I left a review on Google, but I just had to leave one on yelp too. This is my girl, Sunny's, favorite hang out spot! She is not usually a leash puller but she KNOWS when she's getting close to that sweet, sweet pup cup! I work as a veterinary technician so I am very picky about the treats I let her have and they never disappoint with healthier treat options! Every time we come here we are greeted with such lovely humans. Today we had the honor of getting to chat a bit with Paris who we loved! This has been a wonderful place for both us and our pups. The annual membership offers great value, and I would highly recommend it to any dog owner who love their puppers. That said, this review would have easily been five stars were it not for one recurring issue: the hours of operation. Unfortunately, they are consistently unclear and often conflicting. Between the posted hours on Yelp, Google, and their Instagram account, it's difficult to know exactly when the business is open. Adding to the confusion is the physical "OPEN" sign by the door, which appears to be used as a barrier even when the facility is closed. While this may serve a practical purpose, it sends a misleading message and adds to the overall inconsistency. Despite this, the staff is always friendly and the services provided are top-notch. My only request is that they improve communication around their operating hours--especially important for those of us who are paying members and plan our visits accordingly. read more

More spoiling puppies here, this time bottles of doggy champagne and photo booths. Found a lot of treats to stock up on as well a very yummy smelling blueberry shampoo and facial wash. Apparently the wash is viral on social media. Our associate was Kim and she was a pleasure to talk to. Too bad it's sort of not in our city they have a membership program for discounts.
