Prema was extremely attentive and helpful in guiding us to the perfect patio set for us. I have tried up to 20 different chairs from Lowe's to Ashley to other wholesale furniture stores. A lot of the cushions at other stores were too hard. The set we chose was the most comfortable swivel chairs that I had sat on. Also, I felt more comfortable with a lighter cushion color with real Sunbrella cushions, which was offered here for stain resistance and longevity. Because they sell to hotels and apartments, they carry the most up to date styles. I wanted something more modern and I couldn't find it anywhere else. My husband wanted it before the holiday, and Prema made it happen! Next day delivery, and we even decided to order more and same fast delivery! Very happy customers. read more

They have great quality furniture and the service and delivery were stellar. Highly recommend

We had a very positive experience working with Prema at Patio Resort Lifestyles, and we were very happy with the furniture we bought for our yard. We met Prema at a home show in San Diego and bought our furniture before we'd finished the paved patio where it was going to be installed. Prema held on to our furniture for a few weeks and very helpfully delayed our delivery to give us time to get the work completed. When we set it all up, we were very happy with the quality of our Bermuda furniture, very happy with the value for money and very happy with the entire experience. We had a couple of questions after delivery, and we found Prema's post-sale service to be just as positive and helpful as she was when we first met. Overall we highly recommend Patio Resort Lifestyles and highly recommend working with Prema. A definite five stars from us. read more

We went Vegas for the National Finals Rodeo. We went to Cowboy Christmas at the Convention Center and found Patio Resorts. Prema was amazingly helpful and patio. She helped us figure out what we wanted and needed for the spaces we have. We purchased the Napa Collection for our poolside patio and the Cabo Collection for our elevated deck. We absolutely love both sets. Thank you Prema for helping us get just what we needed! read more

me and my mother were looking at a coach and we were sitting on it and there was a calculator out so were using it to calculate our money status. This woman came over and told us that we couldn't sit on the couch, and then RIPS the calculator out of my hand and SLAMMED it on the table! About 5 minutes later we saw another family sitting on the couch without being harassed.. is this selective hatred? Not happy. 1 star. read more

Me and my daughter were looking at a couch and we were sitting on it and there was a calculator out so we were using it to calculate our money status. This lady comes over and tells us we cant sit on the couch and rips the calculator out of my daughter's hand and threw it on a table. Five minutes later we see another mother and daughter sitting on the couch and the same lady is just having a full blown chit chat with them. Is this selective hate? Wow not cool. read more

We purchased an outdoor dining table and ten (10) chairs from Prema at Patio Resort Lifestyles. We were both pleased with the product and the customer service. The dining table is of great quality and expandable with the two (2) extensions that lower in to the table when not in use. The table comfortably sits 6-12 people based on how many extension you use. We chose all armless chairs with a custom color Sunbrella cushion to match our existing furniture. Prema was incredibly helpful and transparant with the costs, the custom cushions and all of the shipping details. The transactional experience was never high pressure from the time that we met her at an Expo to when we finally decided to purchase four (4) months later. We would certainly buy again from Prema and have recommended both the furniture and the company to our friends. read more

We enjoyed working with Jeetu in building a beautiful outdoor patio package. We had purchased the original set at the Phoenix Home & Garden Show and after a few days decided to complete the set with a love seat and chase lounges. Jeetu also indicated we could pick up our purchase in Phoenix as they were having another show in Glendale. What a great savings to us as we were able to save shipping and handling. We met Emanuel at the show in Glendale and all the furniture was loaded onto our trailer. Great customer service all around. Our furniture is a beautiful sunbrella fabric which will last years. read more

After searching stores all over the Palm Springs area for patio furniture, we went to the Home Show in Palm Springs. The first booth we went to was Patio Resort Lifestyles. When we sat down on the furniture, we both knew we had found what we are looking for - it was Comfortable! The fact it came with a fire pit was a plus we didn't know we wanted. Because we were moving and we had to have some things done before we moved in, we just had the furniture delivered. Scott and his son delivered the furniture and put it together and made sure everything worked and we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend this company! read more

