We hired a pool guy who didn't know what he was doing and ended up REALLY ruining our pool water. When we were scrambling around town trying to figure out why algae was growing at a very rapid rate, we were directed by Leslie's Pool Supply to go check out Action Pool Supply in Temecula to see if they could help us drain the pool. When we showed up to Action, we met Bradley the owner of Action and BMB and we are SO HAPPY we did. Brad helped us drain our pool, scrub the walls and start fresh and now our weekly visits are done by Eric who is PHENOMENAL. He always answers all our questions, goes above and beyond and knows what he's doing. For how small our pool is, it seems to be a tough one to maintain in this heat. He offered to test my water and clean my filter on the spot even before I hired him. I immediately loved James' attention to detail and his care for doing a great job and delivering a sparkling pool. He cleaned my filter and tested my pool and went on with the rest of his busy schedule. The next day, I was given a reasonable estimate for ridding my black mold and for servicing my three pools. We hired James. It's been three months now and we are impressed and over satisfied with how James delivered. James spent a week working tirelessly to rid the black mold without having to drain our pool. We had a relapse after a few weeks and James went back at no additional cost and got it back under control. As far as our pool maintenance; each week we get an email from James with the results of the water testing, what chemicals he put in the pools to keep them at the right level, and a picture of our sparkling pools. Pools that looked dark and greenish before are now bright sparkly blue. Thank you James for being so amazing! You have taken a huge burden and stress away from us.
