To be fair, the service technicians who came to my home were generally professional and did their best to help. My concerns are with management's follow-through and customer support once problems arise. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The final straw was the excessive credit card fees they charge acknowledging it's the "cost of doing business". But they inflate the charges they are actually paying. Do not recommend. Also while the pool service person is fine he definitely doesn't spend enough time on the pool. Happy to be moving on to another company.

Prior to using CCC, we had another local pool service and had frequent problems with water turning green and our young kids at the time getting frequent ear infections from dirty water. Every time we had an issue, the company would say we weren't running the filter enough, or brushing down pool walls enough, or the weather that year was crazy causing many pool problems. I finally took a water sample to Leslies pool supplies and they said the chemical balance was way off and our pool guy wasn't doing a good job. We parted ways with first pool service and found CCC and haven't had a problem since! Highly recommend CCC for solid & dependable service!
