Having come from a really bad excuse of a pool service company it's fantastic having someone show up each week on the same day at pretty much the same time. Oh and my pool is sparkling clean, always freshly balanced and never over chlorinated. (I used to get skin burn/rashes when the old service managed my pool because they didn't know what they were doing!) He is meticulous, knowledgeable, responsive, always shows up, and most important, doesn't have to be asked to do the basics of pool cleaning. With our past pool company, we had to ask for the spa to be vacuumed, ask for the walls to be scrubbed, ask for the skimmer to be cleaned, pool to be skimmed, and several times even ask if they showed up that week. I would give 0 stars if possible. Stay away from this business. Dishonest, disrespectful, and unreliable at best. The technician is obscene and very untrustworthy. He constantly left the pool dirty, and kept claiming it was my fault. We would test the water after he left and kept finding a lack of chlorine. He constantly upsold us on more and more "treatments" or "solutions" none of which solved our problems. He left trash in the yard, left the filter basket loose, and ultimately left our pool worse off than when he started. I had an auto fill valve that was old and got stuck (filling up the pool with too much water). A text to him on a late Saturday night and he rushed over and got me back in good shape. We recently bought an older home in Scripps Ranch and the pool was in horrible condition. I'm not sure if it had even been used in many years, if at all. I had tried to get prime on my pool equipment for three days after the recent Santa Ana winds had blown a profuse amount of debris in the pool. I called Jim Monday morning and he showed up around 4:30 that day. He found the problem in a matter of a few moments.
