After talking through the situation, I decided to have him come out to assess the issue in person. Evin quickly identified that the water loss might be coming from small, hard-to-see cracks in the spa tile. He suggested shutting off the spillway to let the wall dry completely. After monitoring the water levels for a week, his diagnosis was spot on. The leak stopped entirely. He also noticed our pool vacuum was hooked up through the skimmer and explained why that setup wasn't ideal. He pointed out an alternative outlet and even caught a rubber stopper that could've caused serious plumbing damage. He removed it on the spot, not an easy task, but he got it done. Once we confirmed the leak source, we moved forward with replacing the spa tile. Evin mailed us tile samples to choose from and also facilitated an appointment at the warehouse so we could see more options. During the work, Evin found damage behind the tiles, so we decided to repair the top four inches, remove the brick trim, and finish the top in matching tile. It looks fantastic, we love how the spillway looks now when it's running. Evin also upgraded our system overall: he installed a chlorinator (goodbye floating dispenser!), put the pumps on a smart schedule so the pool circulates evenly, automated our line fill, and updated our existing automation system to tie everything together. He took the time to walk me through how it all works, and everything runs beautifully now. We couldn't be happier with the results and the experience. Evin is knowledgeable, honest, and goes above and beyond. We highly recommend Good Living Pools not only for repairs and upgrades, but also if you're buying a home with a pool, reaching out and having Evin inspect it will give you peace of mind.

After meeting with Adam and several other contractors, I decided to go with Patio Guy not only…read morebecause of his five-star rating, but several other factors that were important to me (and probably you as well): 1) He could deliver and install my new cover within a week vs. the other guys taking months; 2) I wasn't limited to just the AlumaWood product (which wasn't modern enough for me), and (3) his price to install with an upgraded cover (insulated) was far below his competitors constrained by higher overhead and slower delivery times. I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

I was referred to Bright Pool Pros and for the last few years I have never had to worry about my pool care! They are consistent, honest and knowledgeable. My pool always is swim ready and I don't have to question if they showed up because 1, my pool always looks great and 2, because they send me an email with a photo of my pool at the end of my service and I receive it in real time. I give them 5 stars and refer them anytime I hear of someone in need of pool service! In the years I've had them, I have never had to deal with algae or cloudy pool water. Great customer service. Jake was very professional when he came to give us our quote for weekly cleaning. He has come out three times now and our pool has never been cleaner. Our pump is now running better than it has in the past 3 years. I don't have to worry about the sand clogging the filter in the pool any more or worry about my two little ones or my wife peeing in the pool cause the ph is now balanced in the water.
