All of this guys reviews are probably fake from friends or he probably incentivised his customers to leave them! First off this guy Steven is a glorified pool boy, I cancelled his service after he said his only responsibility was to keep the pool clean and that he has no idea how to fix anything, know if anything is broken. He ruined my saltwater cell by not replenishing the salt and instead kept adding tons of Chlorine to my pool despite requesting several times not to do it. He used to come service the pool himself but then increased his "all-inclusive monthly rates" to 150/ month just in the past year and don't fall for that trap there is NOTHING about his service is "all inclusive". I have to always ask him to clean the pool filter, it's like I have to monitor and manage his service otherwise nothing gets done. He also destroyed my pool heater after "servicing" it several times and now it does not work anymore. If I had known he didn't know how to service pool equipment then I would never have asked him to. Attached is the picture of the pool heater he serviced and could never fix. When an actual pool service person opened it, he said that there was rodent's nest in it and it was filled with leaves/trash and that "someone" in an effort to tighten the pipe had basically twisted the flow valve inside the heater. Take all that in for a minute. This is a pool heater that Steven has opened up and serviced many times and kept telling me that this is broken and that is broken. Well its fixed now by someone who actually knows what they are doing. He always has an excuse for everything. When I asked the service guy he sent why is he continuing to put chlorine the pool despite having asked several times not to, he said "You are the last house on my route and I run out of supplies by the time I get to you. He said he had told Steven about this many times and that Steven didn't do anything about giving him more supplies". Steven also blamed all my issues on my pool equipment that remember he was "servicing" and did not report any issues with it until my last call to him where he cursed me out for pointing out the flaws in his excuses. He also claimed that he had never heard from his technician. I guess this is how he runs his business, he goes on vacation frequently by making money off his customers! 9 times out of 10 when I have called him about something he is out of town. On top of all this, I dont really care what your political viewpoints are but stop spewing them to me! That is completely unprofessional! This weekend was my last straw, I went to turn on the pool and nothing worked. The filter baskets were clogged the pump was running so bad, the pool vacuum was not working I have started a dispute of his charges with my credit card company and they are proceeding with the dispute. If that doesn't work I am taking him to small claims to get the money back for all the "service" he claimed to do but did not do. I spent over 500$ fixing all the equipment that he claimed to be broken and has been servicing for a while! At least I have a reliable and trustworthy person now servicing my pool instead of this idiot. Trash guy, trash service, unprofessional behavior and on top of all that a complete liar! read more

He talked to me and answered my many questions the entire time which some others have been less then generous to do.
