Highly skilled, great customer service, and upfront pricing. What more can you ask for.

I am writing my review before the completion of my job because I think it's important to highlight how amazing All family Pools and construction is. The communication with the owner as well as the designer Mike and Billy have been just short of amazing. Their professionalism flexibility on changes, guidance and support has been top-notch. I researched many other companies before building What is our dream backyard and despite my project still being in progress I must say I am proud to have All family Pools building my backyard. Did I mention it's going to be finished multiple weeks before schedule! Happy to provide this unsolicited testimonial for All family Pools. read more

Such a great experience. Michael sat down with Michael (my husband and myself) to find out exactly what we desired from our backyard project . . . the design process was hard for us because we had never been able to create a dream backyard before . . well, Michael held our hand and tweeked our plans until we felt comfortable. . . then proceeded to create our pool, patio, firepit . .and more in a professional and timely fashion. Phone messages and questions were promptly answered, his team was professional and positive. Based on other estimates we received, we were sure that the pricing was fair and that we paid for and got a beautiful oasis in our backyard. Thank you All Family Construction!!! read more

Please do not waste time on this business coming out to your home. I spent 2 hours of my time on 8-31-16 with Mike discussing this project in depth. As a profession, I find it unacceptable that I was told I would have designs by the following Friday, and now 2 weeks later I am told this job is too big and their business it too plentiful to even provide anything. There was a lack of professional standard entirely as I had to reach out to Mike today to even learn this info on my own. Terrible customer service from a company who will not be given the honor of fulfilling our backyard needs! ALL FAMILY CONSTRUCTION should not be placing an ad in the South Corona Door Saver if not willing to serious customers as needed. Evidentally, Corona is a little too high end for them! read more

Just wanted to take a quick second to extend a thank you to Mike. He was recently dealt a very difficult situation when one of his employees turned out to be a fraud. Mike did everything expected of a great manager and business owner, and put me (the customer) first. He took a horrible situation and made everything right in the end. Thank you Mike! read more

These guys did a big front yard project for us that we love and get a lot of complements on. Michael is a man of his word and stands by his work. We found him because in our daily walks in the neighborhood there was a house that we would pass by and loved their front yard scape and my husband would never let me ring the doorbell to ask who did it. 2 years passed and I finally saw the homeowners outside. They recommended All Family Construction. read more

After meeting with multiple contractors, we were referred to All Family Construction. Our initial meeting with Mike was great! He sat with us and helped us create our backyard retreat. He was always very responsive whenever we had a question, didn't matter what time of day and even night. Everyone we met through this experience was wonderful to work with, very professional and we are so grateful that we chose All Family Construction for our pool, spa, fire pit and patio cover. read more

Mike took a lot of time with me to explain different options and really helped us narrow down what we wanted and what fit in with our budget. His attention to detail and expertise was incredibly helpful. read more

Mike came out to speak with me about landscaping and pool construction and spent well over an hour discussing possibilities. Even though it became apparent early on a pool was not in the budget, Mike continued to provide ideas and suggestions that didn't necessarily include his company. Still may use him even without the pool, and would definitely recommend giving him an opportunity at your business. read more

About two months ago I contracted All Family (Michael) to pour concrete on our front yard. His name was given to us by a landscape designer. Michael was very professional since our first meeting. A few unforeseen problems did arise due to the landscape design but , Michael was able to get past them and proceed. The time line was met. His helper (Paul) was knowledgeable. He showed a genuine concern for doing things right. I am a perfectionist and expected Michael to give me great results. He did and I have had numerous visitors with great compliments. I would recommend to anyone, All Family for concrete work. I have included a photo of the finished work. read more

