I would give 0 stars if possible. Stay away from this business. Dishonest, disrespectful, and unreliable at best. The technician is obscene and very untrustworthy. He constantly left the pool dirty, and kept claiming it was my fault. We would test the water after he left and kept finding a lack of chlorine. He constantly upsold us on more and more "treatments" or "solutions" none of which solved our problems. He left trash in the yard, left the filter basket loose, and ultimately left our pool worse off than when he started. I had an auto fill valve that was old and got stuck (filling up the pool with too much water). A text to him on a late Saturday night and he rushed over and got me back in good shape. We recently bought an older home in Scripps Ranch and the pool was in horrible condition. I'm not sure if it had even been used in many years, if at all. Well, Jim came to inspect our pool and just from having a conversation with him I knew he and his company could help get the pool back to swimming shape in time for the summer. I had tried to get prime on my pool equipment for three days after the recent Santa Ana winds had blown a profuse amount of debris in the pool. I called Jim Monday morning and he showed up around 4:30 that day. He found the problem in a matter of a few moments. Since no repairs were required (just a clogged impeller in the pump) he was not going to charge me. I asked him to clean the pool filter which he did the next morning.