We'd been looking a long time for some great chairs for comfortable reading on our patio. They had to swivel and rock. We were going all out. At a Home Show at the Del Mar racetrack, we saw them...in the Patio Resort Lifestyles display. We went back at the show's conclusion and loaded 'em up. They've been great! But wait! After a few years, I leaned back and heard a crack. It no longer rocked! Upon disassembly nothing appeared to be broken. Patrick Rodriguez at Patio Resort Lifestyles in Murrieta, CA surmised it was a cracked fiberglass spring plate (invisible in my case) and sent me four replacement plates for my two chairs - at no cost! How's that for service? Patrick, and the rest of the crew there, thank you so much. We love our patio and we love our chairs. read more

We purchased patio chairs and a fire table several years ago from Patio Resort Lifestyles and have enjoyed them very much. This year some squirrels decided that out cushions would make some good nesting material. We called Patrick at Patio Resort Lifestyle and they were more than happy to replace the chair covers. I have personally referred customers to them and they have experienced the same great customer service! I would recommend you buy your next Patio furniture from them! read more

My husband and I were searching for a great patio set. We kept finding low quality for high price. We wanted something that was good quality with a good price. I called Patio Resort Lifestyles and talked to Jeetu (the owner). I told him what I was looking for and he said he thought he had something I would like. So, I came in the next day expecting to look in a box or at pictures and instead he had took it out of the box for me so I could see it and feel it. I decided to purchase it. He offered next day shipping at an additional cost and upon delivery, his delivery man Riley was very respectful. Just great customer service all around. Great sectional patio furniture that I feel was for a fair price. In addition - upon delivery I was short about $40 on accident so I called Jeetu and he was understanding so I ran it over to him later that day. Great company! read more

We recently moved into our new home and were looking for good quality patio furniture. We met Jeetu at the Garden and Patio show in Anaheim. He had these chairs for display. I was so amazed, you literally just melt in them, they are super comfy. I sit on them every day after a long days work and relax and unwind. We also brought the patio dining set. Love it, we eat dinner outside every day now. Why not enjoy our beautiful California weather. I like the dining set because its robust, yet not heavy to carry or move. Our experience with Jeetu was awesome. The product, service was great. He also responds to any questions you have right away. I sent my friends the pictures of the chairs. Highly recommend them. Wonderful customer experience. I'm so happy we found exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Jeetu! read more

From the first call to the final product being delivered this business exceeded my expectations. I was overwhelmed by patio furniture options and am glad I was referred to this small business by another local outdoor patio outfit rather than ordering online. The owner answered all my questions and sent pictures to help me with my decision. The set we ordered was delivered very quickly and is exactly the quality and contemporary look we were hoping for. Mariza and I were at the San Diego fair doing our normal routine when we decided to explore the Bing Crosby Exhibit hall. There we ran into Rigo Anguiano and his boss Jeeto? It is a pleasure to tell one and all about the exemplary service provided by Jeetu, at Patio Resort Lifestyle. The patio furniture we purchased was of high quality, comfortable, and favorably priced. Incredible, high quality patio furniture that is extreme comfortable with easy going and knowledgeable sales staff that I highly recommend. Buying my fabulous patio furniture from Patio Resort Lifestyle, Inc. went smoothly from start to finish with a relaxed, stress free environment. I did not feel a moment of pressure the entire time. Bill, our salesman, guided us to the right combination of furniture and Jeetu, the owner, showed sincere desire for our complete satisfaction. The Rome Platinum Set that I purchased was divine. I first sat in the Del Rey sofa which was very comfortable and thought it was the set to buy. However, after seating on several other wonderful collections, I sank into the Rome Platinum Club Chair and felt like I had touched a piece of heaven. I was sold on the Rome Platinum Club that felt best to relieve my lower back pain. Additionally, the sofas were just as nice and long enough to stretch out on which is important since I am six feet tall. The level of comfort was in a category of its own and better than any resort or restaurant furniture that I have ever sat in. Delivery was very quick and the white glove set up was a must. As an engineer, I could tell that Patio Resort Lifestyles takes great pride and time to design collections that make comfort their top priority while providing the top materials and excellent functionality in each piece. read more

This is in my opinion the best place in the Murrieta/Temecula area to get quality outdoor furniture that will last for years. Everything is very durable and the cushion covers are all sunbrella fabric. You can even order replacement cushions if you want to change up the color scheme or if your ever so sweet pup eats a cushion:) I now have 2 full sets of furniture from them and they get used every single day as we spend so much time in the back yard. Great customer service, friendly staff. read more