If there was the choice to give zero stars I would. If you are considering All Family Construction, think twice! Do not use this company. Mike is so arrogant and rude. He treats his employees like crap and I have heard each one of them in the yard complaining about him. He has gone through several employees even just while on our pool job. If you want to wait and wait and wait for your project to be done....and done half ass, Mike is your guy. Mike has no people skills or communication skills. He is just rude! What should have taken no more than 8 weeks has taken 16+ weeks. Why? Because Mike and his team do not show up. They go days and weeks without showing up and just leaving the job hanging. I had 3 people show up asking me who I was using to do my pool and I told them do not use this guy! Seriously. Do not. They have disrupted my life for four months and done a half ass job. Mike has not show up for weeks, but today when he knew there was a check left, he shows up to collect it and looks around for 2 minutes. All his employees hate him. They just need a job. My yard has such bad energy in it now I want to move! And besides from his bad energy, they screwed everything up. Even the inspector shook his head at this guy's work when he came! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT consider All Family Construction! read more

I never take the time to write reviews, although I often review a business's yelp rating before I call for services. With Michael Leonard's All Family Construction, when I found out about him, it was from a glowing referral from a neighbor. We had pondered putting in a pool for some time, and I was asking everyone I knew who had a pool, about their experience with their contractor. I watched my neighbor's job across the street going in, and I was curious. I asked how they were doing with All Family, she said they were great to work with and the only issue she had was they were going too fast on her project and she couldn't decide fast enough on the materials she would choose! That was one problem I could deal with! I called Michael, as well as a two other companies, and had them bid my project. In dealing with all three companies during the bidding process, Michael was the most responsive to me with getting back with drawings, revised pricing, etc. Also, what a pleasure to work with. I opted to go with All Family, and I was so happy I did. Michael initially gave me an estimate of 8 weeks for completion of all hardscape, and me being very cynical and growing up around numerous construction projects over my lifetime, I know when any contractor gives you a time schedule, it is usually pretty safe to expect it will be at least a few weeks beyond that date. To my surprise, Michael actually delivered my pool, all hardscape completed, in 6 weeks! They still had some minor touchups here and there, but the majority was complete. As the job was progressing, Michael was also very flexible with me when it came to changing a few details here and there. He stuck to the timetable and to the original quote. The only things he charged me more for were extras that I added on as the job progressed. As a seasoned consumer and a real estate agent, Michael and All Family Construction exceeded all of my hopes for my pool project. And they are really All Family, Michael is a Jr., and his dad Michael Sr. works along with him! Thanks Michael and the rest of the crew for the backyard of our dreams! read more

I personally did not experience with this business but read positive reviews at the yelp. I thought it would be good to contact the business get an estimate for a project I have. I left at least two messages through receptionists to call me. Already several days gone by and I did not get a response yet. read more

Initially Mile seemed helpful. But had to reschedule site survey and he soon became impossible to work with to try and set up a reschedule. Not even sure why placing a new block of time to the right would bring up sarcasm, ignorance utter misunderstanding but perhaps his time is much more valuable then the customers? Good for all you that didnt have to deal with his unprofessionalism. read more

I really appreciate the follow-up even though my request wasn't what they do, they still responded and gave me a recommendation. Thank you.

Mike is the kind of guy that will bend over backwards to ensure you are taken care of. Completely trustworthy and has extensive construction knowledge and resources to take care of your needs. The experience that I have had with Mike is that he is very schedule driven on his projects, and the only time that the timeline changes is when you add extras and make changes. Having worked with mike on a number of pool projects and other construction projects, I would highly recommend him. read more

We first came across All Family Construction from a neighbor of ours. They had a patio and patio cover put in and loved their experience with Mike. After our own experience with Mike we would highly recommend Mike and All Family Construction to anyone. They did such a great job on our pool, patio and patio cover. From the very start Mike's goal was to get us what we wanted and at the best price possible. He did an amazing job at listening to what we wanted and came up with a design that met our needs perfectly. Throughout the entire building process he explained what was happening each step of the way and was always happy to answer any and all questions. We did run into a few unexpected problems, such as a large boulder in the pool area, and Mike went above and beyond to give us options and advice on how best to solve the issue. We now have a pool that exceeded our expectations and a yard that feels like an extension of our home. We would also like to say a how much we appreciate his work crew. Every time they were at the house they were always respectful about the noise and making sure the yard was cleaned up before they left at the end of the day. If we ever need work done in our yard in the future All Family Construction will be our first call. Thanks Mike! read more
