We have not actually had a pool built by Creative Outdoor Concepts. However, we have been talking with Greg for this past month regarding a bid for our yard. The first time we met Greg he came and measured our yard, and gathered all of our ideas to design our dream backyard. He has been extremely responsive and has made sure that he is listening to our goals and desires for our yard. When he gave us a quote he took his time going over all that we were getting and why he would be using specific materials, etc. He is a very down to earth, nice guy. It is evident that he loves what he does, and really cares about his clients happiness. We are not going to be able to put a pool in just yet, but Greg promised to keep our design when we are ready.
