I highly recommend San Diego Jacuzzi Transport. Tim was great to work with. He was responsive and clear in his communications. I knew exactly how to prepare for the move. We had to hire a crane and that was an easy process. The move went smoothly and according to his plan. Pricing was reasonable. He is also helping us with replacing the cover which is very convenient. Thanks a bunch Tim! read more

I rarely write reviews, but I could not wait to write this one. Tim and his family came out to deliver and install a slightly used spa he was reselling today. The team work between him and his family was incredible. Very impressive!! There were a number challenges in removing the old spa and installing the new spa, but Tim was not discouraged at all with the numerous situations that came up with access to our backyard. Without a doubt he is a solution oriented individual. Ultimately, our experience with Tim and his team was nothing short of extraordinary. We will not hesitate to call on him to work on our new spa and should we be in the market again, our first call will be Tim. Completely recommended!! David K read more

San Diego Jacuzzi Transport - Pool & Hot Tub Service Near Me

Loved it. They came out beforehand to check everything out and explain what should be done prior to delivery. Once delivered, they moved it in place and wired everything up. They explained how to clean and maintain it, though they provide this service too. Totally friendly and say to call if there are any questions. All I can say is THANKS!!!!! read more

Tim was on time, does good work and was a pleasure doing business with. He was able to remove my old 7 person spa without the use of a crane by removing my side gate and re-securing it. He also provided sound advice in regard to purchasing a replacement. I will definitely contact him for installation of a new one when I'm ready. His service was a good value. read more

I needed to replace my old spa which required the demo of my hardscape. Tim was great. He provided really helpful advice and brought in an electrician (Rusty) sort out problems with the power supply. I appreciated the care that Tim demonstrated on the job; he pointed out that my new spa was damaged and also had design faults that he solved. You really cannot go wrong working with Tim. He is the best. read more

Due to some unfortunate events, we needed our hot tub out of it's cement vault under the ground and we needed it done as soon as possible. I found Tim and his crew through Yelp and thank God! Want great customer service? Look no further. Tim immediately picked up the phone when I called and booked me for an appointment a few days later. He also picked up my other follow up calls unlike other companies where all I reached was their voicemail. In person, Tim is super friendly, professional and positive. Our job ended up being much harder than he anticipated but with some brainstorming, persistence, and patience, they were able to get it out of the vault! He even showed up early because the traffic was good. Now we have to decide what to do with our hot tub but if I ever need it moved again, I will be calling Tim in a heart beat! read more

Great service, great price and great people to work with. Tim and Will provided excellent service for my hot tub. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were ready to work. They diagnosed the problem, got the part ordered and installed the replacement within four days. Highly recommend these guys! Thanks again. read more

Tim is the man! Very professional and extremely helpful, not only with regard to helping me find the right used spa, but to pick-up and move the spa once I found it. Tim and his partner met me out in Carmel Valley to look at a spa, he opened it up, tested all the bells and whistles and told me what the fair buying price would be (much lower than the person was asking for it)... He told me what it would cost to fix up and I used that info to negotiate with the seller... the seller didn't want to make any concessions, so I moved on with my search. Today, we found the right spa, just one year old and in good working condition. Tim gave it the green light and moved it for me from Murrieta to San Marcos... No issues whatsoever, very good communicator. Even gave me a little class on how to take care of the spa once he finished moving it. I highly recommend Tim and San Diego Jacuzzi Transport! read more

They were super easy and amazing to work with! He was able to bring my hot tub through my neighbors yard and removed a fence panel to make it all happen. And of course put it back on even better than it was before. Tim taught me also how to run the hot, and maintain it properly. We're so thankful for his expertise. I'd highly recommend. read more

Tim did a great job of helping me move my spa from San Diego to Temecula. It was a challenging job and he thought outside of the box to get it done. Most movers would have just left it in the driveway. Not Tim. He was determined to figure a way to get it in my back yard. I appreciate his dedication to the job and the work they did. I highly recommend this company. read more

These guys were great! They came nice and early on a Saturday to haul away an old broken hot tub left by previous owners. They were very communicative and showed up on time. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to haul any additional junk we had that could fit inside the hot tub. We were able to get a nice little purge of odds and ends that we otherwise didn't have a plan for. They even did a good job cleaning up all the debris that had accumulated under the thing over the years. Best of all they came in much cheaper than I expected. Had I known this transaction was going to be so easy I would have engaged their services much earlier. read more

Moved a jacuzzi I bought from El Cajon to Poway. Very reasonable price, super professional, and super personable. Highly recommend.

Needed a hot tub moved from driveway to backyard. Wasn't crazy about the price, but Tim showed up on time, did a great, very careful job of moving the tub, helped move stuff out of the way, put it right where I wanted, cleaned up, removed all the crap, was efficient in and out. Highly recommend. Thanks Tim. read more

I had this company come over and give me an estimate, which after shopping I found was higher than everyone else. He told me he could only move a spa for me the following week on Thursday between 2-3. After waiting for the day to come and confirming the night before he canceled on me and said my spot was filled. Don't waste your time other companies are more reasonable and provide faster service. By the way when I showed him the spa I wanted he said that's the one I wanted. Maybe that's why he flaked on me. read more

San Diego Jacuzzi Transport is great. From the beginning of my inquiry about the project, they were clear, accommodating, and helpful. I was told up-front exactly what they would do, what was needed to complete the move, etc. They fit me immediately into their schedule on the date I needed, and kept to it. Other movers, had delays in getting to my project. I was given an estimate of the cost upfront. They were less costly than other movers. They arrived early, collaborated with the electrician, and got going on the project as promised. The guys were safety oriented, careful with my jacuzzi and my home during the move, accommodated my needs for placing and adjusting the jacuzzi when in place, and were friendly and engaging during the process.n I cannot say enough, this is a great company, reliable, and they are Pros at what they do. read more

The move went perfectly. They had a tight squeeze to get it to the back yard, but they moved carefully, and still got it done quickly.

