Todd has been servicing our pool through Corts pools Service for almost 2 years now. He is very observant and lets me know if there is anything that needs attention. He lets me know of any choices that I have if there is a decision to be made. He notices of something is off or needs adjusted. He has been keeping our pool sparkling and we are super happy with his service. He also is very educated on what the treatments are and why they are needed. He's very friendly and polite. I try to keep our dogs inside, but sometimes they get out to greet him and they really like him. He is kind, efficient, and always looking out for us. I originally had a frustrating experience with this company during a service visit, and I left a negative review because of it. The technician came across disrespectful and dismissive, which didn't sit right with me or my wife. However, the owner followed up with me quickly, explained the situation clearly, and offered a sincere apology. I really appreciate that level of professionalism and accountability it shows they truly care about their customers and reputation. I contacted Cort yesterday to get my spa serviced/started. He was able to fit me in and come out today. He was here on time, he had to leave and come back because there were a couple of things broken on the spa system... he came back later with the parts. He did the needed repairs and started the spa... did the water chemistry and cleaned it. It didn't take long for him to fix it and his price was very reasonable. Cort offered me a job then decided to send a text message retracting the offer this morning at 7am. Of course after I spent 200 dollars on new equipment. Never answered my call again and never got an explanation. I guess it's corts world and we are just lucky to have come in contact with him for a short while. What a joke. read more

The last pool guy I used is now on some type of extended vacation, so I had to call around. This was the only guy that answered the phone (which is a big deal as a pool service tech in early August when everyone is overwhelmed). They got a guy out to fix my issue earlier than they had told me they would. The guy identified and fixed the issue in about half an hour for only the cost of a service call. I'll certainly call them the next time I need pool service. read more

He completed the first pool service for me and left the levers on my pool pump in opposite direction, which allowed air to enter the system and almost burned up my pool pump motor. He basically cleaned the debris leaves from the pool, over chlorinated and left. I did not think he was competent. I would not hire him and told him so in a follow up phone call. Beware! read more
