EDITED TO ADD: weird that the owner doesn't acknowledge that I just paid over $1000 last month for work they initiated. And now they've canceled my service "effective immediately" because I've reviewed them honestly and as to my personal experience ... unprofessional. I guess that's what you get when you give feedback on overcharging. Someone who can't take the feedback and instead cuts tie. The owners use every opportunity to rip you off. I swear every single month there's some additional charge for something. Then they quote one price and charge another. The final straw was the excessive credit card fees they charge acknowledging it's the "cost of doing business". But they inflate the charges they are actually paying. Do not recommend. Also while the pool service person is fine he definitely doesn't spend enough time on the pool. Happy to be moving on to another company. read more

We've been with PhenomePool now for a few years and they have been great! Our pool tech arrives like clock work every week and keeps the pool crystal clear for us. We get advanced notice before filter cleanings and alerted if anything needs repair. We have been very happy with their services and highly recommend them! read more

PhenomePool And Spa Service - Before and after routine filter cleaning. - Pool Cleaners Near Me

Hired this company while my house was on the market. I needed reliable weekly service to keep the pool and spa presentable for showings. After one visit the emailed service report stated the pool and spa had been netted and brushed. A few hours later I found a considerable amount of debris in the pool and dirt in the spa that indicated the surfaces had not been brushed. I sent a photo and asked for clarification. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, the company defended the technician, suggested the debris may have blown in afterward, questioned whether I was reading the reports, and then terminated service effective immediately. I simply reported that the work did not match the written report. The response was to end the relationship. Not the level of accountability I expected, especially as a new customer relying on them during a home sale. read more

We had 3 different pool companies before PhenomePool and we are soooo glad that we have them now! Our pool has never looked or felt better. We use our pool heavily in the summer months with many adults/kids in/out. They are always on top of treating the pool and making sure nothing icky happens. We had some pretty negligent people in the past and Phenomepool feels like a major upgrade. I have ZERO complaints--Bob is always super communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns we might have. Their prices are fair/reasonable. We have been super happy with their service and I highly recommend them!! read more

I've had a problem with air getting into my pump. Been trying to figure it out for way too long. Gave up and called Phenomepool (based on other reviews). Brendan came out, figured it out in 10 minutes (replaced a valve seal), charged a very reasonable fee. I will use them again. read more

We actually ended up hiring them to do regular pool maintenance as well and they have been amazing! They spend the time to make sure your pool is maintained. Definitely a high quality pool service provider read more

PhenomePool and Spa Service is outstanding ... "customer first" ... family owned ... excellent communication. When our pool heater died last fall, I obtained estimates from my usual go-to pool service companies to replace it, and I used Yelp to obtain additional quotes.  Sol at PhenomePool responded quickly to my Yelp request.  I sent him photos of my existing heater and pool equipment, pool capacity, etc., and he quoted a fixed price project for a new Pentair Mastertemp 400k btu natural gas heater, installed, and disposal of old heater.  Sol was very patient with my questions and my due diligence.  With five bids in front of me, I chose PhenomePool because of Sol (who instilled confidence), price, family-owned, and 5-star reviews.  Our installer Brendan, reaffirmed my confidence.  He first explained details of the installation, removed the old and installed the new, tested it, and answered all my questions -- including a couple unrelated to the heater. I highly recommend PhenomePool and Spa Service.  I've put them at the top of my list to call for my pool. read more

I've been a customer of PhenomePool and Spa for a few years. Aside from the ongoing weekly service we get, I've called on them more than once to bail me out of some tricky pool situations. They've been amazing for everything from. The weekly stuff to the big stuff like pump repair, removal, replacement...and even helped out when I had a gas leak underneath all of our pool gear. Soly, Brendan, and the team are all awesome to work with and highly capable at what they do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

This company can't be beat!!! Soly and his crew are THE BEST!!! Soly sent Brendan over to fix our solar sensor after our pool guy totally bailed on us and not returning my calls or texts after 3 weeks. Soly had Brendan over the next day! And we now have swimming warm water :) You know, Soly, your word is gold and so is your character!! That's why you're so successful in your business. You are fair and honest and it obviously shows! Bless you for all your hard work and well earned 10 stars if I had more to tap :) Thanks again! read more

These guys have been so great. They keep my pool clean and sparkling! I'm very satisfied with their work.

