We purchased an outdoor dining table and ten (10) chairs from Prema at Patio Resort Lifestyles. We were both pleased with the product and the customer service. The dining table is of great quality and expandable with the two (2) extensions that lower in to the table when not in use. The table comfortably sits 6-12 people based on how many extension you use. We chose all armless chairs with a custom color Sunbrella cushion to match our existing furniture. Prema was incredibly helpful and transparant with the costs, the custom cushions and all of the shipping details. The transactional experience was never high pressure from the time that we met her at an Expo to when we finally decided to purchase four (4) months later. After a few years, I leaned back and heard a crack. It no longer rocked! Upon disassembly nothing appeared to be broken. My husband and I attended the Sacramento Home & Landscape Show this weekend and we were looking for rugs for our living & family room. While we were walking downstairs we both immediately saw the most beautiful patio lounge set in the most gorgeous color of blue. We were instantly drawn to it. We walked over to take a closer look and the classiest, friendliest lady greetest us with a warm smile and said to please let her know if we have any questions. She was immediately my favorite type of salesperson: NOT pushy at all. As we walked around oo'ing and ahhh'ing over how beautiful it was, she asked if were familiar with the sunbrella brand and shared all of the benefits of it. She then told us about the construction of the frame of the furniture and demonstrated how the table lids open and how the firepit propane door works. Everything was just perfect. What was even better was when she shared with us the show sale price and being this was day one of the show, the floor model price! It was a done deal at that point! She went over in detail what all we were purchasing and how we now can buy directly from Patio Resort Lifestyles, Inc. in the future. We worked out the pick up arangements for today at the end of the show and she gave us the name of the gentleman that we would be picking up the furniture from and gave us her card in case we had any issues. Absolutley amazing customer service. And then we had a problem with picking up the furniture. Prema handled this so incredibly professionally by communication with the company driver as soon as he landed and kept me informed the whole time. Our furniture was delivered when I was told and the 3 gentlemen (I feel bad I only remember Scott's name) were professional, friendly and quick.
