The girls n the store were not that friendly. My biggest problem was that they are charging sales tax on live chickens and their feed when they shouldn't be. They are a food source and the state does not require sales tax on these items. read more

Been going to this place for years and disappointed I feel this review is necessary. Today, I walked in at 10 mins to 4 pm (the advertised closing time) and was treated like it was after hours. I was able to purchase what I went for and was back in my truck at 3:56. I wasn't the only one who was treated this way and the others were turned away! If you don't want to sell hay or feed after 3:50, closing gates prior to 4pm, CHANGE YOUR ADVERTISED BUSINESS HOURS! It's that simple. Other people's time and fuel is just as important and expensive as yours. I may never go back after this visit due to the poor attitudes and terrible customer service! Turning people away before 4 pm is so very inexcusable! read more

This is the best place to purchase feed and supplies... anything you need they have. The staff is very friendly and can give you information on everything they sell. We just recently built a chicken coop, we bought all the supplies for said chickens. They also gave us suggestions on what to use as bedding, they made everything much easy. The prices are very affordable compared to other places. This is now our go to place for our little farm. read more

During the recent fire, we couldn't get our regular hay deliveries up here and RoundUp - who does not deliver on Sunday's - brought in a crew to do LaCresta deliveries - on Sunday. I normally have great experiences here but today I went in an bought feed, 3 out of 4 bags were taped up because they were ripped open which is fine because I can store it but I wish they would've let me know. One bag was completely open, and was only about 1/2 full and they didn't tell me or even discount it, so quite a bit of the feed was lost out of the bag already when it was put into my car and so I didn't get what I paid for. They load it in the car so I didn't even see it until I got home, pretty disappointed! read more

Awesome feed store, we've only gotten things delivered but they have everything we need and deliver everything too! Even fly spray! They guys who deliver the hay are awesome, they put the hay wherever I want it with no problem ( they have to walk it a good 25 feet from the driveway ) they also sweep up the droppings left by their truck. I have dogs only and do not have horses so I can't speak to the comments about horse feed and supplies. For dogs they have what I need in good quality products. Many items they stock simply are not stocked by the regular commercial pet stores (example do your own vaccines). The people are always friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. I honestly don't know why you would shop at the pet store giants if you have a good feed store like Round Up nearby. Everything you actually need at good quality and prices. Helpful people. Not cluttered by a bunch of trendy items you don't need. If you're serious about your animal supplies shop here. read more

Always helpful and convenient place to get my chick feed and other animal care needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable . Just ask and they'll help or order what you need. Prices are very fair. They also have SSS oil to keep bugs off and soften your skin. Open all week too! Wrong address on Yelp. So call them they are on Baxter now for a couple years. read more

I've been getting all of my feed and grain at Round Up for years and would recommend the store for all of your hay needs, however other items are not always in stock. It appears to take a several days to weeks for certain items to be replenished. I currently buy LMF Gold and Neigh Lox along with my other equine needs but both products have been out of stock for quite some time. Today I am in need of Neigh Lox, called the store and they are still out of the product. Now I have to go all the way to Inland Vet Supply in the south side of Temecula to get a similar product and with traffic that is not going to be pleasant. Yes, it was my fault that I didn't order the product online in a timely manner but isn't that what the store is for? read more

Had to purchase rice hull bedding for my pony while visiting her. They don't carry Permastall but some other knock off brand that is missing 2 key ingredients. In addition, the bags are supposed to be the same weight as Permastall but they were at least 15 lb lighter. I compare it to the Permastall in my trunk. I don't live in the area but my pony does. I couldn't believe that junk was way more expensive than Permastall at almost $11 a bag and it was about 15-20 lbs less per bag! I had no choice as that's all they carry and my pony needed bedding. Luckily for me I contacted Permastall in AZ and they connected me to someone locally that is a distributor. Now that's great customer service!! The company that makes this underweight, generic form of Permastall will be reported to Weights & Measures as I was charged way more for a lot less bedding. In addition, my friend told me that junk used to be about $7.75 a bag & now it's almost $11? Spent nearly $200 on 15 bags!! Our horse that lives in Palos Verdes Peninsula uses Permastall and the feed stores charge $7.75 a bag and it has the very important diatanateous earth which the junk made by Mallard Creek doesn't have...not to mention their bags lie about the weight! Shame on this feed store for selling sub par bedding. No feed store near me even carries that crappy brand....they'd lose too many customers as most of us use Permastall....REAL Permastall!!! Maybe feed stores there are leery of Permastall as the old owner wasn't that great but there are new owners and they have great customer service and a great product. If you're going to overcharge you may as well overcharge for the good stuff!!! read more

I'm so sad to leave a poor rating but I was so disappointed. I purchased two chicks a couple days ago from Round Up without any explanation on the "lack" of guarantee. Other feed stores give you 3 weeks to exchange so I assumed this was the case. I noticed a problem with one of the chicks and called right away and they said, "There's no guarantee. It was probably a reaction to the vaccine and it should go away." She was not kind and didn't seem to care at all. I would expect a good company to allow an exception to this rule when the "problem should go away". I am sorry to say I wont' be shopping here anymore and won't encourage others to either. I really liked the store and the woman who helped me when I purchased the chicks too! read more

I have been coming here for the past year for my feed for my 5 horses and havent had any issues at all. The gals in the office have always been polite and curtious and so has the owner. The guys loading are pretty darn good too. I have since started having them deliver because the $12 charge is what I would spend in gas and they unload and stack the hay when they deliver, so for me that is worth it. They have special ordered a few items for me and I have had no issues what so ever. I have had to take a few things back and havent had an issue either. read more

I got to say Round up feed store is really in the right town and the right place. I have lived in Wildomar for the last 13 years and wouldn't have it any other way. They fit in so good in Wildomar. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeble, I always get what I come for all the time whether it's for my dogs or horse and goats. If not I'm positive they would be more than happy to order for me. I highly recommend this establishment and I wish this business much success and Thank you for the supreme service.
