KasKad pool and Spa did a great job. I needed a pool heater fuse replaced. I called Kaskad and they responded very quickly. I was given an estimate and they came out the same day. Iskhan was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He called and let me know he was on his way and would be at my house within 30 minutes. When he arrived, he diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. The installation was completed in about 15-20 minutes. Iskhan demonstrated the pool heater was working again. He cleaned up the work area. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend Kaskad Pool and Spa and use their services again. read more

Iskhan was amazingly quick to communicate the same day I contacted him. He was flexible regarding time to support my pool heater issue. Once here, he was respectful and thorough, not only in his work, but communicating about every step. He seems to know what he is doing as he tried several fixes (going up the ladder of complexity). He eventually fixed the problem and charged me a reasonable amount for his time, his expertise, and the components he replaced. Thank you. read more

Fast, friendly, and competent service! Iskhan quickly fixed an emergency equipment leak on a Saturday for us. I'd recommend him to anyone needing pool service/repairs. You saved my Mother's Day! : Thank you! :-) read more

They came out same day and identified the problem in under 3 minutes. A Pentair warranty person working on a different issue suggested a $400 repair and board replacement, which didn't need to be done. They glued down a spa control that I had been tripping on and tried to trouble shoot to get the app working for the Pentair app, but we have a known issue with the cable out there which is why it's likely not working. They fixed it quickly, seemed very knowledgable and I plan on calling them for any future work. read more

Professional, communicative, reliable and easy to work with. He came to identify leaks in the hot tub. He did a great investigation identifying 3 leaks. He was communicative on the origin of the leak and his proposed solutions on address them. he set a marker on the tub so we can track if the water goes down the next day. I truly appreciate his dedication to work and thoroughness. read more

Great service, couldnt be more impressed. Iskhan was able to make it out just a couple days after I reached out. Had already had two separate companies' techs look at the issue and they couldnt figure it out. Iskhan figured it out and fixed it all within an hour. Pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend! read more

Iskhan and his partner were so great! We needed our pool heater replaced, but since we only use it for our spa, we asked for a smaller unit. He gave the best quote out of all of the ones offered, and was able to get the unit and installed it all within a week. It only took them about an hour to replace the heater, installed a backstop for only $150 more, and explained everything before they left. Will absolutely be calling him for any future pool needs :) read more

Iskhan was fantastic in helping us with a filter pump diagnosis and replacement along with our salt cell when our own resident company was wildly overcharging us. He was very responsive, travelled a good distance and showed up on time. He diagnosed and got us a great deal on the parts and had it up in running like new in a few hours. He also followed up with warranty information. I'll be calling Kaskad for any other pool/spa repairs. read more

I am very happy with Kaskad pool and Spa. Kaskad was one of the quickest companies to follow up with my request for consultation, and get me a quick estimate for the new pool gas heater I needed to replace my old one that broke down unexpectedly. Iskhan was very honest, and easy to talk to in terms of what needed to be done which made me feel comfortable with proceeding despite having other options to choose from. Iskhan had the best quote by far. The turnaround was very quick and he was able to get me a new heater and install it in very short time. If I have issues relating to my pool/spa I will definitely consider Kaskad in the future. read more
