Chris arrived right on time and was a total pro. He actually had the replacement motor right on his truck and managed to swap everything out and have the tub running perfectly in under an hour. Due to many reasons, we have been unable to use our spa for about five years now. While we did keep…read moreit as clean as possible during that time, we weren't ready to have it looked at and repaired until now. I called Action Spa, who we have used in the past. They sent out one of the nicest young men to get us all set up and ready to go. Their service technician, Nick Lindner, was professional, efficient, personable, and a perfect representative of Action Spa Repair! He replaced the heater and checked out everything else to make sure that we were safe and ready to use the spa in a day or two, once it gets heated and the chemicals all get worked in. He also explained everything before during, and after the repair. I could not be more pleased and comfortable!

They schedule a service tech on a particular day each week. They test, add chemicals, skim pool, clean baskets and tiles, brush, and even vacuum. They even take a photo after they are done and email you a report. Great value for all the services! Our tech David is awesome. Super chill, hard working, and I love that he latches our gate softly when exiting (takes care of our property). Communication is great. We had a small leak in our tank. I emailed the office and Giana coordinated the fix. Awesome service! Yes, they have dedicated repair staff too. I wish I would have found this team years ago. Update problem resolved!…read more Old Review, Enrique is a master at repairs and knowledgeable of equipment but unfortunately he has people working for him that don't have a clue at servicing, the service has been hit and miss we started out with him doing the pool service and things couldn't be more perfect he also programmed our new pump to do fancy things and added some circuits that would be controlled through the app. Then he told us his apprentice was going to take over and we were damn we thought we just found the right pool guy so we gave him a try can't remember his name he's a young African American kid well the first week he broke the head on my wife's concrete turtle statue. After that just sloppy cleaning my wife would ask did the pool guy show up this week I'm like I guess well why is there trash in the spa? Don't know. Well weeks would pass sometimes the pool would look nice other times not too many weeks the spa went unvacuumed that's when I told Enrique we don't like the service your guy is doing and would like to switch to chemical service only but I mentioned if he could do it personally we would stay full service he agreed he would do it on another day we were fine with that. Well a week went by he didn't show up so I asked him if anyone swung by this week and he said it slipped his mind and said he wouldn't charge me $25 for that week the week after he showed up and the pool was looking like a charm until the following week where no one showed up again. One thing I still haven't figured out is the billing sometimes it's a mid-month sometimes at the beginning of the month anyways I spent some time vacuuming the pool and spa myself while we were swimming and I haven't heard anything from Enrique so I might just start doing it myself if it has to come to that. If anyone knows a dependable pool service let me know.

Bill is a true craftsman! I've had a wood gate that has needed rebuilding for the last 8 years…read more Pieces of the wood gate were rotting. Over the years, I've had other handymen pass on the project. I had a handyman who was able to fill the rotted areas with wood filler, sand it, and restain it. I've even had a gate company tell me that they could not save the gate; it would need to be completely replaced. Bill was able to cut out the rotted pieces of wood, replace them, and restain the whole gate (he also repainted the decorative hardware on the door as well). Moreover, he discussed the project with a buddy of his and they determined that the gate was sitting over a muddy part of landscaping which is probably what facilitated the deterioration of the wood. We found some leftover pavers in our storage shed and Bill extended the pavers so the gate would sit over pavers instead of mud. Before he embarked on the wood gate repair, Bill also installed a valance/shade over a window. He made the necessary calculations to ensure that the valance/shade would be centered on the wall and window. He also made sure that the valence was leveled. Bill is honest, meticulous and detail-oriented. If you want someone to treat your project and your home, like it's his own, I would give Bill a call.

The shades themselves look fantastic and are already cooling the house by multiple degrees. Scott was thorough, prompt, and answered all my questions when I initially requested an estimate. There was a minor issue with the incoming order and Scott fixed it right away without being asked, keeping me updated on the timeline. These shades are not the cheapest option but in this "get what you pay for" economy, the price tag comes with quality and great service. Thanks Tim and Scott for your attention to detail. This year in 2025, we unfortunately experienced a separation in the material. We contacted Scott. He promptly came to our home to inspect the awning. He had his crew remove and reinstall the awning, after it had been repaired, under warranty. His crew were quick, efficient and professional.
