They schedule a service tech on a particular day each week. They test, add chemicals, skim pool, clean baskets and tiles, brush, and even vacuum. They even take a photo after they are done and email you a report. Great value for all the services! Our tech David is awesome. Super chill, hard working, and I love that he latches our gate softly when exiting (takes care of our property). Communication is great. We had a small leak in our tank.