They did a great job moving a hot tub for us. I thought we would need a crane but they measured carefully and were able to move it without one. I appreciated that they saved us some money there. They unhooked the hot tub then hooked everything up at our house. Very professional. Gave us some tips on maintaining the hot tub as well. Highly recommend this company. read more

Tim is fast to respond and provides great customer service. I hired him to move a free jacuzzi I found on Craigslist, when he arrived he let me know that the unit was a basket case and beyond repair saving me a ton of work and money. *** EXCELLENT Service! Had my spa moved from a deck to a patio area. There was some disassembly necessary and some uneven ground levels and a narrow opening to reach it's destination, so there was a bit of maneuvering that had to be done. Tim got it done effectively and efficiently in a very short time. He set it back up and positioned it perfectly. He also gave me valuable advice on the maintenance of my spa which I greatly appreciated. I would totally recommend San Diego Jacuzzi Repair & Transport without any hesitation. Tim is your go to man for any help with your spas and hot tubs. Thanks again ! read more

Amazing business with great prices. I thought I had prepared my old Jacuzzi well, to be removed. Turns out it was more challenging for the guys than expected. So before work was started, I asked if the price I had been quoted over the phone was still good. I was given a very confident "yes". These guys worked so hard and did such a great job getting this 800 pound monstrosity out of my yard. Hats off to them. Sadly, I only had one Jacuzzi so the chance of me calling on them again is very unlikely. If you need this service, don't hesitate to call them. Simply amazing! read more

So Thankful for you guys! We bought a jacuzzi on craigslist thinking we could move it ourselves (well my husband did) and found that it was just too difficult of a job. We called SD Jacuzzi Transport and the next day they came out and moved our new jacuzzi to our home with ease. They took great care not to damage anything and reassembled everything once they got it to our home. After seeing the difficulty of moving a jacuzzi on your own I highly recommend investing in a professional moving service. Not to mention all the spiders. EEK. The risk of damaging yourself or your shiny new Jacuzzi is just not worth it! Call the professionals. read more

We stumbled across a working jacuzzi on our local Buy Nothing group and jumped at the chance to have one of our own! The next 5 weeks were wasted waiting on the TWO different companies we tried to contract first to actually show up and do the job. The person giving the spa away was so patient, and both companies advertising on Craigslist (with LA phone numbers, beware!) ghosted us multiple times after agreeing to do the job and confirming. We finally googled spa movers and were so happy to find one right here in our neighborhood! Tim was super responsive and professional, confirmed and actually showed up to do the job! They were a bit earlier than they advised us initially and my husband wasn't home yet, so they waited until he arrived to move the spa into our backyard. Everything was super smooth from pickup to delivery and placing it in the backyard for us. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tim and his team, they are beyond pros and we are so grateful we found them!!! They also service jacuzzis too so we are saving their number for sure! read more

Tim recently helped us move our jacuzzi to a rental property. He has a great set up with adequate moving equipment, and I felt very sure that he was taking good care of our jacuzzi during the process. He had to deal with several obstacles, and even had to cut down part of a tree to get the jacuzzi to fit through the side yard access, but he made it work. I really liked that he offers full service - he drains and disconnects it before the move, and sets it up at the destination, including reconnection. Definitely recommend. read more

Wow!! Super impressed!! Our home is tucked into a hill within a hill and steps leading to the entrance. Think super difficult! Tim & Berney made it look EASY!! It was very impressive! 5 Stars!! Believe the reviews! I am a small business owner myself and I can appreciate what these men are doing for their clients. They aren't just moving your spa, they are looking out for and educating you. They took special care with my "crappy" used spa and spent 20 minutes going over questions as if I bought the thing from them! Told me "do's and don'ts", what to use, and so on. You can tell this company is in this for the long haul and not some fly-by-night "mover guy". It's rare to experience service like this and I'm glad I found them. I will be referring all my clients to them without hesitation. Thanks, Tim! read more

I used Tim 5 years ago when I needed my "new-to-me" jacuzzi moved form a yard in PQ to my home in El Cajon. He & his team did a great job. Great service, great price & great service always! read more

Think you can't or shouldn't move a spa? Think no more. Tim was a real professional and reasonably priced. He promptly answered my Yelp request and all my text messages. Always polite and respectful. He coordinated the use of a crane for my need and followed through as agreed. He even helped to move some of the stuff out of my garage at the same time. I can't say enough about San Diego Jacuzzi Transport. Way better than others I've dealt with. Quick update. I also bought a spa cover from Tim. Have had two previously. The one I've bought from Tim is the best one I've had yet and looks so much nicer than the ones I got from the dealer. On par or even less costly than the dealer's. Takes the old one away too. Dealer wouldn't do that. Highly recommend purchasing one from Tim. read more

One more time I must sing the praises of Tim at San Diego Jacuzzi Transport. Tim went the extra lengths to find out why our jacuzzi did not have enough power. OMG. It's wonderful now.