PhenomePool was quick to respond to my quote request to replace my heater, and scheduled me right away. They were the best deal for my Mastertemp 400 and went the extra mile during install when I needed another part. I'd recommend based on my experience. read more

Been using PhenomPool for about six months now. Jordan is our guy who manages our pool service each week. Here every Friday like clockwork and does an excellent job keeping our pool sparkling clean and always takes time to answer all of our questions on pool care. I switched to Soly's pool service a while back. The price range is very similar to other pool services I used, but the service is a lot better. - They know what they're doing. Properly measuring the pool (chlorine levels, pH balance, everything), verifying the equipment, adjusting things seasonally like the salt chlorination system, checking the vacuum for wear, all that. - The team is big enough so that you don't have to rely on one single person. - They proactively reach out if they find any issues with your pool that should be looked into. - Most importantly, after every single service visit, you get an email with a detailed report of what was done, the status of your system, and pictures taken that day of the pool and the equipment. This is a totally different level of peace of mind compared to other services I tried. This is how it should be. read more

Jason does a great job on our pool - leaving it sparkling clean! Great customer service with quick replys to questions!!

T he best pool service out there. great customer service and communication regarding holidays etc. They value their employees and so do I! Shane the tech is amazing, and he is really safety conscious. He makes sure all gates are secure during service and after... as I have dogs that I don't want to escape. He is so personable when I see him, and he is kind to my pets, really appreciated. read more

You know this company is pathetic. I have 20 text messages from the owner which I could have easily posted to support my review but it's not worth it. All I'm saying to anyone reading these comments use a different company why even risk the maintenance of your pool and it's equipment. The new company I hired were shocked when they saw the pool for the first time. They said it was filthy. read more

The PhenomePool team is amazing! Soly is always responsive and cares about his clients. Marcus services our pool weekly and does a phenomenal job. Marcus is a kind person and takes the time to talk through any questions. Soly and his team are reliable, which I appreciate since other providers we used would not show up. Thank you team! PhenomePool has been servicing and maintaining our pool since we bought this house a year and a half ago. We are delighted with every aspect of their work. They are very professional, they are good communicators, and they treat their employees well (this matters to me). At my previous home I did my own pool maintenance for 15 years, so I am very familiar with what needs to be done and how to do it. PhenomePool gets it right. read more

I am extremely happy with the service your company has provided throughout our business relationship. I also wanted to mention that the pool technician, Carlos, has been fabulous! Any concern or question I've had, he has immediately addressed. I just wanted to mention this since most people take those in the service industry for granted. Whenever I have equipment that needs to be replaced, I am advised of this, and I am given price quotes that are very competitive. If I have any questions regarding the upgrade, they are answered completely, so I can make a fully informed decision. PhenomePool is worth every cent! read more

Soly from PhenomePool is a Pool God!!!! In May we were in the process of buying our forever home but we were concerned with the look of the pool. We needed an expert to tell us what we were dealing with. We chose to go with Soly based on the rave reviews on Yelp. The pool came with issues indicating that it had not always been well maintained. There was so much calcium build-up (as you can see in the B4 picture) and the pool was not functioning to its full potential. Before we ever closed escrow, Soly came and assessed the pool, and gave us an itemized list of the repairs with the cost of each, and told us when he could do each component if we chose to go with him. He patiently and comprehensively explained what additional fixes were needed that were outside his expertise, and offered recommendations as to who could do the work. He also gave us a "nice to do" quote for some cosmetic work (polishing the tile) and noted this was cosmetic only, and would in no way affect the integrity of the pool. Soly and Andrew (from his team) worked tirelessly sandblasting and scrubbing down the pool-creating a night and day difference! There are not enough stars to give to Soly and Andrew for their integrity, kindness, patience, perseverance and expertise. Our pool has some unique features Soly spent weeks reverse engineering and troubleshooting, never once suggesting he would give up. We were so impressed with Soly that we hired his company to do our weekly pool maintenance. Thank you PhenomePool for giving us the pool of our dreams! We are in it almost every day! read more

***Update: the owner reached out and apologized and explained himself. Will chalk it up to a miscommuncation and adding the 5th star as he at least reached out to apologize for the misunderstanding, which is more than most companies do*** Overall, great experience. Had Steve servicing our pool/spa for a few months and he was both knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. We could not have been happier with him. The 4-star is due to the owner and his communication. Upon hearing that we were cancelling our service, he seemed to get defensive in his email tones. Then is just got to a sort of, your arent our customer anymore so I cant be bothered, type of attitude... oh well. read more
