Reliable service, on top of maintenance, friendly owner, would recommend for weekly pool maintenance

Cleaning Coastal has been great! Quick response times and awesome service. They recently started servicing my Air bnb's pool. It's never been cleaner. Enrique even took the time to explain to me how my equipment worked. So now I am able to adjust things on my phone even from afar. While guest are at my home. 10/10 recommended!! read more

Five star service is an understatement! Enrique has been incredible. When we moved into our home the pool literally looked like a pond with algae covering the bottom and bugs living in it. The existing pool maintenance company was obviously doing a poor job and treated us as if we were "high maintenance" for wanting a clean pool. Enrique stepped in and whipped our pool right into into shape. He is integral, experienced, and has been a pleasure to work with. Not to mention he offers a very fair price for the great service he provides. Highly recommended! Thanks again, Enrique. We very much appreciate you :) read more

Enrique is the man. I've used many pool services over the past 20+ years and some started out good, but gets worst. Enrique is responsive, knowledgable and easy to work with. I hired Enrique before I bought my house to inspect the pool, and then hired him after closing to replace the pool heater and add automation. His price was very reasonable, he showed up on time, and quickly completed the work without issue. He took the time to explain everything to me and made himself available after the job for questions, which is a must for me as I am a first-time pool owner. Enrique clearly cares a lot about his customers and loves what he does. I highly recommend Enrique and Cleaning Coastal Pools for all of your pool needs. Enrique is simply the BEST. He helped us in these ways -- bought and installed a Pentair pool heater, bought and installed a Pentair pond filter, organized and cleaned up our piping and connection, installed a wireless base and smart technology and did overall problem solving on our pool and equipment. Update problem resolved! Old Review, Enrique is a master at repairs and knowledgeable of equipment but unfortunately he has people working for him that don't have a clue at servicing, the service has been hit and miss we started out with him doing the pool service and things couldn't be more perfect he also programmed our new pump to do fancy things and added some circuits that would be controlled through the app. Then he told us his apprentice was going to take over and we were damn we thought we just found the right pool guy so we gave him a try can't remember his name he's a young African American kid well the first week he broke the head on my wife's concrete turtle statue. After that just sloppy cleaning my wife would ask did the pool guy show up this week I'm like I guess well why is there trash in the spa? Don't know. Well weeks would pass sometimes the pool would look nice other times not too many weeks the spa went unvacuumed that's when I told Enrique we don't like the service your guy is doing and would like to switch to chemical service only but I mentioned if he could do it personally we would stay full service he agreed he would do it on another day we were fine with that. Well a week went by he didn't show up so I asked him if anyone swung by this week and he said it slipped his mind and said he wouldn't charge me $25 for that week the week after he showed up and the pool was looking like a charm until the following week where no one showed up again. One thing I still haven't figured out is the billing sometimes it's a mid-month sometimes at the beginning of the month anyways I spent some time vacuuming the pool and spa myself while we were swimming and I haven't heard anything from Enrique so I might just start doing it myself if it has to come to that. If anyone knows a dependable pool service let me know. read more

Replaced my pool light. What a pleasant experience...Enrique was professional and quick at changing the bulb. Great job!!!!Thank you. I'll recommend you to all my pool friends read more

Our pool heater was broken a few weeks ago. I got a quote from my pool service company with a big "Wow" factor, not a good "wow" though. I decided to get another quote from a different repair service and talked to a couple of repairmen and decided to use Enrique from Cleaning Coastal Pool. Enrique has done a good job replacing the pool heating unit and equally important is saving me a few hundred dollars compared to my regular pool service company. I will certainly call him up again if I need anything else to repair in the future. read more

Excellent Service & Reasonable Pricing. The best Pool Service we've had in a long time. Had our pump replaced and when he came out he also cleaned the filter and did general maintenance.
