We came in looking for a small fountain and some fun yard decorations, and there were lots of great things to choose from at very fair prices. Ricardo helped us, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up purchasing 3 items. Once we got home, we realized we had an issue with one item. We called Ricardo and he expressed that he really wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and offered a few options. After our discussion, we hammered out a solution that I found to be satisfactory. Bought a $1000 vase fountain from Waterwise. It was placed in a protected side patio. Within 1-1/2 years the thin ceramic glaze began to peel off exposing the terracotta pot. I contacted Brent "Poncho" to ask what can be done at this point. He stated he would get back to me after I sent pictures, to which I did immediately. I have since made numerous attempts to follow-up with no response from Brent. We've had other fountains (Purchased at Madd Potter) for well over 10 years with no issues. Agreed with another review: Poor customer service and quality. High prices and there are better options in the area. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere! read more

The good: this place has a lot of really cool items--pots, fountains, metal art, and more. The bad: it's extremely overpriced (did I mention overpriced?). I told the rep I found the same fountain at another local nursery for less, though I'd have to wait. I asked if they'd match the price, and he flat-out said no. Instead, he offered to cut delivery from $500 down to $300. Meanwhile, the other nursery only charges $200 for delivery. Fraudulent company!! We bought a $3000 outdoor fireplace from them and there was problems from the beginning. We called the gas company and the gas company said there was a problem with the fire pit itself. Gas company said you have to talk to the manufacturer. We spoke to the representative at WATER WISE, and they will not give any information nor come out to inspect and fix. We live in South Orange County, just 45 minutes away from them! Again folks fraudulent company!! Beware, they'll take your money and will not do nothing. More important gas leaks equals to gas explosions!! Again, FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! read more

BBB took away their recommendation and the California Contractor's Licensing Board is currently handling the case to prosecute them for the crime of practicing without a license and additional matters. They tried to hide their crimes by changing their website and putting Poncho in charge and Tavin under him and other criminal activities which won't help them as I have the evidence to give to the CCLB. Everything they say and do is a lie and a crime since they are not allowed to do jobs over $500.00 according to the laws of the State of California, and do not pay the proper taxes or have the proper insurance needed when they wreck your property. read more

My wife and I were looking to redo our landscape. Our home is 3 years old and we still had the same ugly landscape design the builder put in. We were looking to totally overhaul the front yard and finish the back yard to complement our pool. We had a horrible experience with a previous contractor. His workmanship left a lot to be desired. Initially he came off very experienced. But we had cracks in the concrete, overspray on the new grill with the sealer among other disappointments. So we were a little apprehensive with this project. Water Wise came to the rescue! Not only did they do a tremendous job with our yard, Taven and his crew poured new concrete that the old contractor left cracked. Visited their crazy retail store with my daughter and grands yesterday for the first time. I'm hooked! Taven has a great eye for the unusual but not junk. His pots are beautiful, especially his succulent displays. I succumbed to the call of a southwestern style howling coyote which has almost a contemporary sculptural quality-quite unlike most of those around. She is heading to the Tucson area shortly so if I live in that area and I'm buying in SoCal, you KNOW there has to be something very special about his inventory. We visited Waterwise Yard Design today for the first time and were very pleased with the products carried, and how modern to rustic the options were. We found water wise because of their giant dinosaur statues, when we were on our way to San Diego. The water wise location in murrieta is so much fun to explore, they have so many amazing items. We bought a large raptor and a statue of the virgin Mary. We also fell in love with their palapa, built by the Palapa Guy, so we ordered a palapa and had it installed. A few weeks back we visited Water Wise just to see what it was all about. I have lived in Temecula since 1984 and had visited prior to the new owners taking over about 2 years ago. When we walked onto their property all I can say is OMG it was like visiting Disneyland with all the amazing things they have there. We had been putting off redoing our yard for the past few years and our next door neighbor hired a contractor from another company to do their yard. So glad we ended up going with Water Wise. The neighbors yard is not that great. Let me just tell you when we went to Water Wise we met Taven and Poncho, wow talk about amazing customer service and awesome welcome...we already felt like part of the family just from that. We spoke to Taven and my husband had done up a design of what we wanted our front yard to look like. Can I say another OMG Taven totally delivered and the end result is now our yard looks like Disneyland...we have had more people stop by and take photos and just stand there and gawk at our front yard.
