We are so very grateful to have found BMB pools! Where do I start? We bought a house with a pool; our first time owning a pool. We hired a pool guy who didn't know what he was doing and ended up REALLY ruining our pool water. When we were scrambling around town trying to figure out why algae was growing at a very rapid rate, we were directed by Leslie's Pool Supply to go check out Action Pool Supply in Temecula to see if they could help us drain the pool. When we showed up to Action, we met Bradley the owner of Action and BMB and we are SO HAPPY we did. Brad helped us drain our pool, scrub the walls and start fresh and now our weekly visits are done by Eric who is PHENOMENAL. He always answers all our questions, goes above and beyond and knows what he's doing. For how small our pool is, it seems to be a tough one to maintain in this heat. She made my appointments for and assured I would be notified prior to service persons arrival.Then there's Bradley arrived on time did a fantastic job installing my new Variable Speed Pentair pool pump.Bradley arrived on time with everything he needed to get the job done.Very professional can do attitude answered many of my question even got my pump communicating with my WiFi .Fixed a glitch we were having with connecting and set up the schedule and settings I wanted to run my pump very impressed with his skills and knowledge.2 days later My filter developed an unrelated minor drip. Here to recognize our new pool guy Eddie, who's professional and knowledgeable and maintains our pool so well. Last year we had on ongoing algae issue when our pool was first built...within the first month after completion we had algae despite paying for weekly cleaning services with this company. I think our then pool guy, with this same company was honestly just incompetent at the time but glad Bradley (owner) was able to come & assess our pool and make it algae free! They've set up all our pool equipment and have came about 6 times this past month to do our pool service it looks amazing after every visit they even send us reports on the water and pictures of before and after cleaning. Needed a full equipment remodel, spa seal and re-plaster, new plumbing, and tile work. Where do I even begin with this absolute masterpiece of unprofessionalism? From the very first phone call, Brad was dismissive - should have been my first red flag. My guess is he didn't like that I wasn't the owner of the house. But he has no clue that I make all of the decisions about what gets done at this place - not the owner. From trimming a hedge to major structural work, I'm the gal who decides what flies. Hmm, perhaps because I am a gal? But foolishly, I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he said he'd show up on a specific day to look at the pool. I then emailed him the pool's life story - a sad tale indeed. I sent a follow-up text to confirm, thinking maybe he got abducted by aliens or perhaps fell into someone else's pool and was incapable of confirming an appointment. Radio silence. Complete ghost mode. I've gotten more communication from an actual pool skimmer. But hey, I was still willing to roll with it. Busy guy, can't confirm, no problem. Did Brad show up? Of course not! Did Brad even have the common courtesy to text back "Hey lady, I have zero interest in helping you"? What do you think? Meanwhile, I waited for days like a fool while a whole new species of bacteria developed, ready for the science books! At this point, I'm convinced "Brad, the great guy, the professional" is just a myth. Maybe that personality only shows up when he feels like it. After 23 years of trying to keep my pool in tip top condition I have conceded I need someone with more expertise. BMB Pools was recommended to me by our pool supply place. I am very happy to report that my pool is now sparkling clean and all the equipment is working perfectly. We have a salt water pool and keeping the salt cell in prime condition is a bit of a task. Called Around multiple companies and the General consensus was $600-$800 just to come out and find the "air leak" I supposedly had... Bradley took my call at 7:30PM on a Friday night and was able to help me troubleshoot the problem. I was able to fix it myself which saved my hundreds.
