Mason and his wife Kelsey are very nice and quite communicative. However, they lack knowledge and experience. On the first filter cleaning I got a call from Mason, over a holiday weekend, that the filter clamp was damaged and there is no way to fix it - and additionally, due to this issue they will no longer service our pool (after 2 weeks of service). They left the pump off while we were out of town leaving me to find someone to fix this issue urgently during the holiday weekend... Not really the type of experience you want as a homeowner. Initial impressions of Mason were great but he became quite hostile after this event. I later found out from another technician that the damage occurred because Mason was using a power drill to close clamp which ripped the thread, setting me back another $400 on a replacement clamp. Would recommend someone with more experience and who is accountable for addressing problems as they arise. read more

Mason from Shorebreak was recommended to us, I contacted him, he asked some good questions, had me send him some pictures, and that he would be out that same afternoon to evaluate and recommend treatment.
