! I highly recommend them. read more

i love The Groomery, they are AMAZING!! i tried to take my little puppy to a groomer she had been to once before, and long story short, they were way overbooked and was only going to give her a bath. i knew she needed a haircut really badly, so after calling a bunch of local groomers i found this one. they took my puppy in right away, they were so gentle and patient with her, and did such an amazing job (and not for a bad price either). not only were they great but they are family owned. 10/10 recommend you all check out this local business for your pups!!! My Australian Shepherd, Panda had her first grooming yesterday here and they were the BEST!! So nice and I brought her nose and paw balm and asked if they could put it on her and they did! My dog freaks anytime he gets his nails trimmed. Found this place by accident really and decided to give them a try. I have always given the warning that he doesn't do well (not aggressive, just whines and cries while trying to escape) and he was perfect for them. Or rather, they were perfect with him!! Went back for a second visit and they were once again great with him! Love that they take their time and ease his anxiety. read more

I personally am a certified dog trainer for a large pet store and while they are amazing for the basics I wanted a more expert opinion when it comes to more extensive dog training. I have a 4 year old Maltese who I've self trained as a a psychiatric service dog. Nacho is wonderful very well mannered, but has always had a bit of his own anxiety. Since I'm up to date on lots of training methods and I wanted his advice personally, he agreed to doing a private session with me. I brought everything for the session, his fancy FI dog collar that tracks him, his working vest, short lead, distance lead, his e-collar and of course treats. I told him that the e collar training I've done with him is modified as I don't have one that shocks only noise and vibration. He said while he gets results almost immediate with a classic e-collar conditioning, he is willing to do whatever I am most comfortable with. Nacho has off leash recall but only conditioned with the vibration, and because he's only 7 pounds and I got the most lightweight vibration collar I modified it to be on the back of his harness which works perfect. Again Vince will only do whatever you're comfortable with and better yet he'll explain the reasoning of how each training tool is used and why it works. While I know Vince could have gotten my dog to do 4x as many commands in the time frame that we spent working, it was more important for me to learn what he was preaching and my god was it amazing! Everything started to click and make sense which gave me so much more confidence in myself and my boy Nacho. I can tell he has had many years of experience and if I ever have any more concerns or questions I will happily put money down to see him again. Any dogs that I come across that need behavioral help will be going his way. While it can be pricey it is so worth it! Take the time to get his advice and opinion it's well worth it! Thanks again Vince for helping me with Nacho! We appreciate it immensely!

In general, we were reluctant to leave our two pups, Milo and Enzo, at a boarding facility for the first time because we have never left them in another person's care who wasn't a relative. She gave them all the attention, love and care they seek and need. We were impressed with her clean facility and were relieved that she was able to separate the two dogs during meal time as requested. When we picked her up, her eye was severely swollen shut -- clearly far worse than what we were told. Emergency and follow-up vets later confirmed it was multiple bite wounds, not a scratch. We were told there would be an investigation and possible reimbursement, but it has now been over 2 months with: No report No communication No accountability We trusted them with our dog's safety, and both the incident and the lack of follow-up have been extremely disappointing. I brought my retired PTSD service dog in who had been neglected while i had to move out of state... he was matted and i couldnt afford to get him groomed for months. I called the Groomery and they were understanding and willing to help me for the health of my dog Patrick... my fiance picked him up and started crying out of pure thankful and gratefulness of these amazing souls that work here and helped my boy.. i will be forever grateful and will always choose the groomery over anywhere else.
