I sent Paul a text and he immediately responded and seemed to be incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I needed an estimate for repairing and replacing some of my pool equipment that the previous owners of my home had neglected. Paul came out that same afternoon and offered several sound, cost-saving recommendations. I could immediately tell why my neighbor had been raving about Paul's service. There was something different about his attitude and approach and he came off as being very genuine and authentic. Paul then: 1. Took the time to test the functionality of my existing equipment before making an assessment; 2. Took the time to thoroughly explain how all the pool equipment works together and patiently described what was causing the issues I was having; 3. Provided me with a few alternative solutions to choose from based on what I wanted to spend; 4. Encouraged me to get quotes from other providers in the area; After receiving 2 other quotes (it turned out Paul was less expensive than the other providers), and based on my neighbor's recommendation, I ended up contracting Paul to correct all the problems he had detected in his assessment (i.e. a leaky pump, dangerous pool accessories that had been poorly installed, and unnecessary piping that was causing poor filtration and water flow to the pool). Within a few days, Paul corrected all the issues and within a week my pool and spa were absolutely sparkling clean. I then asked Paul to start servicing my pool / spa on a bi-weekly basis and over the past six months that Paul has been servicing my pool, Paul has been nothing less than professional, honest, reliable, and consistent. Paul also goes above and beyond when he comes to service the pool (e.g. fixing small things that he notices around the house that need to be addressed, taking in the garbage bins when I don't even ask him to, etc.) Simply put, I couldn't be happier.....THANK YOU PAUL...I appreciate everything you do!!!

He followed up promptly and often replied early in the morning or late in the evening to make sure I had the information I needed. In the end, we didn't move forward with Joseph because my aunt decided to go with someone who came highly recommended through a personal referral. That decision wasn't a reflection of Joseph's work. He's now trying to charge us a shock treatment for algae and additional 320$ because he never brushed the pool, but there isn't even algae in the pool he also complained that he can't clean the pool because we had a small foldable baby gate up and a barbecue on wheels that were in his way even though there's several other pathways to get to the pool when I came outside to try and help the situation and ask him if I can move anything out of his way, he went and got a cart that he has never brought to my house before and said that it doesn't fit because of things that my backyard, I've never not once seen him bring this cart or skim the bottom of the pool now all the sudden he's doing it just to prove this cart he has never brought before doesnt fit , but jokes on him cus he got it in no problem And then just crashed the storage drain of my patio angrily because he proved himself wrong. He lets me know of any choices that I have if there is a decision to be made. He notices of something is off or needs adjusted. He has been keeping our pool sparkling and we are super happy with his service. He also is very educated on what the treatments are and why they are needed. He's very friendly and polite.
