The groomers at this petsmart are so nice and in particular we really love Hanan (I think that's her name? Hopefully I spelled it right.) She's been absolutely incredible with our dog each time and is so patient and so gentle with her. If you go to this place to get your pup groomed, I believe they'll be in very good hands.

Ever since we moved to the area, he's been consistently getting groomed here during the last 5 years. I will never know what really happened. I got a call that my dog was at the vet next door because of an "incident." I rushed over to find they sliced his ear. According to the manger on duty, my dog "moved." My dog is old. When I got there he was back with the groomers. I found they just put a bunch of glue to his wound. Although they treated my dog as soon as this incident occurred, requests for an incident report were ignored. I also attempted to follow up with the store manager following this incident and was never able to speak to him. Beware because it's only a matter of time before it happens to your dog too.

I stopped by to pick up some duck feed before heading to a local sanctuary. They had five bags of waterfowl maintenance pellets in stock, and I bought four at just under $16 per 25-pound bag. The store is very neat and also offers a great selection of gift items. The duck food was stored in dry units that resemble refrigerators in the back. The store associate explained that while the pellets don't need refrigeration, this storage method helps keep them fresh and prevents critters from breaking into the bags overnight. It's a very thoughtful and smart way to store the food. Overall, a wonderful store!

I was panicked and started frantically Googling nearby veterinarians. This hospital had amazing reviews, so I decided to take a chance and call. From the moment I explained the situation, they didn't hesitate, they told me to bring her in right away. When we arrived, the entire staff was warm, compassionate, and incredibly welcoming. You could feel that they genuinely care about both pets and their owners. In the middle of a stressful situation, that kind of kindness makes all the difference. Dr. Gill was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was happening and what our options were. His bedside manner is exceptional, calm, reassuring, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed, and he made sure all of my questions were answered. I truly love my current vet, which says a lot, but after this experience, I will be switching to VRVH. I don't mind the 40 minute drive one bit for this level of care. It is worth every single mile. If you're ever in a stressful situation with your pet and need a team you can trust, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Gill is very capable and takes the time to explain things. His business partner is the one who performs surgeries. We take our two pups here for all their vet needs. Micha girl is quite picky about who she allows to handle her, so the staff knows to depend on her dad to keep her under control and managed. They work with us on this. We are getting ready to have our MiCha girl's teeth cleaned where she will be put under for the procedure. It's a little stressful to think of her going under. Dr. Gill took the time (without us asking) to explain the procedure, what to expect and risks. Thank you Dr. Gill for taking good care of our pups!
