Very disappointing! Their services are probably the most expensive out there and the quality doesn't meet the cost! Too much drama first and foremost. If you ask Dwayne any questions he takes it very personal that you're questioning him. For example, one of my actuator valves went bad so he quoted me $517 for a new valve and install. I found the same valve on Amazon for $120 and it will literally take me 5 minutes to install it. Dwayne didn't like me questioning him so he put my account on hold and Kenney didn't come out to service my pool. Unbelievable considering they charge me $200/month. I initially hired them because I was having issues with Calcium buildup on the tiles. They told me they couldn't fix what had already been done but it wouldn't get any worse. Not true. Backyard fountain stopped working. Jeremiah quickly diagnosed that a wire was broken and pipe cracked when a heavy pot had recently fallen and caused problem. Update 2-17-17 Thanks for your comment Dewayne but the fact of the matter is you were always nickel and diming even though not expensive but it was the principal that mattered. 1)black mold treatment it was not black mold 2) the drain spout that I didn't need 3) billing me for two weeks when you maybe showed up once for December you said you only do a water test when it rained not even sure if that. 4) You should have paid me for leaving my pool to look like crap for a whole month luckily my new pool guy was able to pick up your slack. The good thing is I now have a pool guy that actually knows how to operate my new expensive pool equipment he's on time and on point the pool looks as good as ever and not how you left it for December. He laughed when I mentioned you said you didn't clean pools when it rained. When Dewayne first came out he was professional I was actually impressed he earned my business but now as time has gone by I wonder why we haven't started looking for someone else. He did say he was more expensive than a regular joe blow pool guy and he is but for the professionalism we went with him. Well further on in the months I get a letter stating he won't be able to service the pool for two weeks in December due to scheduled vacation the 2nd and 4th week. 1st week of December came and we weren't sure if he cleaned our pool the 2nd week well he was off, the 3rd week I saw him in the back yard and no longer than 5 minutes he was out so I texted him "hey bud what happen?" He said he doesn't put the pole in the water when it rains do to thunderstorms...thunderstorms!? 4th week he was off, 1st week of January I believe he did clean the pool but not he also installed a water spout that according to him costs $12 dollars + $42 for Labor. Its a $5 spout at Lowes but he charges $12 do you see where Im getting at Im feeling hustled. I also did ask him when had we agreed on the work he said from our phone conversation there was probably some confusion since I called him during the 3rd week of December told him my pool was green and over full from the rain since I was trying to warm it up for a party which we just didn't because it was filthy. He told me to put a water hose in the pool and gravity will make the water come out or he could install the spout I said ok and he took that as do the job. Besides not answering my texts or emails in a timely manner actually some texts still haven't been answered its not looking like this one is going to last much longer. I did receive the bill for December and it was only for two weeks of pool cleaning but maybe only one of those weeks the pool was cleaned maybe I don't know he's starting to be an expensive pool water tester wish he would bill accordingly we pay him for pool cleaning but not much pool cleaning was done in December. It is supposed to rain this 3rd week of January I'm crossing my fingers or maybe he already quit without telling me not really sure remember poor communication. read more

Had this guy for a couple of years, and thought he was ok (nothing special) until the end of this summer. First, he complained about our landscaper getting some debris in the pool when we had our trees trimmed. Sorry? The following week, we had a rainstorm, and he complained about there being some debris in the pool again from the weather. We don't control the weather. The next week he called the day of our service to say he no longer services our area, which seemed strange because he lives near us. It was pretty clear that he didn't even show up that day. Ok. No big loss. We were actually able to find a much more capable replacement just a few days later. Actually, we were lucky that this new guy has experience in pool construction, because he had to put a tremendous amount of work in to get our pool back up to where it should have been. My husband called a pool supply place with the list of materials used in our first service with the new company, and asked them why we would need those items at those quantities. The consensus between the new service and the supply store was that Dwayne hadn't been maintaining the water or the pool surfaces properly, which was causing algae and hard water buildup. Since Dwayne quit on us, our pool is looking better than ever. The real kicker, is that now he's trying to send us to collections for the final month of service, where he didn't even do the work! My husband called and explained to him that we weren't going to pay for the last month since Dwayne wasn't providing adequate service. He's threatening to hurt our credit report over it. My advice is to find someone more professional. read more
